This doctor has three hours of rituals. I realized, like, the other hour and a half or even, like, two hours was just things that I was doing. I was like, I need to do this to feel healthy. Let me go outside of me and make this drink or take all of these supplements or do all of these biohacks. And at the end of the day, none of that compares to me freestyle rapping in my shower, putting my feet on the ground and dancing. You mean to tell me it's free and a lot more simple? We have to unlearn that all of the things that we're looking for are outside of us. We have to, right? Because I've seen people so desperate looking for the next X, Y and Z, whether it's supplement, whether it's biohack, the next best doctor to tell them what's wrong with them. My God, ain't nothing wrong with you. What was wrong is we're living in so much tension because we're not allowing ourselves to just be fully expressed on who we are.
