CHRISTMAS in an RV FULL TIME (Family Travel Vlog)

Nate and Tilly Ritter celebrate Christmas in their full-time RV with kids Asher, Kyson, and Everly. They build and demolish block towers, grab happy hour with campground friends, and on Christmas morning make gingerbread houses they smash with hammers and exchange gifts.

They're made out of the mats that we had for the gym. They have these little ridges. We turned it into blocks like minecraft. And then we got. Let's see, one, two, three. We got six. We're going for seven. Going slow. Go slow.
No, no, no, no, no.
A little slower.
Okay.
Okay, Ash, go for it. There we go.
There we go.
That's pretty awesome.
That is so high.
Uncle John, can we do more? We could go bigger. Yeah, we could go bigger. Okay, we're going to try bigger. Let's do it again.
It's so tall!
It's, uh, definitely a leaning event.
Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh! Friends that we met in Lake Havasu a couple months ago have actually booked a campsite right next door to us.
Raise your hand if you want to knock it down.
No, no, I don't want to knock it down!
Okay, raise your hand if you want to get crushed by it. So you want to I want to knock it down. And you guys all want to get crushed by it?
Yeah!
Okay, here it goes. Oh no, this is good.
Hi! It is a gorgeous sunny December afternoon. The boys are up playing at the camp playground with a couple new friends, and I'm gonna meet up with Nate. There's a little restaurant here at the campground, so we're gonna meet up at that restaurant and have a happy hour and enjoy this beautiful Sunday afternoon. So gorgeous. How's your happy hour? Good. How's full-time living going?
I wasn't living full-time before. Yeah, so it's my birthday tomorrow. I'm not really great with birthdays. Julie does a good job trying to figure out what to do.
Me.
Today has been fantastic. Even if tomorrow completely sucked, it was terrible for whatever reason, today's been good. Who knows what tomorrow brings, you know?
And that's—
I think that's always hard for me. Like, it's always hard to kind of figure out the next step. I'm always like a year or two ahead. And right now, in this moment, sun setting on my birthday in December, it's a nice place to be.
One of the boys' favorite Christmas traditions is to make gingerbread houses, and then we never know what to do with them when they're all done. So right around Christmas time, when they've been sitting out on the counter getting stale and gross, we have the boys smash their gingerbread houses with hammers. That gummy's not gonna come apart.
It is Christmas morning, and as you can see, we're excited.
Merry, merry, merry Christmas to you. Merry Christmas. Merry Christmas. Merry Christmas, sweetie.
Merry Christmas.
I gave Asher I can't. Thank you! What is it? Get over here! Yes! Come in here. Hey, this is a present that I bought for our family.
That's cool. Look at that, says the Ritter family. Nate and Tilly, Kyson, Asher, and Everly. Oh, it goes all the way up to Jasper. Oh, and Moosejaw's even on there. You know what it is? You know what it is?
I think I just fell asleep. Hurry up!
All dumped.
We had to dump our poop in the middle of Christmas.
Merry Christmas to everyone.
And just like that, Christmas Christmas is over. We had an amazing day. Um, it's really fun doing it in this new trailer of ours, this new home. Definitely a new Christmas experience, but we had so much fun. We're all done with Christmas, on to the next adventure. Oh no, one of the boys' favorite holiday— oh yeah, just a second, just a second, Emily. One of the boys' favorite holiday traditions is to make gingerbread. I will be there. Bye-bye.
It feels like a Matchbox car.
It's only funny to you because you did it 4 times.
