Hey there, sovereigns! It's Monica Grace from Card Reading Queen, and today's topic is how the concept of the masculine and feminine play into the concept of the twin soul journey. So this video is ideal for you if you've heard the terms divine masculine, divine feminine, uh, if you've heard the term twin soul journey and you're just wondering like, how does this all go together? How do these terms relate to each other? And why do I need to know this? How does it help me get into my twin soul union much faster? So let's get back to the topic, and today I'm going to give you 3 ways that knowing about the masculine and the feminine is going to be important for you on your twin soul journey. The first and most important way that the twin soul journey relates to these concepts of masculine and feminine are that the twin soul journey is really about two people who are cut from the same soul blueprint, both whole on their own, but they are coming together to have both their individual missions but also their joint mission on this planet. And so with that, they have, they have complementary skill sets and complementary energies, and one of them is going to be embodying the masculine energy and the other is going to be embodying the feminine energy. So that's the first thing, is that one of you is going to be the masculine, one of you is going to be the feminine. And this is really important to know because if you want to come into union with this person, you have to embody the, uh, the energy that is more natural to you, the one that you are designed to embody. So personally, I'm, uh, I'm the feminine in my twin soul relationship, and because of this, I am meant to embody that feminine energy most of the time. So that's not to say that I'm not going to ever embody the masculine energy, and we're going to talk about that next. Next. But it is to say that the more I can sink into that feminine energy on my own, the more that I'm going to be able to, uh, come into my union and really come into my mission and my purpose. So I know one of the common questions about this is, well, which one do I embody? Um, and there's— I actually have another video about that, so I don't want to get into that here because it, it is going to take a couple minutes to explain. So instead, I would direct you to my other video on this, which is How to Tell if You're the Masculine or the Feminine Twin Soul. And this is, of course, really important for you to know if you're on this journey. So it's, it's, uh, something that I encourage you to check out on my channel and make sure that you know which of the two that you are meant to embody. The second way that the masculine and feminine concepts are very important to the twin soul journey is that you actually have both of these energies within you. So that seems— it seems to conflict with what I just said at the beginning, which is that you're going to embody one more than the other. But it's important to know that even though you are naturally geared toward one over the other, you also have both within you. And that's because you share an energy field with your twin soul. So it's a little, it's kind of one of those things that we think is a duality, but it's actually not. And that happens a lot in spirituality. So I just wanna point that out. But so how, so what's going on there is that you embody one or the other. So let's say, we'll just use the feminine as an example. So I embody the feminine, but I'm also able to tap into that masculine energy And the reason the masculine energy that I'm able to tap into is the one that is with my counterpart. So like the more he's in his masculine, the more I can tap into that. And because of that, you're able to access both energies. And so as that person grows in their most natural energy, whether that's divine masculine or feminine, you're also going to grow in it and vice versa. So if I want to affect the masculine energy, I can actually make changes to the masculine energy within me and balance that masculine energy there, and that's going to affect my counterpart. So this probably— it can seem a little bit confusing at first, but the most important thing to know about that is that you can come into— so in addition to knowing which one you are, you can also— you also hold both within you, and you can come into an inner union by balancing those. And this is where these two ideas are actually complementary, because the balance of those, it doesn't mean it's 50% masculine and 50% feminine. It's actually that you're balancing, uh, that you are using your most natural one the most often, and then you're able to tap into the other one, uh, whenever it's needed. So that's what that balancing means. So when people talk about coming into inner union and balancing your masculine and feminine side, that's actually what it is, is that you are balancing which energies you're tapping into the most, and you're balancing whether you're able to tap into the other one when it's appropriate and necessary. So I'll say that for me, I have always been a very strong— I've always considered myself like a strong, confident woman, especially in my career. And like many women these days, I was taught to be very masculine. We live in a patriarchy. We live in a very masculine-geared world. And so I was taught to tap into that masculine quite often. That did— it did work for me, but it also kind of blew up in my face in many ways. And I've learned since that I am actually the feminine in this relationship. And so as I've moved into my feminine and as I've cleaned up that energy as well, because I— this is the— this is something we'll talk about next, which is the distorted versus the divine. So as I've moved into that divine feminine, that things have actually flowed much better for me because that's my natural mode. So I was able to tap into that masculine energy, and I was able to see some outward success with that. But now that I'm tapping into the feminine energy, which is my natural state, I'm starting to see, um, both the inner success and the outer success. The third and final way that the masculine and feminine are really important to the twin soul journey is that even within these energies, there's actually a duality within each of these energies. So there's a distorted masculine and a divine masculine, and there's also a distorted feminine and a divine feminine. So I'll kind of tie it all together. So first, you start by knowing which one are you. Are you the feminine or are you the masculine? So I'm the feminine. Okay, great. I know that I'm that one now. Now I need to balance those energies within myself and be more in my feminine, but also be able to tap into my masculine. So that's kind of the part 2. And then the 3rd part is really moving from the distorted feminine for myself to the divine feminine. And for this, I have a framework that has 14 different distorted feminine traits and patterns, and then I'm able to shift all of those to the 14 different and corresponding divine feminine. So one example of that would be seduction. Seduction is one of those— so seduction and manipulation, it's one of those distorted feminine tactics that feminines have historically used to try to control masculines. And so you'll hear about this stereotype, especially— and again, this is all very related to the patriarchy as well. So lots of, you know, you sometimes hear men talking about how, oh, well, she's trying to seduce me, or she's trying to manipulate me. And she, you know, and especially this, this topic comes up in terms of toxicity around money especially. So you'll sometimes hear masculines who say like, oh, she, you know, she's seducing me because she wants me to pay for things, for example. Or like, women just want men with money, or women want men with good jobs. And that's— it's this idea that there's like a seduction or a manipulation there, and it's this idea that women use their sexual energy to get men to do things that are not good for those men. So that's kind of a distorted feminine energy. And women, especially in our patriarchal society, are raised to actually use that distorted feminine energy to do exactly what these men are talking about. And it's kind of like this backhanded way to gain control. Over within a relationship and over a relationship. Gaining control, of course, is rooted in fear. If you are a feminine and you're trying to shift out of that seduction, manipulation, distorted feminine energy, what you would actually do is shift to a magnetizing energy. And so what that is, um, it— well, it's a lot of things, and this is, you know, this is just an example, um, and there's, you know, I have more videos about this course that you can go check out. But the magnetism is really knowing your power and receiving as opposed to trying to get from the masculine. So it's about sinking back into knowing, knowing your value and receiving from the masculine instead of trying to manipulate or control him. So that is just one example of, um, some of these toxic patterns that you see with the, uh, distorted feminine to the divine feminine. On the masculine side, there's also the distorted masculine and the divine masculine, and there's many of these different traits and how to shift as well. So these are the 3 ways that the masculine and feminine concepts apply to the twin soul journey. And again, while it seems like 3 different ways, it's actually— it's almost like a stack of ways. Because first you figure out which one you are, then you balance that within yourself, and then you shift from the distorted to the divine. Because you can be fully in your feminine but if you're in this distorted feminine, then it's still not going to get you into union. So when you do this process and when you complete these 3 different steps and really deeply understand these, you're going to be well on your way to union.
