Hey guys, what's up? It's Natalie. Welcome to, or welcome back to, my YouTube channel. In today's video, you guys are coming along with me. It is a work day. We have one showing, and then I have to go all the way to World Golf Village to to go get my for rent sign because we rented that property out, and also get the lockbox. So come along with me, it's going to be a very productive day. I'm super excited. Hopefully it doesn't rain, we don't know yet. And if you've never seen me, hi, my name is Natalie Barnes. I'm a local realtor in Palm Coast, Florida, and I specialize in new construction. I also am a mom of a 4-year-old, and we love Disney. So that's a little bit about me. Anyways guys, let's get on with the day. I'm super excited. Today's Thursday and let me show you guys my outfit. This is my outfit today, super casual, super basic because it's not a crazy showing. Um, it's actually a showing in Palm Coast, but everything's from Shein. I think even— no, my shoes are from Amazon. Oh, and my pants are from Amazon. Okay, so never mind. So this is from Shein, obviously. I love Shein. Belt, Shein. Amazon pants. My mom actually has very similar pants to this and I wanted them, so I got them. Um, and then my little heels. I have these in almost every color. They're super comfortable and super affordable. Anyways, let's go. You know it's a good day when your husband gets you Eliana. Can you see? Yeah, Elianos. He got me the Red Bull Edge, Red Bull, I don't know, something blueberry, blue raspberry swirl, I think. We are gonna go to my office. I gotta go and print out the MLS sheet for the listing we're gonna go see. So good. Oh, I need gas. I hate getting gas. Number one, I don't feel safe when I get gas. Like, I mean, I'm not that scared of getting gas, but like, it could be worse. But I don't know if I like my hair today, so there's that. Okay, let's go get gas, then head to my office. Wawa, it's a dollar meal here. All right, I'm back at my office. I just went in. I had to print out my listings that I'm showing today. I thought I would have time to go really fast to my— let me turn on the car because it's hot in here. I thought I would have time to go really fast to my listing that I just rented out to go pick up the sign in the lockbox, but it's a 45-minute drive there, 45-minute drive back, and it's 11:22, so I will not make it in time for my showing. I don't know what to do. I think I might— because it's in like the middle of town, I don't know, and I'm not really hungry right now. I don't really want to go home either. I might go all the way to Colbert Landing really fast and go see Lori, who is the sales rep over there. We have a client who's under contract and there might be an appraisal issue, so I'm gonna go over there and see what we're looking at because I don't want my client to flip out. So that's the plan today. Ah, today's a weird day. Okay, so I'll just make it in time back for my showing. So instead of going to Colbert Landing, I'm actually going to go to, um, my listing to go pick up my for rent sign and then also get my lockbox too so I don't have to come back tomorrow. That's a better idea than going to Culver Landing because I do not want to go into a construction zone in the outfit I'm wearing. Not really in the outfit for construction today. So let's go pick up my sign and my lockbox and then go back to my show. Got the key. Onto the next property. See how far we are. I'm good on gas. We gotta race over there. I am— well, I'll get there exactly at 1 if I leave right now. We are just now leaving the showing and it went absolutely awful. The MLS, I just noticed when I pulled up The status on the MLS had sold, price was wrong, and the whole house was under construction. People were on the roof, there was no lockbox. At first I thought we had the wrong address, but nope, right address. Other people were in the home. It was just— they told me that the roof was 2019 and the water heater was semi-new, couldn't give me a date on when they installed it. It was just Like, I feel like that was a joke. That was not a good showing at all. So now we are heading over to the P section to go to Lennar. Um, I thank God I have a rep over there, Renee, and she is going to meet us. And hopefully they like this home a lot more. Um, because that whole entire— I've never had such a worse showing in my life. And I don't even know what kind of feedback I'm gonna give the other realtor because that was really bad. But we are 6 minutes away, so let's go see the new construction. I actually already did a video for this house, so I'm really hoping this is it. Let's see. This is what I'm showing. They're on their way. See if it is unlocked. Just doing a quick little overview. This is 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, 1,400 square foot. Very cute. And then the back is all preserve, which is amazing. So pretty. Currently at lunch right now, picking up me and Sam some food. Lennar went okay. I don't think they're really into new construction, but I think it's gonna come down to monthly payment for them. Um, so we shall see. I just realized I left my camera on for 1 hour. That's cool. But I did just go to my brokerage. I was on the phone with my sister, that's why I didn't film. But I went back to my brokerage because I had the lockbox from my rental property I had to give back. Um, and now we're gonna go home. It's currently 2:35. I'm gonna go look at new homes for my clients, send them that. I'm gonna go send out a couple emails. I need to ask some questions about, um, like my financial questions towards my buyers so I have a better grasp on what they can afford, basically. Um, and then I have some admin work, which not fun, but I'm really excited. I just got some soup and I just got some french fries and a Diet Coke, and then Sam, I ordered him a chicken— spicy chicken sandwich. Come on, you want to go? You want to go? No. Come here, Mama. You want to go for a walk? I gotta go drop off a package to my neighbor because we received his package, so let's go do that. But we are not getting in the car, I just need my package. Oh, come on, we're gonna go for a walk. Literally so sunny out I can't even see. But yesterday was Tank's birthday and he turned 10. Actually, I think he's 11, I don't really know. My mom said he's 10. Me and Sam think he's 11. So it's really sad because he's getting old and they don't live long. Why I bring that up was because I actually got him McDonald's yesterday. I got him some— a burger, a cheeseburger, and then I also got him ice cream because like, why not? He's like an old man, an old man. Like ice cream. I don't know. He's so handsome. I hope he doesn't poop because I do not have a bag. I'm in comfy clothes now, my PJs, and I took off my head of hair because I'm too tired. I'm too tired. But let's go do some admin work upstairs in my office., and then it'll be time to be— it'll be time to pick up Arabella. But I think I'm gonna make Sam go pick her up because I am too tired. Okay, Arabella is now home. We just did some tattoos. Show them your tattoos. Wow. Oh wow, your foot. Your other foot. Let me see your arms. You are so tatted. Let me see this arm. Wow, you got some on your tummy too. Wow, you're so cool. Let me see your muscles. Wow, those are some big muscles. Yeah! It is now 6:37 and I'm completely done work— with my work day. Um, main reason is because everyone's off right now and not answering any of my emails, but I sent out emails to, um, two of the deals that are closing next month. I just want to be ahead in schedule, make sure everything is on track, which everything is. I just ordered my hair extensions from Jay-Z Styles. I'm so excited to try them, but, um, I got 3 packs of the 22-inch Freddie, um, hand-tied wefts, and I'm gonna get my hair extensions done, I think, April 16th, right before our trip. And then I had to email my planner for our trip playlists and stuff, so Sam helped me out on that and then made some final decisions on that. Now I'm done. So I'm gonna go downstairs, see what Arabella's doing, and be off of my computer day. And I'm so excited to be done. I'm gonna clean up my desk a little bit because it's a little bit messy, and then bring my iPad downstairs and see if I need to do anything on my planner. I'm going away next week on, I think, the 2nd. I'm going down to South Florida, um, for a couple days. My sister is going to do a spray tan for me. And then, um, I also have a fitting, so that's really exciting. And spend some time with my mom, my sister, and Kenzie with Arabella. Sam has to work, so he cannot come. But yeah, that's about it.
