In today's video, we are starting out really early this morning. I just left my brokerage, I had to print out some MLS sheets. You guys are spending the day with me today if you guys didn't know. Obviously we have a busy day. I just left my brokerage, I had to print out a lot of MLS sheets because we have a showing on Saturday for condos in Jacksonville. I'm super excited for that. I might bring you guys along. I don't know yet, but today is a super busy day for me. Yesterday I had another closing for a new construction home, which is super exciting. Today is Thursday, so it's content creating day. The houses that we're gonna see is new construction, so I like to do this thing on my channel where I go to these new builders and I walk their floor plans and I show you guys what they have to offer, just in case I have out-of-state buyers who want to look in Palm Coast, Florida. You get to see what this builder has. So I'm super excited for that, meeting another realtor over there. So we're shooting content over there, and then at 1 o'clock we have an appointment, a showing in the C-section. So I'm waiting on confirmation for my client to make sure she wants to go see that. But today is a busy day. If you don't know me, if you've never seen my face, hi, my name is Natalie Barnes. And also I show you amazing floor plans, all Palm Coast, what Palm Coast really looks like from a resident. I'm super excited for today. Obviously we are having a very, very busy week. And yeah, let's go right now to the community we're shooting at. We're gonna shoot some TikTok, Instagram, YouTube videos just so people can find these videos, reach out to me. And it's crazy because a lot of my clients right now are finding me on social media, which is very exciting. Um, they're really liking my YouTube videos, which is fun. Um, I'm hoping to get a contract out today with Miranda Homes for a to-be-built, but we will see. I'm just waiting on the okay from the lender and ready for the sales associate to start writing the contract. You can sign everything and lock in their incentives. So busy day today. I'm super excited to have you guys along for the drive. I did have a coffee from home, which I am not liking whatsoever. I made it myself. The color's looking questionable. It was supposed to be a mocha iced latte. Not good. Not good at all. It has like this weird aftertaste. Um, I did get new creamer and I did use oat milk because I thought that might be what's hurting my stomach is the actual dairy, but nope.
Nope, nope, nope.
It's just not good today. So I'd love to get a coffee, but I'm trying not to get a coffee every single day of my life because that's $6 I could use towards something else. Long rant, but let's go to this community now. Okay, so this specific one is for sale. This is on a corner lot, beautiful community. Let's take a look inside.

So they're gonna be closing soon, but this— when you first walk in, you have these LVP floors, and then we have the beautiful kitchen. This is a very open floor plan, meaning— and then look at this beautiful lake in the back.

So I actually just left my house. We just toured 2 other homes, and now we're gonna go look at— we're gonna go look at the Ryan Townhomes in this community. So I haven't seen them yet, so I'm really, really excited. They're by Ryan Homes, and yeah, let's go see them.

At my first showing, let's go take a look. Well, today has really gotten away from me. I have not vlogged at all. Um, I think last thing you guys saw was at my showing appointment today. I had clients who wanted to see the home, um, and I actually just left their house because they want to do— they want to list their house with me. So I had to take a look at that and gave my honest opinion. Um, I don't know if they're gonna list with me. I gotta run some more comps and we'll see. They did really, really like the house that we looked at initially. So right now I am going back to my brokerage. I've been with Danielle all day today, which is another realtor who I brought on to the Realty Exchange team. Um, and I'm heading to my brokerage now because I have my commission check I have to go pick up. So we closed on a house yesterday and I'm getting paid on it today, which I thought I was getting paid tomorrow, but the earlier the better. So we're heading there now, and then I have to go pick up Arabella tomorrow. Taylor Morrison is having an event where Santa is coming for a couple hours, so Arabella is going with me to meet Santa. So I gotta dress her all cute. I really need to clean my house, um, tonight. What is this guy doing? That's a must. I have to clean. Sam has an overnight slash late shift he has today, so so I'm not gonna see him at all. But today has been go, go, go, go, go. We did have lunch, we got Chick-fil-A, which I don't think I filmed that. I have a really, really, really bad migraine, like in the back of my head. It's like I feel like I hit my head on something, and I know I didn't. But yeah, so I'm gonna go to my brokerage now, pick up my check, go to the bank, deposit my check, and then we gotta go pick up Arabella up. Once again, I have not started Christmas shopping at all, so I gotta get my button gear, um, and we gotta do that. I'm also thinking about doing what I got for Christmas video. I used to do them all the time and everyone used to like them, so I think we're gonna bring back that tradition this year. So let's go, let's go to my brokerage. I just got my commission check. It's a little lower than $8,000 just because with my splits and, um, I had to do a referral fee as well. So let's go and deposit the check.
Hi guys, it's a couple days later. My hair is looking a little crazy, I have to wash it. But I'm currently sitting at my open house. People just walked in, um, so they actually just left. But I wanted to tell you guys what I'm doing today even though I'm ending the video, um, because this vlog is so all over the place I feel like because it was such a busy day. I ended up not showing the condos open house yesterday on Sunday or Saturday because I had a family emergency, but I have an open house today 12 to 3 on my listing. I had to send an email out to clients that found me on social media. They're looking for a 55 and older community, um, and they, they're very specific on what they want, so I just gave them more information. I'd email my client regarding um, the home to sell update with Miranda. So we're still under contract with that. I had to text a realtor some more information asking for an update. I had to put my 51 Oak Leaf Drive listing, my Palm Coast listing, on Facebook Marketplace. I still have to finish wrapping. Right now Arabella is with her grandma. They just went to church and now they're hanging out together. Actually might be at her cousin's house But I ordered my Christmas dress because Christmas is literally this week, and I finally finished Christmas shopping. Thank God for online shopping. Um, but yeah, I'm right now editing this video and realized that I did not do a good job on this video because of how short and so many pieces are missing because I was filming different videos in this this video, which I know not to do now, but I just wanted to say thank you guys so much for watching. And I am going to do another video soon regarding my 2026 goals for the whole entire year.
