In this vlog, realtor Natalie walks viewers through a busy few days that blend professional duties and personal life. She begins with a final walkthrough of a first‑time homebuyer’s new house, presents a personalized Etsy photo gift, and heads to the closing table. She then shares a series of errands—dropping a check at her brokerage, picking up her daughter Arabella from school, and collecting a SHEIN order from the post office—illustrating the juggling act of a realtor’s day. The next day she hosts an open house for a new‑construction Taylor Morrison home, detailing the preparation (signs, cookies, MLS sheets), touring the property’s layout and features, and reflecting on the challenges of marketing new builds. Throughout, Natalie discusses upcoming travel to Georgia, dog‑training plans for her pet Lady, and her business targets of two listings, two sales, and two open houses per week. She also mentions the logistics of moving, utility cancellations, and the behind‑the‑scenes effort of filming and editing the video. The vlog combines real‑estate workflow, personal family management, and content‑creation insights.

Let's go to closing. Hi guys, what's up? It's Natalie. Welcome to, or welcome back to, my YouTube channel. So in today's video, it's kind of like a day in my life slash day— a couple days in the life. We just got back from Disney. I have a closing today, is Monday, and I have to do our final walk and then go to the closing table. We just got back from Disney. We did the Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party. I kind of filmed a little bit, but then it turned into a hurricane, literally. Well, not literally, but a lot of rain, so we left early and I didn't really get to film a lot because my phone would have gotten wet. So I will insert the clips now. Ba ba ba! Ba ba ba! Yes, thank you! Thank you! Ba ba ba! Hands up! Yeah, but yeah, that was super fun, and, um, Arabella had a lot of fun and she looked so cute. So did Kenzie. Now let's go meet my client to walk his brand new home. He's super excited. I already got a Dunkin' Donuts this morning. Sam got me it, and, uh, Arabella's at school. And yeah, we have the closing, we have the walkthrough and then the closing. Um, I ordered him this really nice like Etsy photo of his house and it says his address because he's a first-time home buyer. I thought that'd be like cute for him to hang up. But yeah, super excited. Anyways guys, let's get going. It's starting to rain, which is not good, but let's go. Okay, so I just did some work at home. I had to go to my brokerage, drop off that check that I just got from the title company so then I can get it on Friday. But I'm also getting paid tomorrow, thank God. And now I'm at Arabella's school. I'm gonna pick her up and then I gotta go to the post office because at the post office, um, I got a bunch of stuff from SHEIN, so I gotta pick that up. And yeah, let's go pick up Arabella. Good job! Hi guys, it's a couple days later. We have an open house today, which I'm super excited about. We are going to the Taylor Morrison Culbert Landing neighborhood, and I'm so excited because it's new construction, and you guys know me, I love new construction. Also, I have a zit on my forehead and it's super annoying. That's okay. Let's go get coffee and put out our signs. We have it at 11 o'clock. It's 9:30 now, but I still need to get coffee. And then stop by and get the code for the door. But let me show you guys my outfit. This is the fit. My stomach kind of hurts today, so I wore these like bigger bags, bigger pants, but all navy head to toe with my heels. And yeah, let's go! Got my open house sign. I'm gonna put that right there. They just gave me these as a gift. It's all chocolates, I think, so I'll put these out. Yummy! That looks so good, guys. Look how good this looks. Like, oh my goodness, that looks so yummy. Let me see. My signing sheets, signing sheets, and then the MLS sheets as well. That— this— probably should have put napkins in, but was not even thinking. That looks so yummy, I don't even want to like get the to people, but I didn't bring anything to eat. In goes though my cards. Perfect. Okay, I want to show you guys this house. So it is beautiful. It's a Taylor Morrison house. You first walk in, you see this beautiful flex room. Those huge massive windows, and then the doors to the right. You have linen closet right here, and then you have the half bath right here. So this is a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath, um, house. Look at the kitchen. Gorge. We have my little sign-in sheets, some cookies, and then over here we have the garage. We have the linen closet right here, and then another little space to put whatever. It'd be cute to do like a shoe— like, what is that called? What? Not a wet bar. Oh my gosh, what is that called? You know what I'm talking about, right there. We have a huge living room, dining room, living room, 3 massive sliders. Over here we have the master bedroom. Take a look, really nice size with a beautiful master bathroom. Look at the shower. We have double vanities right there, and then we have the huge closet, massive. And then the toilet is in there. Then when we walk out to the right, we have the— well, to the left, we have laundry room right there, and then another bathroom right here, and then two other rooms. One, two. I feel like open houses are so hit or miss, especially with new construction. I'm doing this on a Thursday because tomorrow we're actually going to Georgia for a week. Um, so that'll be really, really fun. I'm excited about that. But this video— there we go. But that means I'm not going to be working for a week in the office, which I really haven't been going down much, if I'm being honest. Um, and that's just because we've been moving and everything's just been has been so crazy and I just have not had the time or energy to go down there. So I need to get back into it, which it's kind of hard for me to get back into it because I have an office now set up at my house. So it's like anything I do there I could do at home, but it is what it is. I'm gonna try my hardest to go in there. But this video is going to go live, I think, on the 18th. Right now it is the 11th, and my September plan with me just went up, which is nice. I need to also— this is a side note, I have like 15 different things going on in my mind, but one thing I need to do is cancel all my utilities at the house, at, um, the rental house. So I have to do all that. We have a cruise coming up, so my, my month is kind of crazy. So September, we're gone for a week. I have Lady— I'm putting Lady into training, dog training, because she— we're keeping her. We were thinking about like rehoming her, and I cried like every single night because I don't— did not want to get rid of her. Sam did, and, uh We came to the conclusion she just needs training and be separate from Tank, who's our older dog. They get along, it's just she just wants to play constantly, and since he's 10 years old, he does not want to play at all. So it's hard because I yell at her for wanting to play with him, but her playing with him is her grabbing his collar and like throwing him up against the wall, and he just doesn't like that, and I don't like that. So I need to find time to do the week-long training with her in September. So I think I'm gonna do that after our Georgia trip. And yeah, I need 2 listings, 2 sales, and I'm trying to do 2 open houses a week. So far it is September 11th, and this is my first one of the month just because I've been a little crazy. But yeah, super excited. I'm gonna get back into editing. Okay, I'm finally home, but that is it for today's video, guys. Thank you guys so much for watching, and I'll see you guys in my new video— in my next video. Bye, guys!
