Mona Sharma argues psychedelics work best as catalysts for deep change, not quick fixes. Real healing means shifting from thinking to knowing you co-create your reality, moving from disconnected to rooted, where you can access creative possibilities beyond imagination.
I really do think that the future of psychedelics is going to bridge ancient wisdom and modern science.
Experience should be reminding you of who you are and what you can do every day.
I think that when psychedelic substances are used responsibly, they can really catalyze this like deep healing and self awareness. It's like a deeper knowing. It like shifting from thinking into knowing that you're a co creator of everything that's unfolding the space in which you're operating from. When you feel like you're rooted, you feel like you are in co creation for like possibilities that are greater than what we can imagine. Right. If you're completely uprooted, disconnected, chances are you're not co creating to create something that's magically unfolding.
The more I can do to take care of myself so that I can show up to those experiences and be able to receive, you know, what is potentially there for me is really what I find it being really all about.
