Hi guys, what's up? It's Natalie. Welcome to, or welcome back to my YouTube channel. My name is Natalie Barnes. I'm a licensed realtor in Palm Coast, Florida. My specialty is new construction. I, I was with the builder for almost 2 years, so I really know the ins and outs of building a home from the foundation up. Today we are looking at Colbert's Landing, which is in Palm Coast. This community offers 2 builders, Meritage and Taylor Morrison. Today we are looking at Taylor Morrison. This is a brand new community in Palm Coast, about 5 miles away from the beach, very close. And it has many amenities: kids park, tennis courts, pool, amenity center. And yeah, we are going to see 2 models today, the Havana and the Azura. So if you guys have any questions, let me know in the down box below. So today we are looking at Taylor Morrison, and I am so excited to bring you guys along. And let me know what you guys think of these 2 models. Okay, so this is one of their models. So it's the Havana, 4 bedrooms, 3 bath, 2-car garage, 2,394 square feet.
Let's go inside. Front door open.
Okay, to the left we have a bedroom, two windows and a closet. We have a bathroom, walk-in foyer. This beautiful flex room, nice and big with the windows. I love these tall doors. Over here, this would be the garage, but since this is an office, just pretend this is where your garage would be. I love how they decorated. This would be the floor plan. So in this model, it's ADA accessible, so this bathroom door would be on that wall, but really good size. Then we have this huge kitchen. My favorite thing about this model is there's like a coffee bar over here. How cute, setting up your coffee in the morning. And then look at this pantry. How big is this pantry? It's huge. So we have quartz countertops, backsplash. I believe they have different colors and I can show you guys, um, but look at the fruit, looks so good. Tile on the floors, pendant lights. So ceiling height is 9 foot, but if you can see over here, there is a tray ceiling that's actually 10. So let's go over here. So on the left you have a nice laundry room and then 2 more bedrooms. Go in this one. Really nice size. Those double doors right there for the closet. I love how they decorated this model. This for sure would be something I would decorate. Like, this is my style, all pink.

So this house has an open floor plan, which means you You have a nice kitchen that leads into the dining room and then the great room.
Like that. I love how they styled this one. It's very livable, very nice, big.
Let's look at this lanai.
I mean, could you imagine having a nice big pool outside? This is a frame build, so they use hardboard on the exterior, and then your master's all way in the back. You could literally do cartwheels in here. I mean, it is huge. Then we have a bathroom.
We have a nice linen closet, walk-in shower with a bench.
We have beautiful cabinets, toilet room., and a ginormous walk-in closet. Huge. Okay, so with Taylor Morrison, they're going to give you a sheet of paper. This is basically— there is a debris sheet. They are not a 2-spill, they are step clean, which is nice because it comes with all the paper for you. So they will give you this sheet right now. I understand that we have one right now that will be ready to go out in August, and that's my step 493965, another one 507615.
Um, they have a bunch.
I think they only have 2 or 3— they have 3 right now available. So, and they also have ones that are finished. So if you're moving to Florida and you need a home or if you just want to be able to, you know, switch between neighborhoods, the nice thing about Casey Morrison is even though they're not a chicken coop builder, they do definitely have a little brochure of houses that they may be able to show you later, in case you want to come and get your home and move in, or they have one here right now, right? Which is really nice to know. Let's go over to the next model. It is bigger, and let's go look at that one.
So this is the Azores. 3 or 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bath, 2 cars, 2-car garage, 2,746 square foot.
It's a beautiful porch.
Let's go inside. I love houses that have this beautiful porch, especially in Florida. Let's take a look inside.
Front door open.
First thing you should notice is the floors. These are different flooring. The house that we just came from had tile. And then to the left, you have a beautiful flex room. Huge. And you have a nice walk-in closet. This, I believe, could be an extra bedroom. That's why it says 3 to 4. So since it does have a closet, tray ceilings. Let's go to the left. You have a bathroom, half bathroom, nice size. Over here you have the HVAC system, another bedroom. Look how they decorated, I mean, so cute. This room is nice because it does have that bathroom, a full bathroom with a shower, nice in size. And we have another bathroom right over here, full. Then we have the second bedroom with a walk-in closet, but very nice size. I like how this one's kind of in the corner, so if you have family members, an older child, this would be a perfect bathroom. And bedroom. Then if we come back to the front, we are back at the front door. Let's see. Oh, that's the garage. But you have a nice little study area, and you have this huge, huge, huge laundry room. I feel like this is every girl's dream or guy's dream to have a huge Laundry room with a sink, how nice! I would definitely use this, or Arabella would use that for sure. Now let's go into the kitchen, formal dining room, and living room. Notice the tray ceilings. So we have the dining room right here, living room. I love those sliding glass doors, lets in a lot of natural light. And then we have the kitchen. Now I believe this is more like of a chef's gourmet kitchen. I can double-check though. And then we have the walk-in pantry, nice size. I love this range, beautiful. All the finishes in this house are just beautiful. You can see that the cabinets have crown molding. We have quartz countertops, sink, nice big windows. Look at this lanai out here, huge. Could you imagine hosting family summer events and parties? This is a huge lanai. Okay, so let's go into the master bedroom. We have this little hallway right here. And a nice huge bedroom. I don't even think this video is doing justice of how big this bedroom truly is, but it is massive. And my favorite thing about this house is the bathroom, guys. Like, how huge is this bathroom? I love that shower. I know you can do a tub right here. Um, but an amazing size bathroom. We have over here the toilet room, me all in black, and we have a closet, walk-in closet, and a linen closet. Let's take a look in this walk-in closet. I mean, it literally goes all the way back. Huge. It's like another bedroom. But the shower— I feel like my water bill would be so high. So they currently have 2 available, one for $525,990 move-in ready, and then the model, which is this house, it's $615,241. So this is the community. Like I said, you have Meritage That model over here, and then you have Taylor Morrison. They do look a little different when you do drive this community. You can definitely tell which is which, which is really nice, but all of that is Taylor Morrison. Let's go to the amenity center. So we have the mailboxes over here, the nice kids playground right here. Like I said, this is all brand new. We have some tennis courts. I don't know, I think that's tennis courts, maybe pickleball. I don't know the difference, honestly. And then we have the amenity center. Behind the amenity center, you have the gorgeous pool. Let's go take a look. It is locked, so I don't have access, but I think I'm tall enough to show you guys. But they are just getting the furniture for out here. It's going to be so nice during the summer. It's a really big pool too, which is nice. Like a little mark on my nose, but I'm having to redo my outro because for some reason it did not take.
