After a guided psychedelic session, you enter a 2.5-week window where your nervous system is unusually open to new ideas and beliefs. This critical period offers a chance to deeply integrate the experience and build lasting changes in how you think and live.

After a psychedelic guided session, you have this beautiful period which is called a critical period reopening, where you have 2.5 weeks to integrate, where your nervous system is more open to new changes, to new ideas, to new patterns, to anchoring in these new beliefs or values or lifestyle patterns that will help shift you into deeper levels of joy and connection.
