Holiday Builders Captiva Model Tour | Palm Coast New Construction Homes

Welcome to or welcome back to my YouTube channel. If you've never seen me, I am a local realtor in Palm Coast, Florida who specializes in new construction. I go around all the different builders and show you guys what the different builders have to offer, what the incentives are in each floor plan they have if you're not local, or if you are local and wanting to move into a new construction home. Today we are at Holiday Builders. I'm super excited. This floor plan here is called the Captiva. It is a 3-bedroom, 3-bath, 2,487 square foot, and I'm super excited to show you guys this home today. I do a whole entire series on my channel, so definitely go check that out. I've helped multiple people on social media looking to relocate to Palm Coast. So don't forget to give me a big thumbs up and let me know what other floor plans you guys want to see. Also, Holiday Builders in Palm Coast, they are not in a community. No HOA, no CDD. It's scattered lots, which means there's really no fees that you have to pay in terms of like an amenity center there's not really any sidewalks. Let me show you guys kind of a visual what the neighborhood looks like because this house is actually for sale. So as you can see, there's no sidewalks, no HOA, no CDD.

So the typical lot size in a scattered lot in Palm Coast is about 80 by 125, um, and they can range. So when you work with a builder Depending on the builder, you can get a move-in-ready home, which is like the home that we're about to see. Comes with sometimes appliances, the blinds, just depending on the incentive that the builder has. Sometimes they'll do closing costs, um, or they'll buy down your rate. Or other builders do something called a to-be-built. A to-be-built is basically when you go in, you tell them what upgrades you want to do with the home. If you want to move some walls, if you want to change the cabinets, if you want to change the flooring, they can do that, the ceiling height. Holiday Builders, no. What you see is what you're gonna get. They do, do to-be-builts, but this is not a to-be-built. This is an inventory home, move-in ready. Okay, so this is Captiva Elevation B, 3-car garage. Let's take a look on the inside. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Love the tile. As you walk in, you have this flex room right here. This could be a bedroom. Okay, so if you build this room, or if you build this house, this can actually be another bedroom. They decided to make it a den with the tile flooring. And then to the right, you have like a formal dining room right here. Going in a little further, you have your first bathroom. Love the tile right there. You have quartz countertops. So this is an inventory house, it is currently for sale. What you see is what you're going to get. Opens up into the living room. Then you have kitchen that opens up into the formal dining room over there. The appliances that come with is going to be the stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. So you'd have to buy your own fridge, washer, dryer. You have the laundry room right here. Oh, this is really big. And then you have the garage right there. Let's go into the other two bedrooms. Oh, and your pantry right here. Guys, so with Holiday, they do have the carpet in the bedrooms. Good size. This is the first bedroom, 9-foot ceilings. This, this is a Jack and Jill bathroom, two 2 double vanity sinks. As you see, you have a storage closet for linens right there, the door, and then a tub shower— there we go— a tub shower duo right there, tile going all the way up, well, almost all the way up, toilet Gray cabinets. You can build this, so if you guys want to build this one, you can make it a 4-bedroom. But they have inventory, and that's where you're going to get your best deals, is with the inventory. This is the second bedroom connected with the bathroom and the other bedroom over there. Let's go and see the lanai. This lanai is huge. It is a covered lanai. And the cool thing about this specific house is it basically already has a fence. You just have to connect it on the sides, which is really nice, pretty private. But look at this lanai, huge. Let's go inside. Let's go into the primary bedroom. We have another linen closet. Another linen closet right here. And then right off of the lanai, you have the primary bedroom. We have two huge— oh, we have three, three huge windows. So let's do an overview of the bedroom. Carpet in the bedrooms. Carpet in the closets. Here we have a walk-in closet right there, good size. And then you have another one right here. Then you have the primary bathroom. Look at all the counter space, two vanity sinks. And the shower with the rain head. Super pretty. And then we have another linen closet over here. I wish my house had a linen closet in the primary bathroom, but my shower was way too big. But this is a good size linen closet.
