Chapters
Our kitchen is our healthcare system, what we're eating, the products that we're using on a day to day basis, and also where our food comes from. What can we do as consumers in terms of optimizing the food that we're taking in, or creating change in the system that often feels really broken?
What we need to do is come into community as a community, decide we're going to actually create a different future. That's when the thing's going to shift. We need to think about how do we deprogram socioeconomic, sociopolitical structures so that we're no longer basing our reality on slavery. Our food system today is a slavery based system. It's not about just taking care of soil and rebuilding a microbiome. We need to rebuild the humanity within us. We need to start to love one another. We need to start to tap deeply into a reverence for human life.
