Ben Azadi argues people chase bio-hacks and supplements while ignoring basics like sleep, real food, and cold exposure. He says gratitude matters more than trendy practices like fasting, and that mastering fundamentals first beats adding high-tech interventions.
What's one way that people are making healing and health too complicated?
Focusing on the minors instead of the majors? I love biohacking and all these different supplements and gadgets and all that, but those are additions to doing the fundamentals. So instead of doing the sauna and the cold plunge, hey, why don't you work on your sleep and eat real food first and add the other stuff?
I love it. What's your favorite Ancient healing remedy?
The feeling of gratitude. The universal law states whatever you feed energy to expand. So in other words, what you appreciate, appreciates, and what you think about and think about, you bring about in your life. And that is ancient wisdom right there.
I love that. And I love that you didn't just say fasting, because that could have been easy for you.
