The problem is people think it's a lifelong journey. And we say healing is not a lifelong journey. It has an end date. You just have to choose to want to remove all of that. People are resistant to wanting to do the work because they're already too stressed, too overtired, too anxious. How can you shift doing the work? Like, what's a different lens that you can help people understand? They're not aware of how easy it is. I would say to start this process, I would sit down with yourself and ask yourself, am I ready to heal? Am I ready to emotionally regulate my system? And get your answer. As soon as your body says, says, yes, your whole energy and everything will change. Everything is energy, everything, right? Everything else is matter. But what you put out, your intentions, you have the ability to change the molecular structure of your water that you're drinking before you drink it. So why wouldn't that be the same situation with your mind, body and soul, right?
