A client's confidence matters more than their size. The hardest people to work with are those constantly trying to prove themselves, acting bigger than they are. Real self-worth makes everything smoother.
What's the biggest lesson you've learned from working with a client?
Biggest lesson that I've learned, I guess maybe that, you know, there's no substitute for confidence or people don't have to prove themselves when they're confident. Like I said, I mean, the most— my most annoying clients have always been the, you know, wanting to prove that, you know, wanting to feel like big fish and they're not yet. Those are always the worst. So, you know, you don't— there's nothing like a solid sense of internal self. And I think the same goes for those of us doing the job.
