Why You Are Safe to Explore ANY Feeling on the Twin Soul Journey #twinflames #twinsouls #union

Monica Grace argues that exploring every feeling on the twin-soul path, even uncomfortable ones, is safe and necessary. She left a corporate marketing job where she hid her true self, and says staying in a relationship that doesn't reflect your authentic self works the same way. Suppressing parts of yourself creates internal separation that blocks divine alignment.

Hey there, sovereigns! Monica Grace from cardreadingqueen.com here. Today's content is why you are safe to explore any feeling on the twin soul journey. So the reason I wanted to talk about this is because most relationships that we have in the world and on this planet with our friends and family and, you know, spouse or whoever else It's basically requiring you to hide some part of yourself, um, and this can be true for your relationships. It can also be true for objects like money or like your job. So what it is is that we fear separation from things things outside of ourselves, thus we separate inside of ourselves. We separate from the parts of us that we can't show others. Like, so we can't be honest, like 100% honest about who we are, and still stay in union with things that are outside of us. And so what this ends up creating is it creates a life that is not actually meant for us, um, in so many ways. And, um, I'll give you an example. Um, so, okay, so right now I'm recording this in at the end of May of 2020. We're in the middle of a global pandemic, and a lot of people right now who typically have 9-to-5 jobs are now working from home, or they have been working from home for a couple months. Maybe they've gone back to work at this point. But we have a lot of people in our nation, um, and I, I live here in the U.S., um, but we have a lot of people who have been working from home for a time. And I've talked to many of these people who are like, wow, like, so the first thing is that A lot of corporations are seeing, wow, this is actually working for us. It's actually possible to work from home and to not have contact, like physical contact with the team for months and months. So that is something that so many companies are experiencing right now. And then the workers are also experiencing it. And they're also seeing like, what is the point of me going into this 9 to 5 job? Job at this point and seeing how wonderful this freedom is of being able to work from home, to not be beholden to a specific schedule. Maybe you're able to get your work done faster. Maybe you're able to move your hours around. Maybe you're able to work on projects that you care about more. Maybe you're avoiding meetings. Maybe you're avoiding drama. Maybe you're avoiding expenses like car and clothing and food and whatever else. And it's like a huge wake-up call to some people because in truth, and for most people, they have to hide a part of themselves in order to maintain a job. For most people, especially here in the US, like people are not really doing what they were put on this planet to do. They're not truly fulfilling their life purpose in many cases, and they are just working for a paycheck in many cases. For many of them, they would not go to work if they were not forced to. Like, if they did not need that paycheck, they wouldn't go. Um, and that's an example of people— because it's, it's really because you are hiding a part of yourself in order to stay in union with this job, um, that is, that is causing a separation within yourself. And a lot of people just take for granted that this is how it has to be. For me, I, of course, um, you know, my work is entrepreneurial and creative. I, I do my work from my home. I'm in, I'm in my home right now sitting in my office And I've been doing this since 2011. 2011 was the last time I had a full-time job and, um, I was making really good money at it as well. I had a really good title, all that good stuff, but, um, it was not— and it was even in a— it was even in an area that I'm quite good at and that I enjoy. So it was, you know, I was working, um, in digital marketing. Which I, I love. I still love digital marketing, but I was doing it for a company and for products that I didn't really care about. Um, and ultimately it was not, it was not my true passion. So I did a lot of work on myself basically. And, and also that work had to be translated into the physical world. In order to create work, create a job and create work for myself that allowed me to be fully expressive of who I am. And because of that, I am living my life purpose. It feels like very natural and easy to me, where for many people it would be like a dream. It's like, it's just like a dream that they can't fathom almost. Um, but anyway, long story short, I'm doing what I was here put on the planet to do, and I'm fulfilling my life purpose very easily. It's like this super normal thing for me, and I'm in full union with my divine purpose, and I don't have to hide any part of myself in order to do my work or make money. There's nothing I have to hide. There's no, there's no part of me that I can't show people, you know, people, my audience. There's no part of me that is unhappy with the work I'm doing every day. I could not get paid for anything I'm doing and I would still do it every single day. I also have helped like so many people. Like when I think about the work I was doing for corporations, it was like, like I wasn't help— like I just wasn't helping people, or like I was helping, you know, a couple people and only a little bit. And it's like now I help a ton of people very easily doing exactly what I meant to do. And it's like I help them so much. Like I'm giving, I'm giving a lot of myself, but it's so easy and I'm helping them so much. Um, so that, that's like kind of, um, I would consider myself pretty much in full union with my life purpose, um, or divine purpose if that's what you want to call it. And that's what I think people want in all areas of their lives, to be honest. I just think that most people don't think they can get it, so they settle for what they think they deserve, or what society tells them they should do, or what they are pressured to do, or what they feel they have to do, or whatever it is. Um, so if you take that and you translate it to the twin soul journey, that it's really the same exact thing. It's the same thing as going to a job that you're only so-so on. So a lot of people will, you know, will get into a relationship with like a soulmate, which is totally fine, but it's not their ideal or perfect relationship. Um, and it, it takes like similar— so for me to be able to do what I love every day, it took a lot of work. Um, and it, it still takes work today. Like, it's, it's the most— it's the hardest I've ever worked at anything. But it's been incredibly rewarding and 100%, like 1,000% worth it. Um, and that I think is how you want to approach your twin soul journey. Um, where you're gonna have to get like pretty uncomfortable, uh, and it's gonna be 100% worth it. Um, you're gonna, you're gonna, um essentially go for like your perfect relationship, and there's going to be a lot of blocks. You're going to think like, for example, like, is my perfect relationship possible? Um, it's kind of like the job thing where it's like, yeah, that's, that's cool that you get to do whatever you want, uh, your passion or whatever, and you make money at it and you pay your bills with that. Like, like, okay, cool, that's not possible for me. So there's a lot of um, a lot of like false beliefs around that. There's a lot of questions of like, well, like, when is enough enough? Like, why do I have to work so hard? Why do I have to go for like my perfect relationship or my ideal relationship? Um, why do I have to go for my perfect job or my ideal job? Like, why can't I just be happy with my current situation? Um, so there are a lot of parallels here Uh, but basically, and basically what it is, is, you know, as, as you heal and as you start to reveal your true self, um, you're going to separate from the things that were never meant for you in the first place. Um, so like with a job, it would be like you're not at that job anymore. But in truth, that job was not truly yours, and it wasn't truly meant for you to begin with. The job that was meant for you is somewhere out there, and you, you, you've just basically settled for a job that is more comfortable and that you, you know, that pays your bills or whatever else. Instead of going for like your perfect job, um, or your perfect career, or really your perfect purpose. I mean, I think people don't even think about jobs that way for the most part. They don't think— they think of a job as like, I'm doing this to get a paycheck, as opposed to I'm doing this to create like the most, the most value I can and help the most people and be in the most alignment with myself. Um, people just don't think about it that way. And the same is true for relationships. People don't think about it that way. So what if you want to have your perfect career, job, or, you know, whatever, um, purpose, and your perfect relationship? Like, what does that mean? It means that you have to be willing to these feelings that contrast with your current life. So for example, if you are in a— you could be in a great job right now, um, but you, you have a, you have a list of items that you want from your career or your job or your purpose or whatever. And as you Let's say you wrote them down, and as you, um, as you look at that list, you say, well, I'm going to try to get all of these things eventually. Like, even, even if it takes me years to like work on them or whatever, I'm going to try to get all those things. And so then you start to move toward those things, and you're going to come up against conflict from people because remember the whole like everybody on the outside of you was fine with how things are, like fine with keeping you exactly where you're at. And much of, much of the earth is designed to keep people where they are as opposed to help them find and follow their dreams, um, or help them step like fully embodied into their life purpose. So as you, as you start to look at this list of items, and as you start to move toward that list of items, you're going to hit conflict. And there's going to— like, there are really only two things that can happen in that conflict. Either the conflict takes you deeper into your true self in the sense that you get what you want. So you, you know, you have a specific career and you want to be able to work from home completely completely, for example. So you go to that boss or whoever at that job and you say like, I want to work from home completely and here's my plan to do it and blah blah blah. And so it can only take you deeper with that job. So in the sense that like you, you get what you want, so then you, um, fall essentially even more in love with that job, or that job is it moves closer to your ideal, or you have to walk away from that job because it is not ever going to meet your ideal, um, your ideal purpose or your life purpose. And that's pretty much what this journey is, um, in terms of love. So it's, it's really the same thing. Like, if you're committed to your twin soul journey You're committed to continuing to step deeper and deeper toward your ideal relationship, and this means that you're stepping deeper into yourself, you're going deeper with what do you really want, and then you're going to try to, try to, um, move toward that in your outer relationship, um, either with your current partner or, you know, whatever else. And so as you do that, you're gonna kind of butt heads with your partner, um, and it's either gonna take you guys deeper with each other or it's going to separate you. That's kind of like the only, like the only two real options when you think about it. Um, so this is really hard for people. They do not want to separate from what they have, and people don't like change. Um, But really, really what it is, is if you can't— if you can't— it's like, um, if you can't be fully honest in your relationship with whatever, whether it's a job or a person, then it's— it means that you have separation within you. So you are rejecting a part of yourself in order to stay close to this thing that isn't actually ideal for you. Um, and this is basically, um, the good thing is that if you're on this journey and if you, if you're going toward these ideals, it's actually completely— it's completely safe to explore these feelings even though even though society wants to tell you that it isn't. Like, society and people around you, they will essentially keep telling you to hide those parts of yourself in order to settle and to not rock the boat with your current situation. Um, so, you know, they'll say stuff like, "Nobody's perfect," or, um, you know, "This is not a good time to bring that up," or "You gotta live with some things," or, you know, "Where are you gonna get money for X in order to—" or like, "How are you gonna pay your bills?" You know, "If this was easy to do, everyone would do it," that sort of thing. And so there are going to be people and things things around you that are going to try to hold you, um, down. And, uh, you know, you're— it's essentially like you're living a lie. Um, so if you, if you believe that your higher power has your back, and if you believe that you're always moving toward your greater good, like, as you, as you step more fully into yourself, you're moving toward your greater good, then it's always going to be safe to explore those feelings. Because things are, you know, the, the things that are not meant for you are going to fall away, and the things that are meant for you are going to come closer or are going to be attracted to you. And the things that are meant for you are always going to be better than the things that aren't. Like, when I was working in corporate, I had a great job. It was really fun. Um, you know, I had some awesome co-workers. We went out, you know, we hung out, we went to bars, we drank, we, um, grew very close. And that— but it was very It became very clear to me though that the work was not my passion, and it was very hard to let that go because that was a very fun lifestyle. It was fun to have a lot of money. It was fun to go on vacations with people and, um, hang out with people, go out with people. It was fun to work, work with those people, build those friendships or relationships, but it was never meant for me, and it was really freeing to eventually let it go and to move into what is— what was and what is meant for me. As I did that, those relationships fell away, and that was hard because I had invested a lot in those relationships. It was the same with the job, like I had invested so much in building my career to that point, um, and then it all fell away very quickly. And I realized though that like, it took me some time, but I realized like none of this was real. Like if, if like these friendships were real, then they would still be here, you know? And if this job was real, then I would find my way back to it eventually. Um, and it's, it's really the same. You know, and so, so I stepped into something that was more appropriate for me, or, you know, it was the thing that was meant for me. It's a million times better. Like, I, I have no regrets. I don't miss that lifestyle. And the relationships that I've built through my work, uh, those are like real and lasting friendships too. Um, and like, these are people that I travel all over the world to I see. These are people who have been, you know, some of my friends have been with me for years and years, and we talk about everything. We go very deep to a level that we have, you know, that I wouldn't go to with a coworker or with any of my former coworkers. And it was just this realization that it was and is always safe to be yourself. Basically. Um, applying that to the twin soul journey, it's like, uh, you know, people— like, I'm trying to think of some specific scenarios, but like a good example would be like, well, you're in a relationship but you think your twin soul might be this other person. Um, and it's like you want to That's like a really hard thing, right? And so society is going to tell you like either stay with that one person or leave that person and go after this person. Um, and in truth, you actually need to— you actually need to, um, follow through on both of those threads at the same time. So you need to either leave your relationship lovingly or you need to, I guess, and you need to be open to whatever feelings you have for this other person. And in doing so, in exploring both of those avenues, you will get to the one that's right for you, and you will get there faster. What some people do is they'll, you know, they'll say like, okay, I'm gonna stay with the person I'm with, and I'm not gonna— like, I'm gonna cut off this other person. Um, like, I don't, I don't want to, you know, invest, like, thoughts or time or energy into that person. And it doesn't actually make sense because you're really just hiding that part of yourself. And so forever you're going to be hiding this part of yourself from, from your current relationship and also from this other potential, you know, this other relationship that could make you happier. It could be your twin soul or whatever. Um, so I guess I would just say, like, why do you— why would you want to do that? Like, why do you want to hide a part of yourself? Um, it makes no sense. It doesn't. It's just avoidant. Uh, this— the safer thing to do, in my opinion, would be to get clear on those feelings. Like, like, follow those feelings and that thread to its conclusion until you can either release that person or you realize like, oh, this is my twin soul, or whatever. Or you really, you know, you realize that that relationship is important to you. Um, and so, you know, a lot of people will cut themselves off before they even Explore the feelings at least. Um, and what I would recommend doing is just doing it on your own, like explore those feelings through a journal, um, journaling, or through a friend, a trusted friend. Um, and just, but just like have that outlet to be real and to express your true self, um, and not to hide what's, you know, what's really happening there. Um, if it's your twin soul, if like, if you are with your twin soul, it's, it's going to be safe to tell them that you have feelings for this other person. Like, it's always going to be safe to do that. You can't push them away, um, through doing this. They, they will, you you know, and it could, it could cause a fight or whatever, it could cause problems, but, um, your twin soul is always going to— it's always going to, to be a part of, um, that healing for you, I guess, is kind of, kind of the gist of that. So I hope that was helpful to you. Um, It's, it's always going to be safe to explore any feeling you have. And to— because really, because it's really just, it's really just who you are. It's going to catch up to you anyway if you don't explore it, so you might as well just look at it. Like, you might as well look at yourself and go deeper with yourself and allow the, the wrong things to fall away and the right things to come toward you. And as you do that, you're always— like, the thing that's going to come toward you is always going to be your twin soul, because your twin soul is attracted to your fullest and deepest expression of yourself. So anyway, I hope that was helpful to you. Thank you so much for, uh, giving me your time and attention on this content, and I hope you have a beautiful and blessed day.
