Long time no talk. Hi guys, we have a lot to talk about, but right now we're getting ready. We're going to church. I do need a car wash today. I'm I'm just gonna fill you guys in what I've been doing, what's new, because there's a lot new. Um, and yeah, we are heading to church right now, me and Arabella. Air, say hi.

Um, we have a lot to catch you up on. We're kind of running errands today. It's Sunday. Um, yesterday we also did girls' day. We went to Target, we got some toys. Um, oh, we live in Palm Coast now. There's a lot to catch you guys up on. We live in Palm Coast. Uh, our house in Daytona got hit by the hurricane and got absolutely destroyed, so we are fixing that up. And, uh, currently we're in Palm Coast, and I don't know what we're gonna do with that house. I think we might rent it out. I don't know, maybe use it as an investment property. We have no idea yet. I start a new job tomorrow. I'm super, super excited. I'm no longer with Miranda Homes, and I definitely am excited because I'm going on a trip for training with my new builder. My new builder is Braetlyn Homes. I'm super excited. I start there tomorrow. I'll be in Tampa. I have to drive all the way to Tampa for training. Hi!

Arabella is not coming with me, she's in school. Sam's basically done with the academy, he's like an officer now. And, uh, what else? At the end of the month we're going on a very special trip for my mom's big gift. Um, for Christmas I decided to get her a super big gift, which I'm so excited to vlog that trip. Yeah, I'm just super, super excited for 2025. I feel like 2024 was really good, just a little hectic in terms of my life because we did move and I wanted a different builder and all this other stuff. I think I have time for Starbucks. Yes, I do. I think I do. We're pushing it, but that's okay. Like, 2024 was the best year for me financially. I got to sell over 20 homes, almost 25 homes, which is really cool. Um, my goal was 25, and I think I did. I'm vlogging.

I think I did 23 homes in total my first year in real estate, which is like really good, I think. Um, so I'm really excited about Brightland Homes and what they have to offer. I'll be selling in Palm Coast, so I'm excited to show you guys the floor plans and get used to the new homes. It's like really bad lighting, I do apologize. But lately at Starbucks, I haven't been getting the coffee, which is kind of sad because this is my favorite time of the year for my holiday drink, the caramel brûlée coffee or latte, I think it's called. At least 60 degrees out. I'm almost positive it's lower than that. That's what my car is saying. I think what I'm gonna get is a hot chocolate. I'm trying not to get coffee, trying to get off coffee. I hang up on you on accident. I really have bad anxiety whenever I get a car wash. I have the worst anxiety thinking that I don't know what I'm doing, which I don't know what I'm doing. Like the part that I have to put in neutral, I hate that part. Am I going? And like when they direct me to put my tire in the right spot. Yeah, I have really bad anxiety. Hold on, I gotta go. So when we get home, I still need to pack, I need to make Arabella lunch, and then I want to clean the house. Oh guys, we got a puppy, and this puppy, she's so insane. We named her Lady, and we got her, I want to say December 23rd. Sam saved her, um, when he was on call. Super cute dog. I'm gonna show you her later. She's so cute, but she She's so bad, like so bad, but she's a puppy, so. All right, let's do this tie wash and then we'll head home. Nice and clean. We're home. We just did a car wash, we went to church, and now I'm gonna make Arabella some lunch. Uh, she wants chicken— well, she wants Chick-fil-A, but we had that last night and it's Sunday, so it's closed. So I don't know what I'm gonna make her. I don't really have a lot because I'm leaving this week. I'll get you chippies.

This is literally the best. It has shredded chicken, guacamole, um, rice, and I think beans. So good. I eat the burrito so weird. I don't like the like shell part. I only like the beans and shredded chicken inside. So what I do is I literally cut it open and I eat it, and then I eat it and I'm full.

Are you chippies? Still have to pack. I like really don't want to pack. I keep pushing it off, and then I have to pack for Arabella too because she is staying with my mom.

So this is Lady, guys. She is a mutt. We don't really know what she is. She's a good girl, but the story behind her is really cute, and the reason why we got her. We still have Tank.

No, she can't have a chippy. That was nice that you shared though, but she's a good girl. We just have pee pee pads all over the house because of her. Okay, let's pack. I did just take like a 2-hour nap, uh, me and Arabella, because we were so tired. But I leave tomorrow super, super early, and I have to, have to, have to pack, pack. So let's go. I just realized I never did laundry, so I to do laundry too because I have like 3 pairs of leggings dirty, so we have to do that now. Okay, back in my PJs, thank God. I'm gonna do this pink sweater with my jeans tomorrow. And then for dinner—

An outfit for tomorrow night, we're going to Capital Grill, so I need a dress. I think it's gonna be super cold though. I think this would be really, really cute for dinner. I just want to try it on and make sure it looks cute. The struggle is real because I don't know what I'm going to do at night. I don't know who's going, how many people are going, what we're gonna do. I'm bringing jeans. These don't even fit me, they're a little too big, but I don't really have anything else. And I don't like know what to wear at night because I don't go out at night. But we'll bring these and then probably a sweater. This is supposed to be white but I accidentally washed it with a red sock so now it's light pink, which I'm not mad about it because I do like the color light pink. It's just not really the vibe I was going to go for. Okay, let me try on everything and then I'll see what I'm going to keep and what I'm not going to keep. Okay, I'm happy I tried this on because This— the lighting is really bad. I'm happy I tried this on because I'm definitely not wearing this for tomorrow night because I just feel like this is a little too dressy. Show you guys. And it's a little too short too for like a, you know, dinner with the new company. So I'm gonna switch this out. Okay, I'm switching it out for this even though it's a little bit big. I have a zipped it up because I seriously can't. Um, but this I could wear even on like one of the regular days. I think I might actually wear this. Let me put down the camera and then save the black outfit for one of my days. But this is basically just a skirt with a long sleeve. They're both brown, and I could wear my shoes. My heels with these. I think this might be like a little cuter. I don't know. Cute, I think. Okay, I think I'm gonna bring this one of the other days. Now I will have to wear a belt with this, these pants, but with my heels I think this is really cute. I also am bringing a skirt just in case, but like a long skirt. Hate, hate, hate, hate Hate this. So happy I tried this on. I love the pants, hate the top. I'm gonna try and find something else for the top, but I feel like this is like a sleep shirt kind of thing. I think this is better. I mean, like, I'm not like jumping with glee, like, oh my God, this is the best outfit I've ever thought of. But it's cute. I think it'll do. I'm just hoping I don't get cold, and if I do, I'm gonna bring a jacket. This is a lot better though, definitely. I don't know if this matches. Let me show you guys. This is navy, and then these pants— I don't feel like this matches one bit. And I need one more outfit, one more outfit, you guys, one more. Okay guys, that is it for today's video.
