Can you please break down, you know, propolis? How does it support our immune system but also how does it support our gut health? Propolis is very well known for immune health, but it does so much more than that when it comes to gut health. It is a prebiotic. It's a really effective prebiotic. Again, think about the base ingredient to propolis. It's the plant and tree resins, the immuno properties of the plant itself mixed with the bees enzymes. These enzymes are unbelievable for overall digestion. Propolis has prebiotic effects. Propolis is very effective for, for healing and restoring the gut lining. So it actually helps to strengthen the tinctures in the digestive wall, helps to strengthen the small intestine, it helps to rebuild these areas that can be eroded by poor diet or stress or environmental toxins. So really effective for that. And then propolis has over 300 beneficial compounds in it. It contains keracertin, apigenin, pinobanskin, chrisan. All of these different compounds that meaningfully fight inflammation, act as immunomodulatory agents, have all of these amazing effects. And one of the comp it contains is caffeic acid which has really amazing effects for our brain.
