I Bought a New Car + Realtor Day in My Life

Good morning, you guys! What's up? It's Natalie. Welcome to, or welcome back to, my YouTube channel. Today you are spending the day with me. It is currently Saturday, day before Easter, and I have some work to do. We're actually doing kind of like a chill day, chill work day. Um, I just sent out some information to Miranda to get us under contract for another home. This one's a move-in ready home, so They should be able to move into it end of April, beginning of May. Hopefully they can just move in in May because I'll be on my trip. But that just got sent out. I'm heading now to go to Target, and then also a, um, realtor friend is doing an open house for my broker, so I definitely want to show up and support. So that is what we're doing today. I also have a little bit of a surprise surprise. Um, I'll just show you guys. Guys, I'm so excited to show you guys because I've been talking about it for a while and trying to decide what would be the best option for me. And this past weekend, this past week, I made a decision. Isn't she So cute. So I traded in the Buick for a Mercedes, and she's like literally the cutest thing. Tinted windows. I got a GLE 350. I don't want to show you guys my license plate, so I'm just gonna do that. But she is so cute. Let me show you guys the inside. Basically got the same car as my mom. But the biggest difference is it's a 2026 GLE 350, and the inside is completely different from hers, so I don't feel like I'm copying too much. But let's take a look on the inside. This is what it looks— this is what it looks like on the inside. And then the back seat. I really wanted the panoramic sunroof, but this had everything else I really wanted. I was gonna get it in the black, um, black exterior, but my mom's sales rep— my mom's sales rep said that was really hard to come by, and I didn't want to wait. Let me see if I can put you guys right here. This is definitely different from my old car. Okay, let's turn her on. How cute! Oh, and sometimes when it turns on, depending on the, um, what is it, season, like this season they're doing like little tiny Easter eggs. I don't know how to show you guys. Maybe— oh, well, it did it not too long ago. Oh, car wash mode!

Did you guys know this had car wash mode? How did I not know that? Wow. Okay, cool, because whenever I go through my mom's car wash, I have really bad anxiety because I never know how to do it. Anyways, okay, so look, it has the pink lights all around. You can change it to— I'm still learning this car, so maybe— oh, there we go. You can change it to like any color you can think of, or like multicolor. That's kind of cool. Oh, love. Okay, let's do that. And then you can do effects, greeting. Oh sure, let's do greeting. I'm still learning the car, so— and then here I really like it as navigation because as you guys know, I'm a realtor and never know really where I'm going. But what you can do is change it to any of these. I don't even know if you guys can even see that. Classic, Sport. I had it on Understatement when I first got it, but I really like the Navigation the most, so I keep it on there. And I'm also not like, you used to it being so gentle. I mean, I'm used to it. I'm used to my car like pressing everything very gently, and this car you have to like slam the door, press on the button hard, and I'm just not used to that. Anyways, okay, I do need to get a mount for my car. I should probably order that soon, but come along with me. This is my car. Beep beep, tutu! Guys, we've made it! I feel like we made it. And my goal for this year now, because you guys know me, I really like different goals and what I can always do better in. I'm trying to figure out where I can like place you guys. I've always tried to push myself, especially, um, in life. And one thing was getting a nice car. Got that. So what my plan is, and I know it's a silly very hard goal to achieve. I'm gonna try and pay this off by October, and I'm giving myself that goal because I know I can do it, and it'll push me for sales. Um, and why not? My 5-year goal is to get a G-Wagon, and I told my sales rep that. I said, this is my 5-year plan. I feel like if I got a Mercedes now, I'm like into the family because my mom is. And I obviously know where everything is in this car because it's my mom's car and I've driven her car multiple times. But for resale value too, I can just trade this in and upgrade. So 5-year plan, get a G-Wagon. October plan, pay this car off. Fingers crossed we obtain that goal today. No coffee. We're doing a blue, blue Red Bull with creamer. My trip is coming up super, super soon. I'm gonna be doing like a whole entire prep with me video. My hair extensions came. I am not wearing them now. This is actually my real hair. Super silly, but it's my real hair. Um, and yeah, Arabella and Sam are doing a daddy-daughter date today.

They're going to the movies and I think having lunch together. And like I said, I'm going to Target and then also to an open house. So spend the day with me. So happy. Super cute. Yeah, just left that open house. It went really, really good. I'm now heading to Colbert Landing. I want to go see my house that I have under contract and under construction. We're supposed to be closing in May, and I just met up with a realtor who is open to do another open house for me for next weekend, so I have to get that scheduled. I haven't gone to Target yet, but that house is really, really cute. I do think it might be a little overpriced, um, That's okay. Obviously negotiation is my favorite thing. I don't have a buyer for that house right now, but I'm excited to go see my new construction home. Okay, let's go inside. It's looking so cute. I love the landscaping. I love how everything's like even. It's not locked. No, I unlocked it for people who didn't show up. Looking good. Primary bathroom, beautiful. Primary bedroom, kitchen, kitchen right here. Love. I'm like, where are the pendant lights? Duh, not even in yet. Yeah, well, I think they picked up their own. I don't think we're doing them. Oh, okay, so you guys just wired it? Yeah. Stairs. I won't go all the way up on the carpet. They're doing the carpet. Oh, there's a lot of nails on this. Yeah, all right, let me be careful. I just left my new construction home. Um, I'm actually gonna meet the, um, my buyers there later on because there's a couple issues I need to point out to them. Right now I'm at Target. I'm doing the online pickup. I have all the Easter stuff. I'm just waiting for them to bring out, and then my mom's driving up here right now from, um, South Florida, so I'm waiting for her. I don't know what we're doing for dinner. Sam, I think, is at Target. I don't know what he's getting. I see his truck right there, so interesting. I don't know. Anyways, I will talk to you guys later. And oh, here's Lady. Yay! Got everything for Easter. So one of the ladies gave me this to try. Horrible ankle, but she gave me this to try it, and it's like an energy melt strip. She did say that it gives a really bad aftertaste. I'm going to open it. Sam almost just hit my car. Let's try it out. Peel here. I'm kind of nervous. She said it was kind of nasty. She didn't say it was nasty, she just kind of said like the aftertaste was really bad. And the aftertaste lasted for like 10 minutes, she said. Peel here. Oh wow, it's big. Supposedly this gives me energy. Oh, this is disgusting. Ew, like super bad, and it's at the roof of my mouth. Ew. All right, let's head home. Okay, so I just finished my walkthrough with my clients and they agreed on every single thing I said. So now the plan is to go home, draft up an email to the builder and see what they are willing to do about the switches. But it is currently 2:30. I'm gonna go home like I said, draft up the email, and then also I have to put together all the Easter baskets, so let's go do that. And then I just finished doing all these eggs to hide tomorrow morning. And then Arabella's, uh, basket— she's obsessed with candy and bath bombs, so I got her cute little bath bombs and then a huge little mini pack of bath bombs, candy, and then this cute little flower garden thing. And then this is for the dogs. But yeah, okay, I just did my mom's basket, Sam's basket. I got her some roses. Sam— excuse my mess of a house, but Sam bought me some roses.
