Good morning. The purpose of this morning meditation is to connect you with your breath, with your highest vibration, so that you set the tone for a beautiful day. Get comfortable in a seated position. Move away all distractions. Set the intention to tune in for a few minutes to allow for self connection, for relaxation and for healing. Close your eyes, relax your jaw. Feel your shoulders melt away from your ears. Relax the back of the neck, the forehead, and breathe in through your nose and out through your nose. Notice any sensations in the body, any tightness restriction or a specific place that's calling your attention. Breathe into those areas and feel relief with every exhale. Avoid trying to control your thoughts. Simply witness them passing and bring your awareness back to the sound of your breath. It may help to focus on the feeling of cool air passing through the nose to the back of the throat as you breathe in and the warmth of the air as you breathe out. If at any point you're distracted by thoughts, sounds or sensations, bring your awareness back to the feeling of breathing. Find stillness. Notice how your breath is naturally slowing down. Feel the wave of calm move from your head all the way down to your toes. With every exhale, Imagine with every inhalation, the most beautiful, vibrant, glowing light entering your body, making its way to every single cell within you. And with every exhale is the opportunity to surrender, to release or to visualize breath moving any darkness outside of you, letting it go and surrendering it to the universe. This is the power of attuning your mind with your breath. Remind yourself that you can control your thoughts and their effects on your physiology. Breath work allows for a complete change in state whenever you need it. With every inhale, feel your spine lengthen, beautiful bright light shining through the top of your head. With every inhale, you can feel your heart center expanding, increasing your capacity to love. With every inhale, feel your spine lengthen. Keep exhaling what doesn't serve you today and inhaling the vibration that you're choosing to feel. Imagine the brightness that you are inviting with every inhalation radiating through your entire body, so much so that it now surrounds you. The purest, vibrant light that you've ever seen is now wrapping itself around you in protection because it has become you. You've ignited peace, love, joy and energy. The goal of today is to feel peace, love, joy and energy. To get us there, let's bring awareness to five powerful affirmations. Keep inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your nose. First, affirmation. I love myself unconditionally because this is essential to my happiness. Loving myself fully is what allows me to give more. My body is a gift and I choose to feel deep gratitude. Second affirmation. Today I will fuel my body and my mind with high vibe, colorful whole foods from the earth, with purified water, with movement and with exercise. Food, mindfulness and movement are essential to my best self. Third affirmation. I am patient and calm and look forward to a productive day with grace and ease. Whenever I am distracted, I will come back to my breath to feel peace and and a calm mind in any moment. Fourth Affirmation. I welcome opportunities to grow and to serve. I will be intentional with my time and surround myself with positive people, positive conversations, tasks that support my goals and move away from the people, conversations and tasks that take me away from achieving my goals. Fifth and final Affirmation. Today I choose to live in my highest vibration and radiate this energy to those around me to lift them up. When I am in this state, I am aligned with happiness, health and opportunity. I am unstoppable and I can achieve everything this beautiful life has to offer. Take a deep inhalation, the deepest breath that you've taken all day. Notice your posture, the space that you have created in your spine, the peace in your body, the stillness of and your mind. And maybe even let a gentle smile come across your face. As this meditation comes to an end, I invite you to sit here in stillness a little bit longer. If it feels good. When you're ready, bring awareness back to your seat. Bones. Back to your seat, back to the room that you're sitting in. Set the intention to keep this feeling with you throughout the day. Remember that happiness is your birthright. Gently begin to open your eyes. Notice the colors, the lights, the sounds and the smells around you. If possible, repeat this meditation daily until its benefits become you. Namaste.
