In this vlog, Natalie Barnes walks viewers through a typical weekday morning with her 7‑month‑old daughter Arabella. The video opens with Natalie waiting for Arabella to wake, then proceeds to a series of routine tasks: changing the baby, preparing a bottle, and sharing a brief play segment of the show “Hey Bear.” Natalie greets her audience, explains her habit‑tracking planner, and mentions the need to finish a video for her channel. Arabella tries a new snack while Natalie discusses her ongoing effort to re‑establish Arabella’s sleep schedule after a recent illness, noting nap timing variability. Natalie then transitions to her own fitness routine, describing her post‑pregnancy weight‑loss goals, recent haircut frustrations, and the workout she plans to do (focused on butt and legs). Throughout, she comments on everyday chores such as laundry, a UPS return, and the need to pick up coffee and drop off her partner Sam’s lunch. She also shares details about her outfit, referencing a 90s‑inspired look and specific brands. The vlog concludes with Arabella waking up, a quick goodbye, and a promise of future videos.

It's currently 8:15, and normally Arabella is up right now. Whoa, this is like really zoomed. Normally Arabella wakes up at like 7-ish, but I guess she's sleeping in. Of course she would for this video, but we're doing a 7-month morning routine with us. Since she's not up right now, I'm going to lay in bed and be on my phone until she is up. I think she's up. Hi! She's so cute. Let's go make a bottle.
1, 2, 3.
My favorite part of the day is literally waking up Arabella and seeing her smile. It's like my favorite thing.
Good morning, marshmallow. Good morning.
Good morning! Okay, I'm gonna change her and then she's gonna have a baba.
Which one?
This one or this one?
Do I do Lambie or Bunny? Lambie or Bunny?
I like this one. You wanna watch some Hey Bear? Okay, we can watch Hey Bear.
Hey Bear!
I love Hey Bear! Time to make my bed.
What are you doing? Minnie!
Okay, let's brush my hair and brush my teeth. What are you doing, huh? Why can't Mama get any privacy? Get ready with us. Get ready with us.
Sit.
Ew, what is on your face, girl?
Hey, hey, hey!
Say hey guys, welcome back to my mommy's channel. Hey guys, welcome back to my mommy's channel. Do you say it? Hey guys! Welcome back! Love y'all! We're doing a morning routine.
Me and Mommy.
I swear I always have laundry to do and I don't know why. Like, between me, Sam, and Arabella, it's always laundry day. Okay, now I'm I'm going to sit at my desk and kind of get some stuff done. I have like a daily planner with habits and stuff that I track. I try and track every single day. So yeah, I'm gonna do that. I have a video that needs to go up, like I have to finish doing this video, and then kind of see what else I have for the day. She's going to try a snack. Snack time! Sit all the way down. Okay, snacks for babies. Soothe and Chew. My mom's on FaceTime.
Oh, guess what?
All right, let's see. Where are my glasses?
Let's try it.
Try it. Mm, Mom, look.
Yummy!
I got these for her and she's trying it for the first time. Okay, so it is 10 o'clock right now. Arabella is having a little snack. She'll probably go down for her first nap of the day, um, in like 30 minutes, but she's just chewing right now. And then when she naps, I normally, um, work out sometimes, sometimes not. But yeah, our mornings are pretty boring. We do go on walks. However, the stroller is in my car and I don't really want to go get that. Um, but that's really what we're up to right now. It's 11 o'clock. I just got off the phone with my mom and it's time for Arabella to take a little nap. So I'm gonna go put her down now. Ready for a nap? Kissy kissy. Mwah! Okay, I'm getting ready to work out. I kind of have to be fast because sometimes Arabella will take the morning nap and it'll be like a 2-hour nap, or sometimes even like an hour, and then other times, like yesterday, she took like a 30-minute nap. So I don't know what kind of day this is since she did sleep all night last night. Which is really good. She was sick for a little bit and it like really messed up her sleep schedule, so I'm trying to get her basically back on like a pretty normal schedule again, but it's just so hard. Um, oof, oof. Why? I think I cut my hair a little too short because, uh, it's so hard to put it up now because because there's pieces that fell out. I know I did not cut it like perfectly even in the back. I think that's gonna have to work. Yeah, okay, so fit. My brown set— I mean, I think I got this at probably Shein since that's like literally all where I get all my stuff. But I really like this one, it's really comfy. I've been trying to work out like every single day, it's been so hard, but I'm trying to get back to like my normal weight. Before pregnancy, I was like at my lowest, and I'm trying to get back to there. That's like my goal for November is try to get back to my goal weight. I'm so close, I'm like 10 lbs off. Don't feel like I'm close to my old weight at all. Like, there's definitely like my stomach, my boobs feel heavier, the normal stuff. But I'm really trying. Let's work out. Every single day I do like my like stomach area, but I'm really not feeling it today, so I think I'm just going to do butt and legs today. See how it goes. So yeah. Okay, this is my outfit.
Boom!
I like never wear shorts ever. I was kind of feeling like '90s, if that makes sense. Um, I don't know, I feel like this looks very '90s. But yeah, I'm wearing this top. It actually comes with like a little jacket. However, too hot for a jacket. And then shorts are from, I want to say, Urban Outfitters. And then my shoes. But I'm waiting for Arabella to wake up so we can go drop off Sam's lunch and get coffee. Then I also have to go to UPS to return something. Really want coffee really badly. Okay, Arabella's up. We're gonna go see Dada. And yeah, it's 1 o'clock now, so I'm gonna end the video. But thank you guys so much for watching, and we'll see you guys in our next video, right? Say bye!
