It's Natalie Barnes. Welcome to, or welcome back to, my YouTube channel. If you've never seen me, I'm a local real estate agent in Palm Coast, Florida who specializes in new construction. We are in Seminole Palms today looking at Century Communities. Right now we are in front of the Charleston, the Charleston floor plan. This is a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom, 2-bay garage. It's about 2,015 square feet, so let's go take a look.
This home is ready to move in. Price of the home right now is $364,990. If you are interested in this house, let me know, but let's go inside. Upon entering, you're going to see these beautiful floors.

So right when you walk in, you're going to notice the beautiful dark floors. We have 2 bedrooms. Let's look in the first one with these 2 huge windows. Look how bright it is. We have the black detailing on the knobs, which I personally love. We have quartz countertops in here. Let's turn on a little light. Let's turn on the light. This is the first bathroom, so you can see the tile going all the way up, quartz countertops, and they did the white for the cabinets. Let's go into this room. This is the second bedroom. These bedrooms are pretty big. The carpet is really, really soft. Let's get an overview of this room. Let's go take a look at the rest of the house. So now we're back at the front door. To the left we have a hallway. This is going to be your garage. There you go. Looks like they epoxied the flooring in here, so this looks like it was just done not too long ago, which is a really nice detail. We have the HVAC system right here. We have a linen closet right here, perfect for jackets. The 2 times out of the year that it is freezing. Then we have another bedroom over here. This is the 3rd bedroom, and as you can see, it's spacious, which is really nice. And I like this room because it actually has an ensuite, so it has that 2nd bathroom with the tile going all the way up, quartz countertops. Let's turn on the light. Nice and bright in here, but very nice size bathroom. And then the room itself. Let's go take a look at the rest of the house. I don't know if it's showing very well, but tall, tall ceilings, which is nice. Beautiful kitchen. Look at this huge kitchen. They switched their appliances. This is the old appliance, so they used to use Whirlpool. They did switch to LG, so you'd be getting— this is actually what I have, which I absolutely love, Whirlpool. This is the microwave, and then we have the oven right there. Flat top stove that vents out. We have the beautiful backsplash. I love, love, love the black details. In here. I actually wanted that for my house. We have the huge island right here, and then over here is the pantry. Let's take a look inside. Pantry is very important. Pretty good size, I say. Pretty good size pantry. Lots of shelves, which is very well needed. Let's close this up. Look at how big this living room, dining room area is. Honestly, this is huge. Let's turn on the lights right over here. Very echoey. Where are the lights? I'm always confused. Wow. Okay, so imagine this. You put your couch right over here, huge flat-screen TV right there. Cute little coffee table right here. Over here you can do almost like a formal dining room. I would actually put it over there probably. And then you do bar stools obviously where the island is. This room is huge. Like, I wish I had the dimensions for how big this room is with all of these windows. So you get a lot of that natural light in here. Amazing. Let's take a look at the lanai. So we have these huge sliders, and it's actually a hip lanai. How you know it's a hip lanai— and I say it in every— I say this in every one of my videos— um, how you know it's a hip lanai, it's part of the foundation of the home. There's no aluminum, it's actually part of the foundation. Let's take a look at what the view is. This is the huge lake that they have in the back. As you can see over there, there's more construction because this is a brand new community. But how gorgeous is this? You are really living the Florida lifestyle with this view of the lake. And then right behind, that's all going to be preserved, so that will never ever ever be touched, which which is very nice as well. It's very cold out, so let's go inside. Okay, we're back inside. Let's go into the master bedroom because that's one of the bedrooms. So if we're in the living room right here, your master is going to be over here. Um, you're going to get this hallway, the washer dryer laundry room, very good size. I mean, it's a walk-in, which is nice., and then it comes with the washer dryer. The only appliance it looks like it doesn't come with is going to be that fridge. Now let's enter the primary bedroom. Let's turn on some lights in here. Beautiful. So we have 5 LED lights at the top. That middle one is going to be braced for a fan. Your view is, like I said, that beautiful lake. But let's get an overview of this master bedroom. Really good size. Let's go into the master bathroom. So this master bathroom has two sinks. Let's look at the floor. We love the white floors, very modern. To the right-hand side, we have this huge, huge— like, I don't even know, vast— walk-in closet. This could literally be an office. I mean, it is gigantic. And then let's go look at the shower. Like I said, that black detailing is beautiful. Tile going all the way up, almost all the way up to the ceiling. We have the toilet room right there, has its own private door. And then right here we have linen closet, which I really wish I had linen closet, a linen closet in my bathroom. I don't. Um, we decided to extend the whole entire shower, which I love, but it's really nice to have a separate linen closet away from your primary walk-in closet. And then we have a nice, beautiful natural window in the bathroom, so it lets in that natural light. But this is an overview of that bathroom. If you are interested in this home, let me know. Pulte is coming. Miranda is in another subdivision called The Enclave. Along with Richmond American. The amenities in this neighborhood, amazing, might I just say. Um, they have a resort-style pool, clubhouse, kids park. We have a dog park. They used to have a kayaking launch, but I think they're not doing that anymore. But this community is massive, and I think it's going to be the hot upcoming neighborhood of Palm Coast.
