Inflammation. Do you have a remedy that people should consider?
Thipoli is a very good remedy for inflammation. Piper Lee is a cousin of pepper, and it's called long pepper. If people can add a little bit of Piper Lee to triphala before bedtime, take half teaspoon of triphala with a large pinch of pipili powder with some honey and a little bit of ghee. Have that for about 10, 15 days, and you will see the change in inflammation levels.
Okay, so on the flip side of that pipili, where do you trust getting these herbs from? Because so many of them are loaded with toxins or they're not quality resources. Do you have a suggestion?
Banyan Botanicals does a great job.
