Maronda Homes | Marigold Model Tour (Palm Coast, FL)

In this YouTube walkthrough, licensed Florida realtor Natalie Barnes tours the Marigold (formerly Maple) floor plan from Miranda Homes in Palm Coast, FL. She introduces herself, outlines the local area, and explains that the model is a 4‑bedroom, 2‑bath, 1,876 sq ft home with a 2‑car garage built with concrete block. The video details the interior layout—guest bedrooms with walk‑in closets, an open‑concept great room, kitchen with Samsung stainless‑steel appliances, laminate countertops (Milan series surf color), tile flooring in common areas, carpet in bedrooms, 8‑ft ceilings, HVAC, pantry, and storage solutions. Natalie asks about options; the sales rep explains that the Focus collection (the series shown) is a value‑oriented, “as‑is” line with limited customization, whereas the Americana and Renaissance collections allow full custom upgrades (e.g., granite countertops, higher ceilings). Outdoor features include an extended patio slab (22 × 10 ft) and optional aluminum lanai enclosure. The home sits on a quarter‑acre lot in scattered‑lot neighborhoods and is priced at $324,900, positioning it for retirees, first‑time buyers, and investors (including Airbnb). The video ends with a call‑to‑action, providing Natalie’s contact information and social‑media handles for viewers interested in purchasing.

Hi guys, what's up? It's Natalie. Welcome to, or welcome back to, my YouTube channel. We are in Palm Coast today. Um, if you've never seen my face, hi, my name is Natalie Barnes. I'm a licensed realtor in Florida. Um, I service Palm Coast, St. Augustine, Daytona, Orlando, all over the place. So if you're looking to move to Palm Coast, definitely consider it because I think this is the best place to live. We are touring Miranda Homes Marigold floor plan. This model is a 4-bedroom, 2-bath, 1,876-square-foot house with 2-car garage. The one that we're seeing today, this one's a little outdated, but I wanted to show you guys the inside. They're no longer building this one in frame, they're doing it in concrete block. If you don't know where Palm Coast is, Palm Coast is located, um, in between St. Augustine and Daytona Beach. We are about 15 minutes away from the beach. An hour and 30 minutes away from Orlando, depending on where you're going, at about an hour and 45 minutes away from Jacksonville, about 5 hours away from— is it 5 hours? I think it's like around 5 or 6 hours from Miami. Palm Coast is filled with lots of different people— retirees, young families, huge big mix of a lot of people. If you like these kind of videos, I'm so glad. I am— I I specialize in new construction, so I go around to different builders and I film inside their models so people that live out of town can actually see what their models are looking like. They do vary from state to state, I know that. Like, Miranda might not be in— let's just say, I know they're in Texas, I think they're in Texas, but they might not be in Texas. Um, or if they are, let's just say in Georgia, the floor plan might be a little bit different. This is just specifically for Palm Coast. Anyways, without further ado, let's go see the inside.
Hey, what's up everybody? Welcome in. This is our Marigold Miranda home. It's 1,876 square foot, 4-bed, 2-bath, 2-car garage. All right, so the front of the house, you have 2 guest bedrooms. This is large and space, big beautiful window letting natural light in. This does have a full walk-in closet as well, which is awesome. Light will turn on automatically. Just go in there. Wow. And we have first guest bathroom that the two bedrooms up front share. Nice tub. And then second guest bedroom of four. Spacious. All right, then it opens up, super open concept design. So we have this staged as a beautiful dining room table right here, entertaining zone, perfect for families that cook, movie night, game night. And then you can have this open space right here, you have a full-blown living room setup with the TV mounted on the wall, and then you have access right out to your lanai. So the kitchen, super open concept. If you like to cook, this is perfect. We have the appliance package. You always will get the oven, microwave, dishwasher, and then the stainless steel sink with the dual control faucet. Fancy, fancy. This kitchen does vent fully out, which is great for people that like to cook. Doesn't smell up your entire house, which is nice.
Um, this is laminate. Does it come with the house, these countertops?
This comes as is, and you get different color packages. So this is the Milan series surf color package, which is like a light silver gray, which is super popular.
And what appliances come with?
So the appliances is going to be the Samsung stainless steel oven, microwave, dishwasher, and then the divided sink with the dual control faucet. Okay. We don't do the fridge, washer, dryer. It's such a personally selected item that we let you guys kind of pick that out. And laundry room access right off the kitchen.
HVAC system right there goes into 2-car garage.
Nice.
Nice size, standard attic up there.
And then you do have a pantry.
Perfect.
Natalie ate all the snacks.
So this is the 4-bedroom, 2-bath, 2-car garage. What's the square footage?
So it's 1,876 square foot, 8-foot ceiling heights. And then save the best for last. So this is the primary bedroom side of the home. So you have this nice little nook here. This is the third guest bedroom.
Oh, this would be perfect for like an office, right?
Absolutely.
Let me get it over here.
Go. So it has a nice little nook for a cool bookshelf there. Perfect. And then big closet. All right, very best for last, primary bedroom. Super spacious, tons of natural light coming in. We had this staged with a king bed and there was still ample enough room, two nightstands and then a big dresser over here. And then straight through to your primary bathroom, double vanity sinks. Huge closet, walk-in closet. And then nice window letting natural light in. Full-blown shower insert here, and then privacy water closet over there.
Question: can you ever do— sorry, can you ever do the shower tile? Because this is an insert, fiberglass insert.
It comes as is. The Focus collection of homes are kind of like a streamlined, easy way to buy. What you see is pretty much what you get in this series.
Okay, so no options.
The other series, Americana and Renaissance, you can do full customizations to the homes.
Okay, so it'll always have that, and then after you close, you can do whatever you want?
You can easily rip it out once you close.
Okay, cool.
Lots of storage.
Yep. Oh, do those come out?
Sardines.
Nice.
Yeah, full storage.
What? That's nice. Does this one?
That one does.
Does not.
And then boom. Yeah, full-blown.
Very—
these are the standard cabinets.
And then will you always get carpet in the bedrooms?
Carpet comes standard in the bedrooms, but you'll have tile throughout in through the entire home in all of the hallways, great room, kitchen, in your laundry room. That's full tile.
What is the ceiling height?
So these are 8-foot ceiling height.
8-foot, okay. Let's look at the backyard.
And the back. So through your great room, access to your backyard. This is the extended patio slab option. Wow, 22 foot by 10 foot. Wow. You can also do a full-blown aluminum lanai enclosure, full-blown concrete block construction with the stucco exterior, which is a huge change to the lineup of the Focus collection. So this is not how we would build it now.
And what is this price? What does it start at?
So this house is $324,900.
Oh, so low 3s. Okay, well that's nice.
On a quarter acre of land.
Nice. And this you can only get in scattered lots, right?
So yes, you can build this house anywhere you like in established neighborhoods all across the city of Long Coast.
Nice. And then this used to be called the Maple, right?
This is the Maple floor plan. So if any of you guys have been checking out Veranda online for quite some time. This layout and floor plan is an exact replica of the Maple home design, which is super popular, right?
And this— can you tell us why this is Focus and not Miranda?
So Focus actually merged, so it's now part of Miranda, but we build a different series of homes and they have differences within ceiling height. So the Focus collection is more like the starter homes, a lot of bang for your buck in the $300,000 price range, but it comes more or less as is. You're going to get the 8-foot ceiling heights instead of 8-foot-8-inch in the other series and 9-foot-4 in the Renaissance. Countertops for Miranda, everybody knows, has granite countertops, but these would be laminate. But for price point, really can't beat it.
So this is more of a value series, perfect for retirees or first-time home buyers looking for the lower $300s.
Absolutely perfect for investments, Airbnb. We get a lot of buyers doing Airbnbs.
