A short first-person monologue by Molly McPherson reacting to an interpersonal drama involving JD, his wife Usha, and a third person, Erica. Molly describes online/community reactions (fans would 'root' for Erica if JD divorced Usha and paired with Erica), mentions cheating as the alleged issue, and notes Reddit users calling her 'sugar.' The tone is informal and speculative.
I'm yet to work out what sugar means, but I'm guessing it's not as sweet as it sounds. Oh, Carla, what is it, Sugar? I disagree. Megan doesn't like JD's wife. Oh, I know they don't like her. They do not like his wife. And they're rooting for Erica. I think they. No. Oh, no. The conversation they mentioned here was cheating. You know, like, cheating pregnancy, like, if it got that. But if JD divorced Usha and then hooked up with Erica, oh, I think. I think they'd have a parade. Honestly, I really do. Oh, sugar is what Reddit calls me. Oh, gotcha.
