Hi guys, what's up? It's Natalie. Welcome to, welcome back to my channel. So today my hair is up, looking a little crazy, but that's okay. As many of you guys know, I am obsessed with wigs. I am doing the one-year challenge of not putting heat on my hair and really just trying to put like organic ingredients in my hair and not damage it because I'm trying to let it grow. Well, Bellamy just released their new collaboration with Tokyo Styles— I think that's how you say it— and he came out with a whole entire line of synthetic wigs and human hair wigs. And knowing me, I had to get one and see if it's worth buying and telling you guys about it. So the box came. I will say this package took kind of long to get, like 2 weeks, and my last one I think only took like a week to get. So whatever. Okay, so this is what the wig looks like. Her name is Eye Candy, and I think she is gorgeous. I'm like obsessed with her, and I'm so excited. If this one is really, really, really, really nice, I definitely, definitely want to try one of his human hair wigs. If you guys are interested in that, give me a thumbs up and tell me in the down box below. Okay, without further ado, let's open the box. So let me tell you guys a little bit about Eye Candy. So she is only $99.99, so like $100. She's hand-knotted on a U-part cap. So basically you'll see— well, you won't see tracks, but it's basically tracks, and then right here is a U-shape. It'll go like that. I don't know how to explain it, but her length is 32 inches, so she is long. I'm so happy. Full density. The texture is body wave, uh, the color is ash blonde, and the style is in a middle part. And if you go on their website, like, you'll see they have like a black one, a really, really blonde one, um, a lighter like ombre one, I guess you could say, and then the human hair ones. And those are just to die for. But I didn't. I got Eye Candy and it's a synthetic wig. So time to open. Okay, I'm gonna try not to cut myself, but I really want to get like my first reaction. So first thing is the wig stand. So obviously I'm gonna hang up my wig with this. You just like assemble it. Now the box. Can we take a moment for this box. It's like a matte box with like obviously Bellamy on it, his name. And yeah, I mean, it's like a pretty big box compared to like me. So we're just gonna open it up. Oh, look how cute they packaged it! Ah, Bellamy! Oh, okay, so it says here to slay, like gorgeous. Okay, okay, okay. So I'm gonna open it. First thing I noticed is it came with a wig cap. Oh, this is different. Okay, so this is the wig cap. I don't know if you can tell, but usually— let me see if I have an old one. So normally when you get a Bellami wig, it comes with this kind of wig cap. It's like very, um, like fishnetty basically. This one is like not. So I'm pretty sure I'm gonna like this one way more than the other one. Like the old one. Then it also came with a Bellamy brush, a detangling brush. And then it came with this little tiny Bellamy book, I guess. Oh cool. Okay, so in here it basically has all the different kinds of wigs. I have this one, Eye Candy. Okay, good to have, good to have. Oh, it also came with their Bellamy wig satin little bag you can put your wig in. Oh, she is heavy. It also came in this like Ziploc bag. Okay, here we go. Oh my God. Okay, it's showing— so in real life it, it looks more orange on camera, like up here, but it's It's like a very, very like brown top like my other one, my other wig. So right off the bat, she is heavy, um, and really, really long too, which I love obviously. So she has two of the clips on the side like all Bellami wigs, one right here, one right here, and then also one in the middle. And then also it has— they look like bra straps if you can see it right here. Um, and that's just to make sure it's tight on your head so it fits like perfectly. So I'm just going to show you guys how I actually cut the lace off my wig. And since I just got a new wig, might as well show it. So, and I mean like there's many, many, many different ways you can do this. I'm 100% not a professional, not claiming that I am. I'm just saying what works best for me. And I mean, if anyone wants to try what works for me, I mean, obviously you can. Oh my god, they gave me two of these things! Okay, awesome, awesome, awesome. If I say okay one more time, I swear to God. So I braided both of my— I braided my head in just two simple French braids. Then what I normally do is I stick a little bald cap on, and then I normally— I don't know if you can see this, but I crisscross this one so it goes on this side just so it lays flat, and this one on this side. So normally what I do with wigs is I make sure both of the clips on the sides are closed so they don't scratch me. Up. Okay, that looks a little crazy. That's okay. Okay, now it looks like this. The lace is still on, as you could probably see. Let me see how long it is. Oh, she is long. She is really, really long. Okay, not a problem. So now that I know where it's gonna go on my head— she's already shedding. Okay, so here's the lace. What I like to do is take it in the middle and then just snip it halfway. Then I just follow it along. So I normally start basically by the ear. You guys can see that I kind of just start going right next to the hairline. Now that I cut the lace, I'm just gonna dive back into the wig and see if I should snip more of it, snip less. But yeah, what I'm noticing is it's shedding quite a lot. I don't know why though. I mean, obviously it's not real hair, so I mean, understandable, I guess. Like, this is kind of a lot of hair that's falling off immediately. Okay, now I'm just gonna brush her out. I mean, this kind of looks crazy, um, but I just just want to brush her out, get all the tangles out. She's really soft, I will say that. One thing about synthetic wigs is they tend to get a lot more tangly, I would say, than human hair wigs. I do want to straighten her though. It's something I'm going to do. Okay, so that was just— I don't know if you guys can see all this hair. Okay, so now what I'm gonna do is actually I'm not gonna pluck. I don't think I need to pluck right here. The part I am gonna make this a little more like natural though, because it's just really, really, really full by my face, and I don't like that at all. So that's what I'm gonna do now. Okay, so what I do is I just trace kind of like a little tiny bit by the hairline, and then I like to take my eyebrow pen sculpting thing and just start razorblading it off, basically. So I do this for a couple reasons. The first one is I like my hair to look as real as possible, and if I'm being honest, no one has hair this long. I mean, it's just not real. It's gorgeous, just not real, you know what I mean? And as you guys can see, they added like highlights and it too, like in the front to shape the face, which I freaking love. So once you cut the hair, it does kind of like, not frizz up, but like curl back up kind of and get knotted. After brushing, it goes like straight back to being like really soft. Okay, so again on this side. So if you've never done this before, smaller pieces than bigger pieces because I mean, logic. Okay, look how much better that looks. But I just feel like it falls way more natural, I guess you could say, rather than this side, which I've only done once. It kind of is just like in your face. This one's kind of like not. I don't know, I mean, it's just a personal thing, I guess. But this is, I mean, my, the one that I always wear, I really, really took time to cut it and like make sure everything was like perfect, and I've never gotten so many compliments. People being like, "Wait, that's not your real hair?" I'm like, "Nope. Looks like it though, huh?" 'Cause like if you really think about it, no one's hair is perfectly dense, perfectly everything. Soft, shiny, without like either extensions or wigs or whatever you want to say. Okay, I don't have like a little clip, but normally I do, and I shorten these pieces a lot more just so they look way more real. That I think looks a lot, lot better. Oh, I never clipped in the sides either. So, okay, I never really said where I got this, but this is basically— I think I got it at Forever 21. You can get it like at Walgreens, Publix probably. So basically I got this at, I think, Target. I could be totally wrong, but I'm pretty sure it's Target. I think I got it at Target. Basically what it is, it's like this little tiny razor Basically, that's what it is, and you can use it for your eyebrows, basically anything. I use it really for my eyebrows and my wigs. That's just how I make it a lot more realistic. This is all the hair I took off, but overall I think this wig is so worth the price. I mean, look how long this wig is. It literally goes all the way down to my hip bones, and if I turn Turn around. I mean, she's dense or whatever. I love this. I love the color. Um, and if you guys like don't like the shine, you can obviously put dry shampoo in it or baby powder. I've seen that, but I actually kind of like this a lot. I like the little highlight in the front. To like frame the face. Yeah, I probably will straighten this and maybe just trim like the little straggities. I don't know if you guys can see that. There's some hair that's kind of just dragging along. But yeah, I, I do think this is worth the, what, $100? I think I paid like $120 with shipping. Um, because you do get a lot. You get the box, you get the hair, you get the wig cap, 2 of them, and you get the brush. I mean, that's insane. And what I do like about Bellami wigs is even though they're— ooh— even though they're synthetic, you can straighten them, you can curl them, you can apply heat basically to them. I usually do like 375 because they usually say don't go past 400, so I do 375 and they stay pretty straight. I mean, I don't— I, I love Bellamy. I mean, it's no shock, I own so many wigs from them, but this is definitely probably my new favorite now. I want to see what it would look like straightened though.
