Hi guys, what's up? It's Natalie. Welcome to, or welcome back to, my YouTube channel. Today we are looking at the Holiday Builder in Palm Coast. I'm super excited for this one. The floor plan is called Charlotte. It's a 4-bedroom, 3-bath, 2-car garage. It's about 2,300 square feet. The model is located in the L section. I believe they have multiple different models all around Palm Coast, but today we are at the one all the way in the L section. In. So North Palm Coast, of course. I have my little coffee. Holiday Builders is super well known in Palm Coast. They have amazing incentives every single month. They're very affordable and they have all different floor plans, no matter if you're a first-time home buyer looking for a 3-bedroom, 2-bath, or retiree that wants a smaller floor plan, or have a big family that looks like they need like a 4-bedroom, 3-bath. Okay, so we have formal dining room right here, tray ceilings. We have the front door right there. Over here, this could be a bedroom or a den. So if you make this a bedroom, would be 5 bedrooms instead of 4. Then we have the living room, opens up with the kitchen over here. And then we will go in this hallway. So we have the first bathroom right off the bat. First bathroom. So you can either do granite or quartz countertops. They're not an upgrade, you get to choose. Then going over here into this bedroom, you have carpet on the floor, a nice closet. This is a really good size room. I believe that's a full bed. Definitely, probably fit a queen. No bifolds. LVP on the floor. Normally the floor would be tile, that's what's standard. So now we have the living room, kitchen area. Let's go over here. We have two more bedrooms. We have this room. This looks bigger than the first bedroom that we just saw. Let's take a look. We have a closet. Is it walk-in? No, not walk-in, but good size. Overview of this room, and this floor plan is called the Charlotte, 4-bedroom, 3-bath. Color room, obviously that would be the closet and that would have doors on it, but this is all the colors you could choose from. A lot of selections. Granite selection, quartz floor. I think also over here we have the stone, more flooring, backsplash, cabinets. This is like the fun room. This is my favorite room. Awesome. Let's go to the bathroom over here. We have a linen closet, good size, sink, toilet, and tub/shower, shower duo, pool door. This bathroom, the pool door is an upgrade. You can do it. If not, it would just be a wall. And if you don't like the fiberglass insert, you can definitely do tile. Tile would not go all the way up to the ceiling. It would only go up to the ceiling if you did it in the master. Moving on again, living room, kitchen. Let's go out in the lanai. Okay, so this is the lit nei. Pretty good size. You could do screen and enclosure or no screen enclosure. And again, they have those little green termite bonds, which is nice. Let's go back inside. So this one has one slider and a window. Breakfast nook, kitchen, pendant lights, sink. They do Whirlpool. Backsplash is subway, countertops is quartz. Very nice. So you get all of your appliances except for the fridge, washer, dryer. Over here we have the pantry, good size. Laundry room right here, cabinets are upgraded. Then you got HVAC system right in there, so you don't have to do that upgrade, obviously. And then you have the garage, garage right here. 2-car garage, and then they've vent all of their appliances out to the roof. We have the master bedroom right off the kitchen. This is a really good size. It also has the pool door as well, so if you want to do that upgrade, you can. You don't have to, it could be a wall, but this is a pretty big bedroom. Tray ceilings at the top, extra light. The middle light is braced for a fan, so if you're like me and you like to have a fan, you could definitely do so.
Then we have the bathroom.
Toilet room has its own door. Double vanity. Nothing behind this door. Oh, I lied. We have a linen closet. That's always good in the bathroom. Now we have the shower. Glass enclosure. So this is what we were talking about when we said the tile goes all the way up to the ceiling. Two-head shower, pretty deep, I would say. I like that tile too, it's very modern. And then you have the walk-in closet right here. Nice carpet in the walk-in closet. This is a really good size.
Okay, so the house that we just saw, the base price isā that's a Charlotte Bā starts at $325,990. Now what you do is, it's really cool because you actually decide what the price is. So you pick the floor plan you want, and then I also got a list of all the lots that they have. Um, their lots range fromā the most affordable one is $88,951. Most expensive one they have is $412,447. That includes clearing, dirt, utility impact fees, everything. And then you pick up your upgrades. Or if you're like, I don't want to do all that, let me just buy a house that is ready to go, I don't have to pick up any upgrades or anything, they do have 3 right now for sale. The most affordable one is $430,392. Most expensive is $447,127, and that is in the L section. If you like Holiday, they actually have a Value Series, and the Value Series is more affordable. So for first-time homebuyers or retirees or people that just don't want to spend a lot of money, a lot of investors might buy this Value Series. These range from, I think the most affordable is $327,000. No. Most affordable is $305,990. Um, most expensive would probably be $345,990, but they basically have array of all different kinds of homes. I will leave down below the website for Holiday in Palm Coast.
