Captiva Floorplan | New Construction in Palm Coast FL | Century Communities Seminole Palms

In this YouTube video, real‑estate agent Natalie Barnes walks viewers through the Captiva floorplan, a one‑story, 1,895 sq ft model built by Century Communities in the Seminole Palms neighborhood of Palm Coast, Florida. She outlines the home’s basic specs (3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2‑bay garage, $369,990 price) and highlights key design elements such as LG appliances, quartz countertops, luxury‑vinyl‑plank flooring, black accent details, and a spacious great room with three sliding doors overlooking a lake. Barnes emphasizes the layout’s suitability for multi‑generational families, noting the flex room, separate bedroom wings, and potential for a mother‑in‑law suite. She explains Century’s warranty structure (1‑year workmanship, 2‑year systems, 25‑year James Hardie siding) and the benefits of new‑construction warranties. The video also covers community amenities—resort‑style pool, kids and dog parks, HOA/CDD services—and situates Seminole Palms among other local builders (Sentry, Ryan Homes, Pulte, Miranda, Richmond American). Throughout, Barnes advises viewers to work with a buyer’s agent when dealing with builders, invites comments on the floorplan, and encourages likes, subscriptions, and suggestions for future builder reviews.

Okay, so this is the Captiva floor plan. It's one story, 1,895 square foot, 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, 2 bay garage. This one is currently located in a beautiful cul-de-sac. The price right now is $369,990. They do have about 3 of the 3 different Captivas in this neighborhood, but but I think this one is definitely the best one, and I will show you why. Hey guys, what's up? It's Natalie. Welcome to or welcome back to my YouTube channel. If you've never seen me, hi, my name is Natalie Barnes. I'm a local real estate agent in Palm Coast, Florida who specializes in new construction. Today we are at the beautiful Seminole Palms neighborhood located sort of near the S section of town. We are going to see this beautiful model. This is a Century home built, and this, this is just a stunning model. The floor plan is called the Captiva, and this one is actually available, located in a beautiful cul-de-sac. Let's take a look at this beautiful house and let me know your thoughts. This neighborhood is literally gorgeous. I'm walking to the front of the house so you can see the full vision of this whole house, um, but keep in mind this is under construction, so this house is not done quite yet. Let's take a look. Okay, so we are greeted at the front door If you look all the way up, we have a beautiful tray ceiling. Like I said, this home is still under construction, so do not mind the construction mess. But this is the laundry room. We have washer dryer, so it must come with the home. Different builders do different incentives. This is a 2-bay garage. Let's turn on the lights. Just your 2-bay garage. Now this will be fixed, so you will not have a brand new home and it looking like that. But let's take a look a little more in. This is where your HVAC is located, which is nice because it does not have to work 10 times harder in the garage like a lot of the other builders do. Then when you keep walking, you're greeted by this beautiful kitchen. They do use LG appliances. I love that fridge. I wish I actually had it in mine. I have Whirlpool. I actually do like my Whirlpool, so I can't really hate on that. With quartz countertops, LVP floors throughout the house, even in the bedrooms. So this Century Builder is actually a spec builder, which means you can't really customize the floor plan. It's kind of what's available is what you get unless, unless you talk to the sales agent. But look at this great room, you guys. This is beautiful. Now, when I first walked this home, the sales agent said this would be a beautiful house for a multi-generational family. And I said, oh, really? But she's absolutely right. Look at how this floor plan is laid out. So we have a great room right here, kind of like a flex room, I would say. But then we have carpet in the bedrooms, in these two bedrooms. So I was mistaken, but really, really good size. If you have a mother-in-law or you have grandkids and you want them away from the primary bedroom, this is a really nice house. You have the flex room right here, like I said. We have a bathroom right here. So just to get a feel of it, so this is where the kitchen was. We went through this hallway right over here, right off of the kitchen, and this is where we are. So we have a beautiful— let's turn on the lights— we have a beautiful bathroom right here, double vanity. We have a linen closet, very useful. And then we have the third bedroom right here. So two bedrooms on this side, primary will be in the back. But how amazing would it be if you drywalled right here, made it a door, and then either a mother-in-law suite right over here? So then you could do like a little living room situation, maybe even add a kitchenette. That would be pretty. And then over here we have this huge great room, massive, right? With the three sliders. I absolutely love. Now you don't get much of a backyard, that's the one downfall of this house, this specific house, but look at the beautiful lake you have behind you. That is just gorgeous. Let's go into the primary bedroom. Primary does not have carpet in the bedrooms, that's why I set it. Well, in this specific bedroom, but look at this view. I mean, waking up to that every single morning is just beautiful. Let's go into the primary bathroom. Love the tile. Like I said in all these homes, I love the black accent. We have the toilet room right here with a beautiful little tiny window. We have the shower tub. I wish my house had a tub. I really, really want one. Um, but I am grateful for my deluxe shower. And then we have a window on top of that. I love the black accents in this house. You do get a bench with that shower, which is really nice. Double vanity. There I am. Hi! And then we have a walk-in closet. The little detail— so we have LVP floors in your master bedroom closet, which is really nice. This house is still under construction, so little tiny details will be fixed, but this is just a beautiful home. Definitely great for a multi-generational family. Definitely great if you just want space in that primary bedroom, you just want to be away from the other bedrooms. This house is for you. It's very long, which a lot of people like. The kitchen is a decent size., and you get all your appliances brand new. I think one of the advantages of buying new construction is all the warranties you get. So when you buy a new home, different builders do different warranties. With Century, you get a 1-year on workmanship. So if you ever walk in your home and you feel that one hollow tile and it's driving you up the wall, make a note of it, and then when your 1 year comes, you can tell the builder and they will come out and replace it or fix it, whatever they need to do to make you happy. The 2-year is is inside the walls. So things you use every single day but you don't really see. So think of wiring, plumbing, HVAC systems, stuff like that, that has a 2-year warranty. And then the foundation of the home also has its own warranty. And this builder actually uses the James Hardie board, which is a really, really good material. I believe— I could double-check on it, but I believe it's a 25-year 25-year warranty on that. I could be totally wrong, but that's what I believe. I will double-check on that. But these homes are beautiful. You are in a beautiful community. Let's actually talk about the community. So Seminole Palms, like I said, is located more in the S section. However, since this is a beautiful HOA CDD community, you're going to get amazing amenities. One of them is going to be the resort-style pool and amenity Center. This one should be opening, I want to say, around spring, end of spring. I have no idea, that's just what we've been told, um, and it is coming along beautifully. It also has a kids park and a dog park. This is great for if you just want to walk around the community, like I walk around every single day because I live here. It's an easy walk. In this community itself, you have different builders, so you have Sentry Community, Ryan Homes, and Pulte is coming. Ryan Homes actually has two collections, so they have more of their single-family homes in this area that Sentry is in, and then in the front of the community, they also have townhomes. Pulte is actually gonna be in the same exact area as single residential homes, just like Sentry and just like Ryan Homes. And then if you go a little back in the community, there's something called the Enclave, and that's where Miranda Homes is and Richmond American is as well., and I will be doing a video on Richmond American. And if you haven't already seen my other videos on Miranda and Century, I have a bunch, so definitely go check that out. Anyways, guys, that is it for today's video. Let me know what you think of this floor plan. I think it's adorable. I think it'd be a great multi-generational house for really anyone. Let me know what you guys think. If you like this floor plan, if you would pass on this, let me know. All my information is down below, and always remember, do not go into a builder without representation. I've worked with builders before. I've worked for builders before. I know all the ins and outs. Call me, I would love to represent you in this journey. Anyways guys, thank you guys so much for watching, and don't forget to like, comment, and subscribe. If there is a builder you want me to go see and review, let me know.
