So we start off this episode or each episode with asking, what are the three things that help you feel more rooted in your health, in your life?
And just sort of really feel what I'm feeling, rather than the stories of what I'm telling myself is going on, because they're often two different things. What I really learned from that is that the feelings that we try not to feel, they're actually not as scary when you feel them, and they don't last as long.
You know, trust the process. You don't have to be so enrolled in the story and the agenda. And just hearing those words is just like a full decompression, which I think a lot of us need living today.
