Create a Self Reflection Altar | Your Path to Inner Peace

Mona Sharma shows how to build a personal altar at home for self-reflection and to anchor yourself to your core identity and aspirations.
Chapters
I often say to people, you build an altar, whether you are religious or spiritual or not, build an altar in your home that reminds you of what it means to go back to that core frequency of who you are, who are you? How do you want to feel? What are you working towards? It could include a religious deity or a God or something spiritual. It could be a picture of yourself in nature, in your happiest spot. It could be a picture of your family. It could be a vision board. It could be, you know, some devotional practice that you have there. I love putting some Palo Santo and stuff like that there. But have a space in your home where you go to that altar. It's always something that's going to anchor you in the version of yourself that you are becoming.
