What They Don’t Tell You About Identity Shifts!

In this interview‑style video, coach Mike outlines his rapid‑identity‑transformation approach, centered on a four‑quadrant framework that uncovers a person’s true identity: unique talents, defining life experiences, key relationships, and core values‑and‑passions. He explains how aligning with these quadrants unlocks flow state—a neurochemical‑rich psychological condition that dramatically boosts productivity and life satisfaction. Mike’s proprietary "Genius Within" process guides clients through the quadrants, often using the Wealth Dynamics personality profile to reveal a natural wealth‑building pathway. He shares client breakthroughs, notably Anita (a CEO who discovered she is a "Supporter"), Derek (who shed a persistent emotional “cloud”), and Chris Bucci (who re‑connected with his heart and marriage). The conversation also covers Mike’s coaching logistics—90‑day intensive packages, VIP days, group programs, and a detailed pre‑program questionnaire that probes money stories and trauma. He differentiates work with high‑performing professionals from deeper trauma work, emphasizing attunement, rapid transformation, and the creation of new neural pathways that give clients freedom of choice. Throughout, the tone is enthusiastic, conversational, and persuasive, positioning his methods as a fast‑track to radical personal and professional leaps.

None of us have the same starting point and none of us have the same desired destination, but my role is to help accelerate your progress and help you take radical leaps in ideally a pretty short time.
How do people even begin to get attuned with, you know, their— I'm gonna call it true identity, or their hearts, or their like bodies?
Yeah, I think so. Some of this comes from my book, this part. Um, I think it shows up in 4 main areas. So the first one is your unique talents, and I'll just give you an overview. Unique talents, that's like your gifts, strengths, and weaknesses. Second, your defining life experiences. Like, if I go through your life, there's probably pivotal moments that thrust you into the real estate world, that thrust you into the city you're living in, that thrust you into the values and belief sets that you have. And what you care about. Third thing is the key relationships in your life. Who do you already naturally have a cluster of relationships to that you're also drawn to, that you enjoy? And also people over here that you're like, man, they, they bring me death. I don't want to be around them, right? And if we choose the ones that give us life versus death, guess what? Our life energy is fed, you know. And the fourth area is your values and passions. What do you stand for? What do you stand against? And your passions, what are you like, what are you curious about? What lights you up? You're twice as likely to step into flow state. And flow state is the psychological state where you're losing track of time, you're immersed in your work, and you're just in this— they call it flow because you're literally almost like flowing downstream. And you have this vibrancy and richness, and you are also 500% more productive in that flow state. Like, you think of an athlete, they can't miss a shot. You know, they're making every shot they shoot. Well, we can have flow state in our daily lives, right? And then it releases all 6 positive neurochemical cocktails, um, you know, the serotonin, oxytocin, dopamine, norepinephrine, all those releases those. And so you're stacking your nervous system with positive cocktails, which also the people that have the happiest levels of life satisfaction, guess what they have? They have the most flow state in their life. But you can reverse engineer by paying attention to clues in those four quadrants. And so I have a process, my Genius Within book, where I take people through all four of those quadrants to gather the clues. And, and I'll share this one story. I had Anita, she was a CEO with over 80,000 employees. And she was, she did the VIP day with me and she did the workbook that I sent her for Genius Within. 8 AM Sunday morning, she shows up for a VIP day and she's like, Mike, you've already given me the single biggest breakthrough of my whole 34-year career. So whatever we do today is just pure gravy. I'm like, whoa. Yeah. I was like, boom, this works.
So What was her breakthrough? Do you remember?
Yeah, she was— her biggest breakthrough is when one of the questions or one of the personality tests I had her do was the Wealth Dynamics Profile. In the Wealth Dynamics, she went through that, and that's the personality test that shows you a natural pathway to build wealth. And when she went through that, she realized, "Oh, I'm a supporter." A supporter is one who likes to lift up their people. And that's my pathway to build wealth. And, um, and so that was— and she was stepping into a consulting chapter in her life and career. And so she saw, hey, this is, this is who I am. This is why I succeeded. This is what I do best, is I lift up others around me and help them flourish. And that's my special sauce. I'm one of the best in the world at that. So Anyway, um, yeah, but I've had a lot of, a lot of others that when they do that process, because you get, you get the most amount of clues gathered about who on earth you are or what on earth you're meant to do that you've ever had in your life. And then it's just like, like popcorn. Patterns pop like popcorn.
That's incredible. I, I'm sure that a lot of what people experience is almost like flipping a switch that, you know, you can't undo it once it comes to light. And once you just realize what it is, you just— there's no going back. And that's where the, like, I'm sure, like, the impact that generates throughout, like, ripple effects for your whole life.
Yeah, 100%. So true.
Uh, let's talk about trauma a little bit as we near the end here. I know you've said you've done a lot of work with trauma. I know that when I met with you, uh, and honestly, there could be things in there, probably there are, that there always is.
We just, we might have a little bit of little t trauma. You might not have any massive ones, but we all have a little bit somewhere.
I'm sure that I'm aware of, because when I remember when we met, I said, I don't know that I have like that, like a lot of deep, dark things to come out of the closet necessarily. But again, maybe I do. But I also know that you work with people that are coming from like a really, you know, vulnerable place of like trauma. What is there any really difference between dealing with somebody that came in that's seeking like, you know, just some like unlocking some professional things or peak performance versus somebody that's coming to you that's dealing with like some deep trauma?
Yeah, there's definitely a difference. I think, but I always approach whether it's my coaching one-on-one or my group, you know, I want to start with a deep attunement of where they are at. So like even on my group program, I have people people knock out like 10 questions before they enter. So I know, hey, like on my next round of my money rewire— rewiring, you know, your relationship with money— I probe in the questionnaire of like, hey, what's your money traumas? What's your money stories? What beliefs? What work have you done? Where do you need to grow? What, what feels stuck? What feels limiting? Where— what feels off? Um, all that stuff. So I want to I want to understand where people are at because we— not— none of us have the same starting point and none of us have the same desired destination. But my role is to help accelerate your progress and help you take radical leaps in ideally a pretty short time. Like, most of my clients, if it's one-on-one, I typically do 90-day packages. You know, a lot of other coaches do 1 year or 6 months. I can— I'm not doing the slow accountability type you know, I'm gonna— did you make your sales calls? Did you do— evaluate this number of deals? All that. I'm not doing that. I'm doing a radical, rapid transformation of your identity so that everything else can flow downhill from where you're at. So, um, but trauma— trauma has a lot more nuance too. And you start seeing, as I study trauma, you can start seeing patterns more easily, and it shows up in Sometimes you can literally feel like that person has a cloud of, of a gray cloud just hanging over their disposition and their life. And then as we shed it, like, I had a guy, uh, one of the guys, um, at my retreat, his name's Derek, he's, he's cool with me sharing the story, but I was like, it was gone. And then you could see his face was lit up from Thursday to Sunday. And I had known him for like 9 months, he always had a little bit of a cloud over him. No more. I've talked to him since. No cloud. It's, it's gone now. He can go back if he really wants to and get that cloud again, but now he has a— he has freedom of choice because we've created a new pathway. He literally has an exit ramp off the highway. So others came they didn't— sometimes people have come and they didn't really know why they were there, but they were curious and they knew there was something more for them. And some of those, like, um, uh, Chris, uh, Bucci, he, he came and he's like, I don't— I didn't even know what to expect. I've never even done any of this. And it was— wow, it was one of the most profound experiences of my life. And it opened him up in a way he didn't even know was there. And that he wanted. And his connection with Sarah, his wife, so much deeper as a result. His connection with himself and his heart— he was shut off. He didn't even know. So I, as a guy, I didn't even know how, how shut off I was in my heart. And most guys are disconnected with their heart to some degree, and a lot of women are too.
