Hey guys, welcome back to my YouTube channel. If you're new here, hi, my name is Natalie Nicole. I'm a licensed realtor in Florida, a mom, and I share a little bit about my life here on YouTube. On this channel, we talk about real estate, business, and a little bit of lifestyle videos. In today's video, we are going to talk about my 2026 goals for next year, and this is actually my last video of 2025, which is surreal. It's— I cannot believe this year is already done with. In this video, I wanted to be very, very realistic, very honest, and not just a big fluff of big dreams, big goals kind of year. I want my year to be pretty much perfect. I know I have to be realistic to achieve those goals. So we are going to be talking about real estate, my goals, and what I've accomplished in 2025 and what to look for in 2026. Before we start talking about 2026, I want to recap 2025 because this year has been pretty crazy for me. I was with a builder in the beginning of the year, and then I transitioned into general real estate, which I did not think I was going to do this year. I learned a lot this year, so this year was more about learning for me because being with a builder is completely different than being a solo realtor., and I just wanted to grind and figure out what I wanted to do in general real estate, because there's different avenues I could have taken. And this year specifically was just about education for me, even though I did close a couple deals. In 2025, I closed 7 real estate deals, May all the way up until December. I currently have 4 families under contract right now and 3 listings. In total, we have, I think, 14 deals if I'm doing the math correctly, which, come on now, that was just from May to December. I feel like that's pretty good. I have my iPad right here, and I keep looking at it because I actually took notes on everything. So, even though I did pretty good for myself, I did not give myself an actual goal for the year because I did not know I was transitioning to general real estate. So, for me, it wasn't about the volume. It was more about the education side of it. Not only did I help people get single-family homes, but I also dabbled into rental side of real estate, which I never thought I would ever do. And I currently have one listing that is a rental, and I actually closed out a deal that was a rental property, which was mine and my husband's former home before we got this home specifically. So now we have an investment property. Some deals went extremely smooth, other deals were just not smooth at all, and it was a lot of up and down. Some taught me about contracts, negotiating, the steps of being a real estate agent, the whole entire home buying process from top to closing day. But every single deal I've done, it has taught me how to be a better real estate agent and who I want to be in the future. While 7 closings might not sound like a huge deal to some agents or some people, for me it was a really huge turning point in my life and my career, and it really set up the foundation where I started to where I want to be. And I'm really proud of that, honestly. Okay, so let's talk about 2026. My goal for 2026 is 18 to 24 transactions throughout the whole entire year. This can look like rentals, this could be condos, this could be townhomes, single-family homes, whatever it is. I want to dabble in it and I want to be good at it. So that breaks down to about 1.5 or 2 transactions per month, which for me I feel like is pretty realistic. I do, do real estate full-time, and I do content creating full-time. What I want to focus on is buyers who are pre-approved, ready to go, I don't have to make up their minds for them, sellers who are motivated and realistic, and new construction and builders, because that is the foundation of my business. I specialize in new construction. I specialize in new construction. I feel like that's just really what I'm passionate about and what I'm good at, so I'm definitely going to want to continue to build my clientele on new construction. So let's talk about my goals for real estate in 2026. I just touched on it, but I want to go more in depth with it. Also, I got my little coffee. If you know, you know, Eliano's is the best coffee place over Starbucks, over Dunkin' Donuts. I used to be the biggest Starbucks girl, but nothing beats Eliano's. Okay, but every single month in 2026, my goals are 2 new buyer consultations, 1 new listing appointment, 1 signed contract, and 1 minimal closing. So like I said, I do have stuff in the pipeline to set me up for success in 2026. I do have things closing in the beginning of 2026, which I'm really happy about. Obviously, some months will be bigger than others. I'm also have to be really realistic, and that's okay. I mean, not every single month I'm going to be able to achieve these goals, but I know some months I'm going to go over and beyond what my goal is, like I've done this year. So what does that really mean for me weekly? Follow up on leads. I'm really big on follow up. I actually need to get a new CRM system because the one that I have now, I don't like. Posting consistently on social media. A lot of my clientele are looking at new construction, and with me posting new construction walkthroughs, it's reaching out-of-state buyers, which is amazing. Posting on social media consistently. Hosting or sitting at open houses. I love doing open houses as long as I actually plan ahead for them. So what I started at the end of 2025 is sending my clients my availability throughout the whole entire month of when I can sit open houses. That has actually helped me with marketing and pushing out when people are able to see the house and not have to wonder, oh, when is she doing an open house? And then also keeping up with my past clients and people that have closed. I like to follow up with them. Even if it's just wishing them a Merry Christmas or a happy birthday. I feel like, I feel like all of my clients are like my friends, and I care deeply about them. So keeping on that relationship is super important to me, because for me, it's not just a transaction. I also want to stop trying to do everything at night. That's the biggest problem with me. When it comes around 10 or 11 o'clock, for me, I try to do all my emails, whatever I have left of the day, I schedule for the next day in the morning, and it's really hard for my brain to shut off. Another goal for me is to track my monthly numbers, not just for the year, like my monthly numbers, closing income, expenses, marketing efforts. I need to figure out how to be organized with that because I'm running a business. Okay, so that's enough about real estate. Let's talk about content creating in 2026. YouTube and TikTok are huge priorities for me, and Instagram, but more for my real estate page, because I have two different Instagram pages. My goal for YouTube is to keep my same exact schedule. I post Thursdays and Sundays, and on my channel, I'm going to be really, really focusing on real estate mostly, with a little bit of lifestyle videos, because those are always fun for me to film. I really want to do closing days, because that is a very, very special moment for clients., and I also want to show you guys behind the scenes. I know a lot of new agents just don't know what to expect when they first get their real estate license. For me, I was watching YouTube and TikTok religiously and watching days in the life, but when people post days in the life, they only show like a really, really fast day. Obviously not every single day is a fast day and a busy day. Realtors have slow days too, and I want to showcase that as well. Another thing I picked up this year was opening up my own Etsy shop. I have not mentioned it on this channel yet, but I just opened up an Etsy shop for digital stickers. If you know me, you know I'm obsessed with my iPad, and my whole entire life is on my iPad— planner, everything. And one thing I really, really love doing this year was creating stickers for my iPad. Help me stay organized and keep me on track on what I need to do. My goals for that is to do one product every single week. And I chose Mondays. I'm going to try and keep up with that. I know I'm trying to learn as I go. I'm documenting all of it on TikTok as well. So go follow me on there. Um, and on there, like I said, I'm focusing more on digital planners for anyone who wants to get their life together or wants to just get organized. I'm a big organized person and I feel like my— what I like is not on Etsy yet. I'm trying my hardest to learn the whole entire process without having someone hold my hand and show me the process. Okay, so let's talk about personal goals for me because those matter just as much as my business goals. In 2026, I want to be more present. I need days that I just don't work. Um, right now I'm working every single day and I love what I do, so it's hard for me to shut my brain off and just have like an easy day. I want to take better care of my health, not just physically but mentally as well. I get really— I don't really get burned out, but I do get really stressed about a lot of things, which does not help me sleep at night. I have a really hard time falling asleep at night because I think I could do everything. We are also planning a huge trip this coming year, and I'm so excited, and I'm gonna document everything, so stay tuned for that. With that big trip, I need to start planning ahead and also saving money and doing everything in my power to make sure this trip goes as smooth as possible, because I'll be gone for 10 days and that means no work for 10 days. So I just want everything to go very smooth. And of course I want to spend more time with my daughter Arabella. She is a little mini me and I'm obsessed with her, and when she is not with me for the day, I feel so lost. So I'm definitely want to find more things to do with her that's just like a mommy and me type of thing. So for me, my faith is very, very important. I want to grow my faith in 2026. I want to start my morning slow. In the morning, I'm go, go, go, go, go, especially the days that Arabella has school. I want to have slower mornings, that's for sure. I want to take the time to journal in my Bible and like dive deep in what what it fully means. I want to journal more, which I think that would go into personal health, but— and then obviously pray more, because honestly, without God, I do not know how I would function or make it where I am today. But that's all for my personal goals. So that is really everything for my 2026 goals. I did a little bit of business, personal, and where I want to be by the end of 2026. I feel like they're very realistic, they're intentional, and they're really built around my lifestyle and how I live. If you're setting up your 2026 goals, I hope this video reminds you that you don't have to do everything at once, you just need to be consistent. And if you enjoyed this video, please don't forget to like, comment, and subscribe. And let me know in the comments what your biggest 2026 goal is for yourself. Anyways, thank you guys so much for such an amazing year. And watching me throughout this whole entire journey. It's been a crazy year, and I will see you in my next video. Bye!
