The Druze believe in reincarnation and view death as transition to a new life. Despite being minorities across Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, and Israel, they pledge loyalty to their home states and serve in government.

There are only two million Druze in the Middle East. You cannot become a Druze. You cannot join them. You cannot marry them. Their religion is private because one thousand years ago, the Druze religion started as a branch of Islam, and just like Muslims, they believe in one. But they developed their own traditions and holy sites near the Sea of Galilee in Israel. And here I learned a lot from the Druze. Number 1, don't fear death. The Druze believe in reincarnation. When your body dies, they believe your soul continues in another body again and again. Are you scared of death?
