Good morning, you guys! Hi guys, it's Natalie. Welcome to, or welcome back to, my YouTube channel. If you've never seen me, hi, my name is Natalie. I am a realtor in Palm Coast, Florida, and you guys are spending the day with me. I'm just now leaving my neighborhood. We have a couple things to do. I have to go to my rental house because I'm selling my desk, but on the way I have, um, a client. I'm stopping at her house just to take photos for her. She's an out-of-state buyer, and I'm super excited to see the update of her house because she's doing a brand new, new construction. So it is currently, I think, 8 8:37 and I have to meet the lady at 9:30. So I think I want to start— I want to get a Starbucks, take some pictures, and go. It's a busy day. If you guys are new to my channel, subscribe. We go to Disney a lot, Disney cruises a lot, real estate, and I'm a mom of a 3-year-old. So let's go. Good morning. Hi, can I do a, um, venti hot chocolate? Can I do, um, 3 Splendas in it? Yeah, of course. And that's it. I swear, whenever I get hot chocolate, I feel like such a child, like that I'm not ordering coffee, but I'm not really in the mood for coffee. My stomach kind of hurts, but I'm craving chocolate, so hot chocolate it is. Also, everyone's been loving my nails. I never get get anything like this. I love pinks and I love like white colors, and I got faux nails, so faux. Starbucks, nice little hot chocolate venti with 3 Splendas, super good. I'm at my rental house and it is so weird to see— let me get— let me show you guys kind of a tour, an empty house tour of this, uh, new construction rental house. It was from— I think it was built by INB, I think, I think that's the name. But let me show you guys, it was super cute and it did its purpose, but now it is empty and I'm trying to sell the desk. So let's take a look at this property. So this is what it looked like, and then, and then that house over there is for rent too, and it's by the same exact builder. I need to throw out that mat, but Let's take a look inside. That's the desk I'm selling. It's very dirty. We need a deep clean very badly, so don't pay any mind. We still have a couple things, like I need to sell that entertainment system. But this was the kitchen. I liked how many cabinets it had. This was the pantry. Dog stuff. I need to throw all that out. And then this entertainment system, I definitely need to either sell or throw out. It was like $800, but Lady chewed the bottom of it right there, and then also— and it needs to be like swept right there too. I tried to paint it, but I think I might just throw it out. So we have the dining room right there, living area right here. Over here was Arabella's side, so she had two bedrooms. She had this bedroom. This was her whole entire bedroom, but you could like see the walls. Like, Tank, Tank, Tank, Tank just decided to slobber everywhere. So like even on the doors. So I need a deep clean of this house. And then we had a linen closet right here. We had her bathroom right here, which is really sad. Like, still need to clean out these toys. A little sink, washer, dryer. Those were brand new, so I think I'm gonna give it to my mom. And then this was the playroom. So, so empty. And then over here, it was only a 3-bedroom, 2-bath, which is what we needed. Over here was our room. Like I said, we just need a deep, deep clean. Like, that's gross. The bed, that's brand new mattress I need to sell. And then this was our bathroom. Yeah, this was such a nice house. Oh, and then our closet was right here, which I mean, an okay size. Yeah, I moved into this house like October, I think, 31st, Jack, because it was a 1-year lease. It served its purpose for the time being, and it was in like such a nice area in the P section in Palm Coast because I was close to work and Arabella's school and everything. So now we moved and I no longer need this space, but I do need someone to come and clean, deep clean. No, I think I grabbed everything. But sad, very bittersweet. But now we're waiting for this lady to show up and buy my— it's like a little tiny piece— buy my desk. And then I have work for the rest of the day, but I think I'm gonna work from home. I'm gonna work from home because I just don't feel like going in the office. And I know I said I was going to, but I just don't really have it in me to get all dressed and go. So my fit today, nice and casual workout set like this. So I think that's just what I'm going to stick to. I want to film a new house tour too because I love our house so much that we're in now. And yeah, so let's wait on this girl. I still have my hot chocolate in the car and And yeah, we're just waiting. Okay, so I just got the money. We are heading home, working for the rest of the day. Let's go! I am flying by in work. I have a couple more things to do. I have like 4 more things to do, but it is currently almost 11 o'clock. I think I want to go on a walk later around my neighborhood because it's such a nice day out. Let me show you guys. It's like so beautiful out. I'm in the car right now. We are heading to go do some returns. I have 2 things I have to return. One of them is a fan that I got for my nightstand and it wasn't really strong, so Sam just bought me and installed like a fan that goes on the roof— not roof, ceiling. And then my mom got us a bed for Lady and it's too small, so I have to go return that as well. So let's go. We are on a beautiful walk in the neighborhood. Yep, we're going home and then we'll go around one more time. So it's actually a couple days later and I have a listing appointment at 12 and it's 11:56 right now, so I'm getting ready for that and I'm editing this video right now. Looks like that. But yeah, I'm super, super excited. This week has been pretty crazy. I'm putting Lady, our puppy, into training, so she has her first class today, um, but I just wanted to bring you guys along as a day in the life as a realtor. I love watching these kind of videos. They are so fun to film, um, even though I'm probably the worst at them just because I have a lot going on and, um, I forget to film sometimes. But I am going to probably do a tour, a home tour of our new home, um, It's a beautiful floor plan. It is a new construction home, so I will definitely be trying to plan on that. But I'm excited for October. Right now it is September 26th. This is going up, I think, this Sunday, so on the 28th. But yeah, anyways, guys, thank you guys so much for watching.
