Say hi, guys! Welcome back to my mom's channel. Good morning, you guys! Welcome to— welcome back to my YouTube channel. Today I'm touring a brokerage. I got my real estate license and, um, now it's the next step to look for a brokerage basically that I want to join. So little OOTD, I feel so professional, but I have a blazer on with my bodysuit and then these pants. I'm wearing heels today, um, and I don't really feel like doing my hair because it's raining out. Jewelry I kept super, super simple, just— but Arabella just woke up, so I'm gonna go get her up, dress her, and then I'll talk to you guys a little bit more in the car. But welcome to the vlog! Hi guys, it's a little bit later. Um, I'm just now getting home with Arabella, but basically today went really, really well. Keller Williams Brokerage, and I really liked it. They showed me me everything that they had to offer, and it went really, really good. The interview did. She had a lot of questions for me, I had a lot of questions for her, and yeah, I get to basically decide either tonight, tomorrow, whenever, if I want to— yeah, if I want to sign with them, which I do. So I'm actually— I didn't really want to give a final answer today because I wanted to keep my options open. But I made my decision. I actually just got a call from the team leader and he kind of asked me some questions as well. Um, kind of like, why, what's holding you back from signing? And I just, I kind of just said that I wanted to keep my options open, but I am signing on Monday with them, but I'm also picking up all the paperwork tomorrow. So I can sign everything and then give everything to them Monday. So I'm really, really happy and I'm excited. I'm gonna take you guys along with me tomorrow as well because I did not film that much today. It was just, it was just kind of a crazy day. So I'm so excited. Uh, the office is beautiful and what's really cool is they also have a gym in the building. Does that smell good? And we can use that anytime we'd like, which is really nice. So I have a really good feeling. I feel like this is a brand new chapter in my life that I am so excited for. Are you excited? Say hi everyone! And yeah, so I'm home now. I'm making dinner for Arabella and I. Hi! And we are having rice and chicken with a little bit of broccoli. So yeah, that's kind of the update. They loved my outfit. I also started a TikTok OOTD of real estate outfits. So today I posted the outfit that I wore today, and then I'm going to do the same thing tomorrow and every single day, kind of just showing you guys what I decide to wear. So back to the interview, it took about an hour. She also wanted me to stay for like the team meeting, but I could not, uh, stay, but because I had other things to do with work. But, um, yeah, everyone was super friendly, super nice. And when you sign in, you like get a form and you fill out the form, and then they call you back there. And then she basically asked a lot about my past and why I wanted to do real estate and what my motivation was to do it. Um, she also asked what I wanted in a brokerage. I wanted guidance, I wanted knowledge, and basically just help because I feel like when you get your real estate license, they don't actually teach you what you need to like do real estate and show houses and everything and sell. So I told her all that. Basically what she told me about Keller Williams was the founder and the beliefs that they had, and it kind of just aligned with what I believe and what I really wanted in a brokerage. Um, and it's really cool because I could get into luxury because of my location I'm in, so that's exciting. But I have Arabella's snot on me. That's really cute. But yeah, this is definitely a very cool, exciting moment in life that I'm very nervous about. I'm not even gonna lie, because I plan on doing real estate full-time, and I told her, you know, it's very scary to go into something with not a definite paycheck, without a definite like stable income. And she said that she was in the same exact position I was in literally a year ago, and now she's like extremely happy, thriving, and it was like the best decision ever. And in my gut, I feel like this is the best decision I can make for me, Arabella, and Sam. So yeah, I'm excited. I definitely need to get some clothes. I feel like what I wore today was pretty perfect, I'm not gonna lie, but I feel like there's gonna be a lot of office days, which she said that I'm gonna be in the office learning a lot from the classes and kind of just setting up my business the first 2 weeks, and then I'm going to be going out and like mentoring someone. Mentoring, is that the word? I'm gonna be following someone around and they're gonna show me, like, maybe taking notes on how they show houses and how I can show houses and kind of just go from there. I don't know what else to fill you guys in on. I am going to be making another video soon on how I got my real estate license and what I did to study for it, um, if you guys want to see it. Um, I'm also going to be doing like a real estate playlist on my YouTube channel, kind of just following my journey, because I feel like I've done that with my whole entire YouTube. I did it through high school, I did it with college, I did it through my pregnancy. I've been doing it with Arabella and, you know, watching her grow up. And I'm so thankful and so happy I have all of those videos because I just believe like I have one life, and the fact that I am able to do everything as basically a single parent still in my 20s, like pretty young, and, you know, doing everything I can to ensure that Arabella has the best possible life possible. Like I did, like growing up, I had the best life I think ever. You know, I want Arabella to be able to go on cruises, to go to Disney whenever we want without, without being financially stable. Like I I feel like I have money in my account. I feel like where I'm at now, I'm just, you know, out of line. I'm just stable. I'm just like— I don't feel like I'm growing. I don't feel like I'm like poor or anything. I just feel like standstill. And I feel it's almost like a waste of potential if I don't push myself and get out of my head and use my ability max. If any of that makes sense, let me know. Yeah, tomorrow's a new day. I'm gonna go down to the brokerage, I'm gonna pick up all the paperwork. I think each brokerage is different. I think that's what she said. It's like under an umbrella, but like it's under Keller Williams, but it's like all different, if that makes sense. Could also— what I received is completely different from, you know, what anyone else receives if they like join another brokerage, or they're looking at Keller Williams but in a different location. I think the numbers are a little bit different, but I'm still going to show you guys everything I get. So yeah, I'm very excited. So tomorrow we're gonna go— hi! Hi! But tomorrow the plan is to go to the brokerage, pick up the paperwork, go down to work, work for a little bit, go to meet my mom to pick up Arabella because my mom has an appointment, and then come back home. I don't really know, but we're gonna do a little bit of a vlog. What? And that's how today went. Also, I did change my earrings. I didn't show it in the video or anything, but I changed my earrings because Sam said this looked a little more professional and different, and I feel like they're my good luck earrings. I'm literally so mad I forgot my camera today, but I just got some Starbucks right here. And we are headed to Keller Williams to go pick up the packet that I have to sign and then bring back Monday. Um, oh, but I'm so excited, and I have like 18 minutes. I texted the person who I was supposed to meet with, but no one answered, so fingers crossed someone's there to give me the paperwork. And then we're gonna go to the office, but I'm wearing a really, really cute top. I'm gonna show you guys when I get out of the car. Um, but I'm vlogging on my phone today, which kind of sucks, but it's fine. Gotta do what you gotta do. Let's go. Okay, outfit: this top, Shein, pants Shein, and I'm wearing my Converse.
