Lennar Celeste Model Tour in Palm Coast, FL | New Construction Home

Hi guys, what's up? It's Natalie. Welcome to, or welcome back to, my YouTube channel. If you've never seen me, hi, my name is Natalie Barnes. I'm a local real estate agent in Palm Coast, Florida who specializes in new construction. Today I am so excited, we are seeing the builder Lennar. Now this floor plan I've never been in before and it is beautiful. Let's take a look at it. Let's go inside. So what you see is what you get with Lennar.. So we have this beautiful landscape. This one's one of the last ones they have. This is the Celeste floor plan, so it's 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom, 1,821 square foot. When you walk in, you're greeted by these lovely LVP floors. Okay, so we have 3 bedrooms over here. Let's go into the first one. This is right when you walk in to the right-hand side. It's one bedroom, really good size. We have carpet in the bedrooms. Number 2. And guys, this is— this one is actually under $320,000 in the W section. We have quartz countertops in the kitchen and in the bathroom. We have white cabinets. And then we have the third bedroom over here. Good size. Okay, let's go into common areas like the living room and the kitchen. So when you walk in a little bit more, over here to the left we have this huge laundry room that's actually connected to the garage right there. So put your washer, your dryer. You could probably, after closing, get like a key shelf right there if you're not into the wire. Then we have this huge great room and then also the kitchen. So with Lennar, you're gonna get all your appliances except for your washer and dryer. This one has a fridge, pantry over there. Let's look at the pantry size. That's always important. Pretty good size. You will be getting a bi-folds, not like the regular doors. And then you can do like a cute little breakfast nook over here. And then you have a slider going out to your backyard. This is a really good size lot, it's an 80 by 125. Beautiful day in Palm Coast. As always. So like I said, this is 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. You're probably like, where's the master? Well, the master is right off of the great room. Master, primary, basically the same exact thing. We have a linen closet right here, pretty good size, very deep. And this is right in front of the master. So to the left you have this closet, and then to the right you have the master bedroom with this huge window. Let's do an overview of this master. Pretty good size. Then you have the primary bathroom, so one sink in here. We have the quartz countertops right there, shower tiled. Right there. Water closet right next to it. And then right in front of the water closet, a linen closet. If you've watched a lot of my videos, you know linen closet in the bathroom is so important. I have a new construction house and it does not have the linen closet, and I really, really miss it. But linen closet right there. You guys, look at this closet! This could technically be like an office. I mean, it is massive. Carpet in here as well. Like, this video doesn't even do it justice. This is massive. This is an overview of the great room and the kitchen. Like I said, this is under 2,000 square foot, so 1821 square foot in Palm Coast, Florida. We are in Palm Coast, Florida, and we are seeing Lennar. This floor plan is beautiful. This is in scattered lots, so no HOA, no CDD. The floor plan is called the Celeste. It's an 1821 square foot home, 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, 2-car garage.
