🏡 Inside the Willow Model by Seagate Homes | Palm Coast, Florida New Construction Home Tour

Hi guys, what's up? It's Natalie Barnes. Welcome to, or welcome back to, my YouTube channel. Today we are going to see a Seagate home. Um, this beautiful floor plan is called the Willow. It is a 2,208 square foot home. It has a den, you can add a bathroom, and I'm so excited to show you guys this beautiful floor plan. Seagate does build in scattered lots, and then, um, their luxury series they do have in some of our communities in Palm Coast. If you have any questions, leave them in the down box below, and let's go tour this beautiful floor plan. Okay, so this is the Willow model, open concept, beautiful kitchen, quartz countertops, backsplash looks like subway backsplash. But I love how they have this little built-in over here. So they are a semi-custom builder, Seagate. And they are in scattered lots, which is really nice. So over here we have another bedroom, pretty good size, wood floors. This looks like EVP flooring or LVP. We have a linen closet right here. I love the tile in here. A bathroom, one sink vanity. We have a window, love that cutout, and then tile going all the way up to the ceiling, which is nice. We have a bathroom and bedroom over here, like an in-law suite almost. So good size. So she was telling me that this is the bathroom they added on. This is an option you can do, and it's actually a pool bathroom because it has the door going out to the lanai that you can add. This is an option. This does not come with this floor plan, but it is nice that you can add it if you'd like. Let's go out here. So open concept split floor plan, so you have some bedrooms on one side and then the other side has the master. Formal dining room right here, breakfast nook over there. This 3 sliders and covered lanai over here. This is a huge lanai though, massive. Wow, so 3 sliders and then another slider in the master. Very beautiful. This is covered, so this is technically a hip lanai. So like I said, that bathroom is extra. This would be perfect to add a pool, obviously not on this lot. Um, you get to pick your lots. I believe they even have lots that you can pick and then they screened it in. But very nice, very spacious. This is around 2,000 square foot, 4 bedrooms. I think actually it might be 3 bedrooms and a flex space, which is right in there. Let's go in. So we have an office in the front. This is a flex room cuz it does not have a closet. And then we have over here master bedroom and Laundry room. Oh, how beautiful is this? I haven't seen that before, but this is a laundry room, very spacious. It looks like there's closet right here. Awesome. Let's go into the master bedroom. So this is the master on this side. Wow, I love the arch right there. So we have his and her closets, 1 and 2, and then we have the tray ceilings up top with the 5 LED lights. And I'm guessing that's also breeze for a fan. But this is beautiful, very spacious. I love how many windows are in this floor plan, and I love the arches right here in the hallways. I feel like not a lot of builders do that anymore. Let's go into the primary bathroom. So here's the primary bathroom. We have a linen closet right here. Look at this granite countertop, how beautiful! And then we have the walk-in shower, tile going all the way up, which is extremely nice, with a bench. And we have the water closet. But I love all of the different choices Seagate has to offer, um, which is nice. So they are a semi-custom builder. They have over 100 variations of their floor plans, which is nice for any type of buyer. I have a stain on my shirt. Oh no. Anyways, guys, let me know if you guys have any questions about this floor plan. I will leave all the information down below.
