And we now know with a nervous system, if you can live as your parasympathetic nervous system being the kind of dominant, preferred state, or you have a healthy system that can bounce from fight, flight, freeze back into a parasympathetic state, this is where healing happens. This is your rest and digest and restore. This is when your immune system is primed, your digestion functions at its best. So I think it's important for people to really recognize that as the first stage of healing, in order for the diet and the exercise, all the other modalities to work. In Ayurveda, we talk about, about not only digesting the foods that we eat. We metabolize everything in our life. It's not only what we eat, it's what we're watching, it's what we're listening to, it's what we can smell, and it's what we can feel.
