Okay, so I just made it to my model. I'm gonna do some computer work and then show you guys around my gorgeous model. I'm sitting in Palm Coast at our Livorno model. It is a 3,130 square foot home, 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, very nice. Um, I do have a couple appointments today and I have to catch up on a couple things, but I will still show you guys around. I might even make this like maybe a series of different homes that Miranda Homes has in Palm Coast because that's my builder and they're gorgeous. So, and I have a lot that are in construction right now, so it'd be really fun for you guys to see maybe like the process of building a home and what I deal with on a day-to-day. Let me get some computer stuff done and then I will show you guys around. Okay, I just finished everything, so let's take a tour. I'll show you guys the outside first. So this is the outside of our model home, the Livorno, 3-car garage, um, with the stone in the front. Let's go inside. Greeted by a princess cut foot glass door. Okay, so we have this beautiful foyer with the tray ceilings. To my left we have the den. This is a flex room. This can actually be a 5th bedroom if you would want it to be. Then we have the formal dining room. Gorgeous. We have a wet bar, but I'm not going to show you that yet. We have the first bathroom right here. Tile going all the way up to the ceiling, that's standard. And also granite countertops in your bathroom and in your kitchen, standard. We have the first bedroom right over here. Pretty good size. I like how they staged this house. I think it's perfect. So closet right there. This is your first bedroom. This is a utility closet. We actually changed this. We made it into a full-size door. It's no longer a half door. We have a wet bar, really good for hosting if you like to host. If you decide not to do this selection, you would just get a closet. Moving on into the kitchen, a lot of people like how our floor plans are very open, and I completely agree. So this is actually a gourmet kitchen. How you know it's a gourmet kitchen is with those double ovens right there and then flat-top stove right there. If you decide not to do this selection, you would actually be getting a little more cabinet and then countertop, and then a free range right there of your stove oven combo. Whole kitchen gorgeous. Let's go over here and we will look at the pantry. Good size pantry. I'm not going to open that door, um, but we also have the garage right there. Massive laundry room. You can actually do the selection of putting more cabinets up there. Now we are in the great room. So the great room is perfect. I love how this house is set up because you can easily be cooking right there and then also enjoying family over, right over here. Another little dining room, but I wanna show you guys these two bedrooms. So that's where we first walked in. We're gonna go over here, another closet and two more bedrooms over here. This bedroom is really nice because there's a walk-in closet. Really good size. There's me. Let's go to the other bedroom. This is the fun room because for me I get to pick out all the colors in the house and listellos, backsplash, splash cabinet color, tile, stone, custom colors. Um, but this would normally be a bedroom with another massive walk-in closet. Lots of selections in here. Let's come out and go into the bathroom. So this is another bathroom. This is not the master bathroom. Two sinks in here, this tub shower duo. Um, all of our builds have to have at least one tub. We did change this house. This is now, instead of a subway tile, it's actually going to be like the bathroom in the front, tile going all the way up to the window. We have a pool door right here, great if you decide to build a pool in the future after you close with us. Let's go into the master now that we're talking about it. This is the perfect size room, I believe. So notice at the top, tray ceilings. You get a sliding glass door option, or you could do a window. You could actually add another pool door over here and another window right there if you really wanted to. If we extend this room out all the way, it actually fit 4 king-size beds, which is really nice. Let's go into the master bathroom. So this is the master bathroom in the Livorno. 2 walk-in closets, his and hers. They're right there. This is actually the deluxe master bathroom. So how you know is the standard one actually has a tub right here, and then the 2 sinks would move to this wall and this wall. Toilet over there. 3-head shower. Um, very, very nice. Rainfall, 1, 2, and then there's another one. Back there if you guys can see it. But this is a gorgeous house. I feel like everyone loves this house. Um, it's perfect size. Like I said, it's a 3,130 square foot home, 4 bedrooms, 3 bath, um, can be 5 bedrooms if you really want it to be, and then 3-car garage as well. A lot of upgrades in this house, but if you decide not to do upgrades, your house would still look amazing and beautiful. Um, it just depends on what your style is and what you like. Standard on the floor is Level 1 tile throughout your whole entire house except for your bedrooms. Your bedroom is going to have Level 1 carpet, and then you get to decide if you want to upgrade it as EVP, put EVP in the bedrooms, EVP everywhere, or tile everywhere, whatever you decide to do. Hope you guys enjoyed the little tour. Let's go back to the front. I do like how the cabinets are in here though. Let's get ready for my appointment. Normally the first thing I do when I get into the office is write a to-do list. I have my planner right here, and normally I just start, um, well, by the end of the day of yesterday I would have started on my to-do for today, which I do have 2 appointments like I said. And then this morning I usually write down what I have to do in terms of like emailing and setting up SAMI events, which is just events that our model can hold, or stuff like that. I like to do— I like to do follow-ups as well with clients that I met with yesterday. So that's what I'm gonna do now since I literally just jumped on my computer. Also, I stopped drinking coffee. I don't know if you could tell in this video because I'm like a little hyper and I don't know why I'm hyper, um, but I stopped drinking coffee. And then I used to be drinking Celsius and then I got off of Celsius. So this is just me being me on nothing. Love that for me. Normally I'm off Thursdays and Fridays, so tomorrow I'm actually going to Disney with my family. So let's start on what I have to accomplish today. First appointment of the day done. Now we are waiting for my pre-construction meeting that is happening in an hour. I'm really hungry. I really want Chipotle, but I don't think I'll have time. I wish Chipotle you could get like a smaller bowl. I don't like how big the bowls are. They should come up with like a kid-sized bowl so that everyone can eat it and it's not too much. And yeah, then we'll look at some properties. Okay, so we are actually headed right now to one of the properties I've sold. Um, the homeowner, they're closing pretty soon, but the homeowner wants to see um, the garage that was repainted. So we are going to go and take pictures and send it to him. But it's nice because it's only like 10 minutes away from my model, so not too bad of a drive. It's a nice thing about Palm Coast is nothing is too far. Um, even it— to get to my other model, it's about 10 minutes away, so not too bad at all. Let's go to the new home. I'll show you it and we'll take pictures, and then we have to come back because I have the pre-construction meeting at 1 o'clock and it's 12:25 now. Hopefully we make it on time, guys. Hopefully. Also, I got new sunglasses. They're Christian Dior sunglasses. I'm literally obsessed. My mom actually had them first and then, um, Sam bought me them for Mother's Day. So yeah, okay, let's go now. Here's the property. It's still a Livorno, which is nice. It's just a Livorno with a front porch. Looks like that. Let's go inside. Yay, they redid the floors. It's basically what it looks like. I'm trying to hurry up though. Um, no lights obviously, but let's go. Okay, we're heading back to the model now. I do love how Palm Coast, like I said, it is so close. So Palm Coast is actually divided into sections. Um, my model is in the P section. However, However, we're building a brand new model, and that's going to be in the B section along with the other model that we have there now. No matter where you are from in Palm Coast, you're about 15 minutes away from the beach, which is really nice. Different sections have different features, obviously. So like, um, there's a Super Target in one, there's probably— there's about 4 Publixes, um, in Palm Coast. So my pre-construction meeting just got canceled, which fine. It's like 2 o'clock now. I think I'm gonna go run with another coworker, get some lunch really fast, and then head back. But just wanted an update, you guys. It's been super slow here, which is a good thing because I've been answering emails and getting all of my computer work done. But let's go get lunch. Okay everyone, it is now 6 o'clock. We finished lunch, did some work at my office. Now I'm heading home. I'm gonna go pick up Arabella, head home, My mom's coming up, so we might make dinner or something.
