Identity is the makeup of who you are, your beliefs, your energies, your emotions, your patterns. Think of your identity as the embedded architecture of how you see and feel about yourself and what you project into the world is basically a reflection of your inner state or your inner identity. Therefore, like Jesus said, a good tree doesn't produce bad fruit, a bad tree doesn't produce good fruit. And ultimately, like an apple tree produces apples and an orange tree produces oranges because it's the identity. And our identity as a human being is deeply predicated on how we see ourselves and how we We see ourselves though as largely unconscious. It's largely started by basically our childhood, by that blueprint that was laid. That is where the core foundation is laid. And a lot of wires get crossed because of trauma, because of codependency, because of just suffering and struggle that your parents were in, or lack of parents, or lack of emotionally regulated, emotionally safe, connected adults. So how do we rewire our identity? We've got to excavate. We've got to go into the deepest recesses of our subconscious mind to change our operating system. Our operating system basically is the way that we are going to show up unconsciously.
