In the final episode of a 30‑day novel outlining challenge, Monica Leonelle (theworldneedsyourbook.com) guides participants through Day 30, which is dedicated to reviewing and polishing the work completed so far. She encourages creators to celebrate their progress, optionally enjoy a favorite beverage, and then systematically revisit their Ultimate Novel Plotter document—moving any treatment ideas into the appropriate sections, ensuring each part of the outline is robust, and filling any remaining gaps. If the outline feels complete, participants can simply take a break or celebrate. Monica also thanks viewers for staying the course, invites questions in the comments, promotes signing up for extra challenge content, and teases a follow‑up video on next steps for moving from outline to manuscript.

Hey there, Igniter!
Monica Leonelle from theworldneedsyourbook.com. Today is day 30 of the challenge. It is the last day of the challenge, and today we are talking about how you can fill in the gaps of your outline, combining all of the work that we've done.
Today is day 30 of the challenge, fill in the gaps. So congratulations for making it to the last day. Um, you made it. Uh, definitely celebrate if you haven't already. Favorite beverage doesn't have to be alcoholic. It could be kombucha. I like to drink kombucha out of a wine glass. So it could be that, it could be a mocktail. It could also just be like orange juice or anything you like. You should have a lot done on your novel at this point. So this, especially if you completed the Ultimate Novel Plotter document, so the last like 5 days or so, you should have a really good handle on what's going on with your novel. And so today the task is really simple. You've basically done all the hard work, but this is just a chance to go back and look over your work. Do you, you know, make any additional decisions if you haven't? Go back and fill in days that you wish you had done more on. Even just going back and looking you know, if I were gonna spend my time here, I would probably look over my Ultimate Novel Plotter document. I would bring forward anything in the treatment that I had come up with. I'd bring that forward into the correct sections to make sure that that was robust and everything was kind of in its place.
If you are happy with your document, you don't need to do anything.
So if you're, you know, if you're good and you're ready to write, like, that's that's wonderful. Like, you don't, you don't have any more to do there. So it's really, you know, this day is just budgeted to wrap things up, to take a break, to look over stuff if that's where you're at, or to catch up on stuff if that's what you need as well. So it's, it's a very loose day. It can also just be a day for celebrating. Which is something I highly recommend because it was not easy to get through 30 days of this challenge. So that's everything for today. And there's really nothing to fill out here. So just look over past worksheets.
Thank you so much for watching and listening and for sticking by this challenge for the whole 30 days. Wow, that's amazing. So first of all, congratulate yourself, and I hope that you are doing something to celebrate. Have a nice glass of wine with your partner, or take a bubble bath, or I don't know, watch some TV. I have no idea. However you want to celebrate, I hope that you're going to do so today, and I hope that this has been fun for you. So if you have any questions about the challenge, any of the days, please feel free to leave a comment below. If you want to sign up for the challenge and get all of the extra content, there's still time to do that. Feel free to sign up. There's links in the description for that. And otherwise, I hope that the challenge has been helpful to you, and I hope that you have lots of great stuff for your novel now. So tomorrow I am going to post another video about next steps. To kind of wrap up the challenge.
