What does your Identity have to do with your success?

In this motivational broadcast, the speaker argues that personal identity is the primary driver of one’s reality and outcomes. She explains that when identity and reality are misaligned, a tug‑of‑war ensues, causing either success or failure. Using examples of lottery winners versus billionaires, she illustrates how identity can pull a person up or down. The talk then shifts to practical tools for building a "success consciousness": the importance of eliminating weak‑language, adopting empowering words, and committing to certainty. She presents Napoleon Hill’s six‑step process for success consciousness – (1) get specific about what you want, (2) decide what you must give, (3) set a concrete date, (4) create a clear plan (especially a money plan with income streams and scalable offers), (5) craft a time‑bound money statement/declaration, and (6) visualize and affirm twice daily. The speaker expands on the money plan, emphasizing offer scalability, pricing, quantity, and revenue targets. She then outlines how to design an environment that supports success, covering reading/listening inputs, tribe, personal positioning, strategy, systems, and daily language. Throughout, she invites audience interaction, offers templates, and promotes her mastermind and coaching programs. The session concludes with a call to action to apply the six steps, design a supportive environment, and engage with her upcoming programs.
Chapters
Alright guys, so I want to dive in today to the elements of developing out a success consciousness and what that has to do with our identities. At the end of the day, our identities are fundamental to our reality because you know what, here, here's why. Like fundamentally, if you think about our identities, like we want to be over here or we see ourselves as over here. And then if our identity is right here, guess what? Our body, our minds, our energy, they want to live in congruence. So if our identity and our reality are two different things, guess what? One or the other is going to win the battle. It's like a tug of war, an invisible tug of war between your identity and your reality. So, and that's why if you look at lottery winners, guess what? When they win, you know, $20 million on the Powerball, boom, they have a great life or adventurous, like, free-spiriting life for about, you know, 2, 3, 4 years maybe. But by then, by 3.5 years later, they're usually back in the trailer park because their identity brought them back down. Their identity preceded their destiny. All right? And then versus you look at a multi-billionaire, millionaire, whatever, they go through a massive loss in their life. They lose everything. But then a few years later, they're right back because their identity pulled them up. So, your identity is either pulling you down or pulling you up. Okay? So, you know, we're going to break that down here in a second. But one of the things I want you to think about is also your consciousness around money, your consciousness around wealth, your consciousness around your health, your consciousness around your relationship, You know, how you speak of yourself is, in essence, you're speaking your future over your life. Your words are your commands. I want you guys to write down two phrases that will forever change your life as you embrace them. First, your identity precedes your destiny. That's how important it is. Second, your words are your commands. Whatever words you are speaking over your life over and over and over again. That's why it's important to eliminate the weak-ass words. Here's what I mean. Weak-ass words: I try, I hope to, maybe, I would love to. Catch yourself doing that? Guess what? You're commanding yourself to be weak. You're commanding yourself to shrink. You're commanding yourself to be disempowered. And that's why our words are so important. And all my mastermind groups, my VIP one-on-ones, or Even in my marriage and my friendships, man, I, I'd love to interrupt weak-ass words, and I love to be interrupted when I'm using weak-ass words because sometimes I slip. Okay, all right, so let's go to the next thing. Um, you know, here's a great quote: success requires no apologies, failure permits no alibis. All right, so like, we have to, we have to have that sense of certainty, commitment, resolve, destiny, if we are going to show up in the fullness of who we are. And that means overcoming resistance. Like, you know what, I did not want to do a Facebook and YouTube Live yesterday. And by the way, guys, I would love for you to comment below, comment, shoot me a DM, let me know what else you would like me to cover. Okay, because I love— honestly, I love to teach. And I'm speaking on my first ever nationally syndicated radio show today for an hour. I cannot wait. I don't even know what we're going to talk about, but it's going to be fun. So, uh, that's going to be a ton of fun. So, um, but let's keep on going here. Um, I'm going to give you Napoleon Hill's 6 steps to success consciousness. Are you ready? Are you ready for those? Give me a few comments if you, um, if you want— give me a yes if you want Napoleon Hill's 6 steps to to success consciousness. I recently reread Think and Grow Rich for, it's like the 5th time, 4th or 5th time. I've read it a bunch. It's so freaking good, all right? But here are the 6 steps to success consciousness. And again, consciousness is being aware, and this is part of your identity, of like feeling into, becoming. You know, we want to become the man or the woman that we know we're meant to be. And part of it is letting go and shedding some of these old identities. Okay? So let me go through the first step. I'm going to break down all 6 of them. First, get specific with exactly what you want. So many of us have vague ambitions, vague desires, vague hopes, and guess what? They are not powerful. Second, decide on what you need to give to get. More often than not, we're going to need to give something in return for the money or the relationship or the health we desire. You're going to have to have sacrifice. There's nothing— it's not true that you can get something for nothing more often than not. Third, set the date. Get the date in there. That's again, getting specific. Specific, powerful, congruent, aligned. Fourth, Create a clear specified plan. Or other words, like what I coach a lot of my mastermind members, my clients through, is we create money plan. Like where are you going to make the money? What income streams? What options? What pathways are you gonna use or create from? All right, like what are your offers that are gonna make alignment and congruence? Fifth, get your money statement and declaration with time and specificity and a plan. So you're going to create a money statement around, hey, this is my state of abundance. This is how I'm going to earn it. This is what I'm going to give up. This is how I'm going to show up daily, weekly, monthly, etc. Okay? That's going to be a piece. Next piece is, let me pull this up here. All right, next piece is 6, visualize and affirm. You're going to read your written statement aloud twice daily, once just before retiring at night and once after rising in the morning, because you're going to let your mind and your spirit marinate and soak in, hey, this is, this is the new me, okay? This is who I'm becoming. Um, again, rewiring your identity so that you step into that new level of abundance and identity. Cool. So I want you guys, um, yes, I do have tips and tools for creating the money plan, by the way. Great question. I have a template that I can share with you. Be glad to post that in the group, but download it, borrow it. It's just Google Sheet, but it's epic. It's really, really freaking good. Actually, in fact, here's what I'm going to do. I'm going to show you guys If you guys like to see my money plan, or see the template, I should say, let's pull that up here. I only share my actual projections and numbers with my members, but I'd love for you guys to see what I'm working on here. All right, let's see. All right, I'm going to share this with you guys. All right, okay, here we go. It's gonna be pretty epic. Let's see. All right, so what you'll do is, uh, I'm glad you asked. That was actually a great question. That'll be very helpful. Let me show you guys. All right, I'm gonna share this. Um, okay, uh, application window. Here we go. We'll go to that. All right, I'm going to show you guys my money plan that I take my clients through. So here's what you do. Let me know if this is showing up. It says Chrome has lost permission to share my screen. Never mind, I'm not gonna be able to do that, but I will post it in the group. And basically, this simple short answer of it is I break it down on the money plan. You break down the offer, then I want you to actually scale it on how scalable this offer is, meaning, you know, digital course is essentially infinitely scalable. Um, the one-on-one is not infinitely scalable. Like, I have one of my mastermind members, since he's joined, he's ramped up and he is overflowing with one-on-one clients. He doesn't have any more room for one-on-one, but he doesn't have a course and he doesn't have really a solid group program out. So he's making great money, lots of progress, um, and breaking through that income ceiling, but now he's maxed, okay, energetically. So it's because you didn't have a very scalable offer. And so the next step is to make a more scalable offer. Then also you look at your quantity. Like for example, my one-on-ones, I charge a lot of money for one-on-ones for a 90-day roadmap because people get rapid transformation in 90 days. But I'm scaling that down because it was my least scalable offer. Now I'm doing 4 or 5 at a time instead of 8 or 10. And I've got more partnerships emerging that are much more scalable My quantity, I'm also pretty much nearly at max for my quantity for partnerships and collaborations, okay? Then you look at price. What is your price? Is the next piece in the quantity that you can serve for the year. If you hit your target numbers, then you look at your total revenue, brings down your total revenue and you can say, all right, here's what it takes to get $100,000 or $250,000 or half a million or 50 or whatever. Or one client, her goal is to do multiple millions, $3 million, you know, is her realistic goal. So anyway, that's, that's a piece of what you'll get from the money plan. But I want to hit on a couple more things before we wrap up for the day. All right. So I want you to ask yourself, here's the big thing. I want you to ask yourself, is my environment supporting supporting me, or is it sabotaging me? And here's what I mean, all right? Our environment, you know, you want to think about your environment is how do I design my environment so that success, as I define it, however I want it, how do I design my environment so that success is inevitable for me, whatever that looks like? So the first thing you want to do is you want to look at, all right, my reading list, my listening list, I talked to a friend of mine earlier this weekend. He's got to stand at guard at your eye gate and your ear gate. What are you letting in? What are you protecting from coming in so that you only filter in the great stuff? Okay? So, it's your learning list. Second, and this means avoiding news, avoiding even limiting your exposure to ESPN, things like that. So that you discard, you're in a positive, resourceful, strong state of mind. Second, your tribe. What's your energy, your vibration of the people that you are around? How, what's their mindset like? Are they expansive? Are they, or are they constricting as human beings? Unfortunately, some people are, right? Sometimes we can be that one, that restricting. We don't want to be a restricting human being. Okay? Next piece, your positioning. Your identity. Hey, what, how are you positioning yourself? Okay. Fourth thing, your strategy. So these are all categories on this supporting versus sabotaging. Your strategy is the next piece. Is it supporting where you want to go? Fifth piece, your systems. Do they support where you want to go or do they sabotage where you want to go? Next piece, your words. Are your words that you're speaking over yourself. Again, your words are your commands daily. Are they empowering? Are they inspiring? Are they expansive, or are they constrictive and giving you fear and anxiety? For example, if you say, "I am depressed," or, "I am angry," what if I just flip that word to, "I am frustrated," "I am irritated," "I'm mildly irritated," or I am annoyed, right? So the de-escalation based on the words. My environment, you know, is my environment, is it beautiful? Is it inspiring? Or can I put myself in environments that are more beautiful and inspiring? Okay, you want to think about all those things because you're crafting your future based on your environment with all those categories. All right, so I want to dare you guys as well, do the Napoleon Hill's 6 steps to success consciousness. Get specific with exactly what you want. Number 2, what do you need to get it? 3, set the date. 4, create a clear specified plan or a money plan. Money— 5th, your money statement declaration with time specificity and plan. 6, visualize and affirm that daily, twice a day ideally. And, and then the next piece, design out your environment so it supports supporting instead of sabotaging. All right, so we broke all those things down. This was a great session. Love connecting with you guys. And if you want, by the way, I am taking, uh, applicants as well for my Mindshift Mastermind with Dr. Mosley. It's virtual. We do radical retakes on mindset. And then also I have, if you're building an expert-based brand, coach, consultant, etc., I'm doing my Fast Track to the Successful Expert right now. So you guys are welcome to apply for any— either one of those, or shoot me a message if you are intrigued. Otherwise, have a beautiful day, and remember, own the day by owning your mindset, your identity, and speak into your life the man or the woman you want to become. Uh, much love, have a great day, talk soon. I will be doing another one tomorrow, so the next 7 days I'm doing a daily broadcast to just share and connect and add value around all these things— success consciousness and much, much more. So we'll see you soon.
