Hi guys, what's up? It's Natalie. Welcome to, or welcome back to, my YouTube channel. I'm a local real estate agent in Palm Coast, Florida who specializes in new construction. Today we are in Seminole Palms looking at Century Communities homes. We are standing in front of the Palmetto floor plan, which is a one-story, 1,835 square foot home, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2-bay garage, listed at $359,990. We're going to take a tour of this floor plan. If you like it, all my information will be in that, in that down box below, so definitely go check that out and contact me. Let's go inside and take a look at this beautiful floor plan. I just saw they actually furnished this whole entire house, which makes envisioning your life so much easier here. So let's take a look. Okay, when you first walk in, we have this huge hallway. So the ceiling height is 9 foot, might be a little over 9 foot, I'd have to double check. And then to the right-hand side, we are greeted by 2 bedrooms, 1 bath over here. Let's take a look in this first bedroom. As you can see, very spacious. They have this really soft carpet as well. You can definitely fit a full or queen-size bed in here with huge— like, those are huge nightstands, if you can't tell. And then they have a dresser in here. If you look at the floor, they have LVP flooring, easy to clean, easy to maintain. They have quartz countertops in the bathroom, dual sinks, which is really nice. They have white cabinets. They have different kinds of packaging for, um, the cabinets. They chose the white ones in here, which I love. Let's take a look. So you have the tub/shower duo right here, and then we have a linen closet. Super nice to have, especially for the extra bathrooms. Leaving out of the bathroom, to the right we have another bedroom. They actually staged this as an office, um, and it looks really good in here. I kind of want this furniture for myself. Let's take a look at the rest of the house. So if we go straight to the left-hand side, we have the mudroom. Oh, I absolutely love this. I mean, how nice to just put your stuff here and leave. Right to the left you have the garage. They even epoxied the floor. This house is not, um, no one's living in this house, but they did stage it, so that's why there's extra furniture in here. But they epoxied the floor, which not a lot of builders do that. You have another linen closet once you leave the garage. But the staging, I mean, come on, beautiful. Then if we go straight, we have the laundry room, very spacious. That's one thing I will say about Century is their laundry rooms are normally pretty spacious, which I like. So in this house, you're going to get the double washer dryer and then all the appliances except for the fridge. We have the kitchen right here, but I wanted to show you this door right here. This is going to be your HVAC system. So it's inside the house, really easy to get to for people who need to work on it if they need to work on it. We have this beautiful open concept living space. So we have the kitchen, To the left-hand side, it actually has a fridge, so I'm wondering if it comes with, um, and then they used Whirlpool appliances. They did switch to all LG, but in this model they have all Whirlpool. Then we have the living room in front, and then to the right-hand side we have formal dining room. And as you can see, they styled it pretty perfectly so you can really imagine yourself living in here. And look at the window. So a lot of natural lighting, as you can see. It also has a lanai in the back. What I like about— ooh, the furniture's a little crazy out here— but what I like about Century Homes is they actually have a hip lanai, which means it's part of the foundation of the home, and it's not the aluminum one you would get with other builders that sometimes they offer. Okay, let's take a look outside what your view would be. So with this house, your house is going to back up to a preserve. Super quiet, super peaceful, very nice. Let's go back inside cuz this is actually one of the days that it's actually very chilly in Florida. Okay, so let's talk about the kitchen really fast because we kind of skipped over it. But you have the microwave oven duo right there, flat top stove right here with the vent that goes all the way out to the ceiling. We have dishwasher over here, and let's take a look at this pantry. If you're like me, I love food and I need a good-sized pantry. That's actually a really good-sized pantry. Is there a light in here? Yes. Okay, so very good size pantry for an 1,800 square foot home, I think. And then we have the refrigerator right here. This is the same refrigerator I actually have. Okay, so we have the front door right over there. Quick little overview again. So kitchen, living room, formal dining room. Let's go into the primary bedroom over here, right off of the kitchen and living room. This is a really good size, honestly. If you look up, you can see the 5 LED lights. Those 5, um, the middle one is going to be braced for a fan. So if you're like me and you can't sleep without a fan, lucky for you, it's braced for a fan. You just have to go buy it. 2 huge windows, and in the back, like I said, your view is going to be the preserves. This house does come with all the blinds, so that's really nice. Then we have the primary bathroom. I love this primary bathroom. You can see the two dual sinks right there. Why I love this bathroom is because of the shower. Guys, look, there's a beautiful bench right there. So if you need to shave your legs, if you just need a break, you can just sit down and still shower. We do have a linen closet inside the bathroom, which we all know I love linen closets. And then you have the toilet room to the left-hand side, and then right in front we have the walk-in closet. Really decent size. I think this could be like a little office. And then the flooring is going to be carpet in the walk-in closet and then tile in the bathroom. Tile does go all the way up, not entirely to the ceiling, but it does— it is tiled. What do you guys think? I'm taking a seat. Okay, let's talk about the amenities in this community. So Seminole Palms is located south end of Palm Coast, more by like the S section and the U section. In this community specifically, the amenities are clubhouse, a gym, resort-style pool, a dog park, a kids park, and they used to have a kayaking launch, but I don't think they're doing that any more. And in this community, it is shared by different builders. So we have Ryan Homes— Ryan Homes does the single-family homes, and then they also do townhomes. Century Community, which is what I'm in right now. Pulte is coming to this community as well. And then the subdivision inside this community is called The Enclave. The Enclave is with Miranda Homes and then Richmond American. Altogether, I think this will be the upcoming new community in Palm Coast everyone is dying to get into. It is located in special place in Palm Coast where you're about 15-20 minutes away from the beach, not too far from the highway, and we're right in between St. Augustine and Ormond Beach.
