There's A book behind Dr. Bland called the Disease Delusions that really reframes how we think about chronic illness. Shifting from symptoms to looking at the source of everything. What if they weren't given that pathology, this one label that instantly caused them to shut down and believe that they were sick as opposed to maybe removing the label and just understanding that there was something that had to be uncovered in order to understand where that imbalance was coming from.
Are we just suddenly unworthy to live in our body and we're hostile in our, in ourselves? And the answer now is emerging I believe very clear clearly to be no. The body is not just suddenly awaking to not like itself. What's happening is you're having mimicking effects that are occurring in the body that create you yourself into your non self. And when your non self starts to appear your immune system actually does what it's supposed to do. It's supposed to seek out foreigners and get rid of them.
