Inside Lennar’s Bloom Floorplan | 3BR 2BA Home in Palm Coast Florida

Welcome to, or welcome back to, my YouTube channel. My name is Natalie Barnes. I'm a local real estate agent in Palm Coast, Florida who specializes in new construction. I go all around Palm Coast and I visit communities. I also visit scattered lots and I just see what different builders have to offer. Today we are seeing Lennar Homes in Palm Coast. They sell in scattered lots, no HOA, no DDD. This floor plan is called the Bloom floor plan. It is one of their most popular floor plans they have to offer.

It is 1,484 square foot, 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, 2-car garage.

What you see is what you get with Lennar. There's no extra add-ons, there's nothing customizable. It's more of a move-in ready home, which is great for people that don't really want to build a home, or they just want the luxury of having a new construction without dealing with the wait time of building. We're about 10-15 minutes away from the beach no matter where you are. We have a beautiful trail that goes all throughout Palm Coast that you can ride your bike or walk. We really are pretty special here. And yeah, let's see this beautiful Bloom floor plan. Okay, let's take a look at this Bloom floor plan by Lennar.

This is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath, 1,484 square foot home.

This has actually been a favorite in Palm Coast. Well, Lennar reps said.

Okay, so when you first walk in, LVP floors, white walls. We have 2 bedrooms to the right-hand side.

Let's take a look.

Pretty good size. We have carpet in the bedrooms, bi-folds for the closets, and then as you can see, they also give you the blinds, which— who doesn't love privacy? Let's go over here.

So we have front door right there.

We have bathroom. So with Lennar, you're going to get quartz countertops. This one's still under construction, so don't mind it. So we have one sink in this bathroom, and then we have this bedroom as well. Carpet, and then you're gonna see a little green tape because this house is not finished, but this is beautiful. Okay, so two bedrooms in the front. Let's walk in a little bit more. Open concept for the most part, so you get formal dining room right over here, living room over here. Then you get this beautiful kitchen. I love the counter space in this house. So with Lennar, you're going to get all the appliances, all the appliances except for fridge, washer, and dryer, so bring your own. Bifold pantry, we love.

So there's door right here, this is your laundry room that connects to the garage.

Coat closet, washer and dryer hookup, garage. Let's see what's in this door. HVAC system. Okay, so let's go into the master bedroom. We have sliding glass door over there.

This property actually backs up to some trees, which is really, really beautiful.

Look at these trees. So pretty good size backyard, 80 by 125 lot. Let's close this. Okay, let's go into the primary bedroom. Primary bedroom is the last bedroom in this house. It's more towards the back, and this is a really good size.

I love how they do like the little carpet lines.

Oh, so satisfying with one window. Let's get an overview of this. Beautiful. Then you have the primary bathroom. Primary bathroom does have a door, and then the shower has tile going all the way up, LVP on the floor, quartz countertops with one sink, toilets right there, and then you have the walk-in closet. Pretty decent size.
