This is a YouTube video titled "Dr. Mary Pardee | RootedInWellness #monasharma #holistichealing #functionalmedicine #mentalhealth" featuring a conversation between Dr. Mary Pardee and Mona Sharma discussing the individualized nature of gut healing protocols and the skepticism needed towards broad claims about the microbiome.

When you hear these huge claims about your microbiome, especially on social media, like really be cautious as to whether that is going to be something that's legitimate or just a sales claim.
Can you think of a gut healing protocol that's been consistent for every single person?
Not one. If it was a one size fits all approach that would take away my job and would probably healed.
It would all be healed. Great.
It would be so amazing. So yeah, no, it's so individualized. It depends on what somebody is dealing with. That's physically impossible because not all of everybody's gut symptoms are due to the same thing. So the one product can't fix everybody's issues.
There's no perfect diet, there's no perfect meal plan, there's no perfect supplement protocol, there's no red pill. And that this is conditioning that we have to let go of if we're really going to step into a healing journey.
