Hi you guys, spend the day with me as a 26-year-old realtor in North Florida. So today I'm doing a BPO on this really cute townhome. It was my first BPO ever. I was super nervous. I headed back to the office to get some help and also do some follow-up calls, emails, and texts. Tomorrow is going to be my first open house and I'm super excited.
