Antilla Floor Plan Tour | Taylor Morrison at Colbert Landing Palm Coast

Hi guys, what's up? It's Natalie. Welcome to, or welcome back to, my YouTube channel. Today we are in Colbert Landing with Taylor Morrison. We are going to look at this beautiful floor plan. They have about 6 of these left. It's called the Antilia. It's a 1,764 square foot home, 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, 2-car garage. It is absolutely adorable. They do have a couple available, so we're gonna go walk the floor plan, see what it looks like on the inside, and then I'm also going to show you guys what this community has to offer. Does this community actually shares with two different builders? So we have Taylor Morrison and then we have Meritage Homes. They have a clubhouse, they have a kids park, and I want to say they have the mailboxes and a tennis court. We're going to take a look at the amenity center and the floor plan today. This is a 1,764 square foot home, 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, 2-car garage by Taylor Morrison. Let's go take a look at this beautiful home. This is the outside. Let me show you this cute community. This is Colbert Landing in Palm Coast. The models are right over there. It also shares with Meritage Homes. Let's go inside. That's what it looks like. We have the first bedroom over here. Good size, huge window. Mommy, this one's still under construction. We have a bathroom right here, the first bathroom. Quartz countertops, tiled bathroom. Goes all the way up with a tub. We have a linen closet right there and another bedroom right here, a closet. Then we have— over here we have the laundry room connected to the garage. Then a huge living room, formal dining room right here. We have a huge kitchen with the pendant lights. We have tile and backsplash, subway tile, huge pantry. Comes with all appliances, so you get the fridge. Fridge, no washer and dryer, so just bring your own. I love, love, love all these windows. This one's actually on the water, which is really nice. Huge lanai out there. Then over here we have the master bedroom. Huge, huge, huge 3 windows. Show you it from this angle. Look at this master bath— bedroom. We have, we have crown molding all the way at the top, and then we have the master bathroom. In the master bathroom, you have a walk-in closet. Walk-in closet, my daughter. Then you have a shower, the water room right here. I don't want to fall in. Yep, well, you have two sinks, one over there, cute vanity right there, and then the shower with a gorgeous window all the way at the top, window right there, and then you have another walk-in closet right here. So you have two walk-in closets. Let's get out of the bathroom and let's go out on the lanai. So you do get all of the appliances and blinds except for the washer dryer. But this is what your view could look like every single day. You don't want the alligator? Beautiful, beautiful. This is an overview of everything. Huge. So this is the amenity center. It has a gorgeous pool in the back, but you need a key fob to get in, completely private. And then you have the tennis courts as well right there. And then you have a children's park with the mailboxes.
