Neel Dhingra teaches the MOVE framework for building a personal brand that converts to clients: make them notice through observations, offer clarity with visuals, show your authentic self and mistakes, enable action with a lead magnet. The playbook emphasizes embracing cringe, giving away high-value blueprints, and using permission marketing to reduce friction.

If you want to build a personal brand that attracts premium clients, makes you money, not just views, most advice out there won't cut it because it's built for influencers. There's a new playbook out there that's built for entrepreneurs. I built a personal brand that's made me millions of dollars and put me on stages throughout the country. It took me seven years to figure this out, and I'm gonna teach it to you in the next 30 minutes. So this is the new way to win Online in 2026. And actually spoke and delivered this entire playbook to a live corporate audience that paid me a bunch of money to be out there and teach. And some guy made this drawing right here that I'm showing you guys. And this mapped out the entire playbook. It was really cool. He. He sketched this live. So, Alejo, thanks for doing that, bro. We're gonna take this visual note and walk you through the entire process. So the first thing before we get into the actual formula, there's a framework for this that I'm gonna teach you is you need to know, like, there's this feeling inside when you're doing what you're doing right now that you're meant for more. I had this feeling where I was stuck at a certain level and I always knew that I could be doing more. I always knew like, man, there's got to be more than what I'm doing. I was stuck in the mid six figures, making decent money, but, you know, basically broke because there was no money left over. We weren't investing and I wasn't building anything besides sales every month. So I was on the sales treadmill and I knew I was meant for more. So if you are someone who's like, man, I'm doing something right now. I want to be doing more. I feel like I've been called to do something bigger with my business or bigger with my life. That is a sign that you should not ignore. I ignored it for a decade and it kept me stuck. But once I tapped into that, it's important. And that I believe, is your intuition. And your intuition knows before your logic does. So when I started teaching is the first thing that really tapped into that. So I started building my personal brand, creating content. And this was cringe worthy content. I will say you have to make them cringe before they'll binge. But like, that was what got me through to building on the other side. And, you know, if you ever, if you're ever stuck because you're like, man, I'm Embarrassed, because what are people gonna say or what are they gonna do? Well, you have to get over that because everybody who you look up to, every single successful person, wealthy person, content creator, they all went through a period where they were embarrassed, where they had people talking bad about them behind their back. People literally sending your videos to other people laughing at you, and they didn't care. Right. They just moved through that. So I went through that. Everybody else has to go through that. I actually built my audience in my community on Instagram first and then transitioned to multiple platforms. But that is the most important thing is just realizing that you need to tap into that feeling. And for me, teaching gave me a megaphone to speak to the not yet crowd. And what is the not yet crowd? This is the biggest group of people on the Internet. So you need to understand there's the spectrum of people online, there's the never. These are people who are never going to be interested in your expertise or whatever you're talking about. They're never going to do business with you. And on the opposite end is the now. These are people ready to transact right now. So they're in a buying mode. Maybe they want to like, I help a lot of people in real estate, mortgage. These are people ready to buy a home. I also help a lot of people in coaching and consulting. These are people who are in need of your service. So they're ready to pull the trigger that is a sliver of the market. What I have found is that everybody's making content and everybody's speaking in a sales way to those people. And that's their whole content strategy. But they're ignoring this middle group, which is 90%, maybe 85 to 90% of the market, which is the not yet group. These are people who are not yet interested. Maybe they're 6 12, 18 months out. Maybe they would be open to it. They just need to know. Maybe they're not aware of the problem. Maybe they are aware of the problem, but they're not aware of your solution. Right. So there's so many different parts of the customer journey. And this is that whole middle area that you want to speak to. This is the biggest group. Now there is a time and place for sales content. We could do a whole video on how to convert people at the end of that process. And I'm going to talk about that towards the end of this video. But just make sure that you're not speaking to the not yet crowd in the same manner that you would speak to somebody who's ready to transact now that's really important. And so speaking to that group and teaching that group is what got me the furthest with my personal brand because people really started to respect me. I wasn't just out there trying to sell you something, I was really trying to educate. I was coming from a place of service. I had knowledge here and I wanted to give it to people. So the way I do this is make people feel smarter. If you forget everything that I teach today, this is the most important thing when you're speaking to the not yet crowded. The future of content as we head into 20, 26 and beyond the future is the people who can make that group feel smarter. Not sold to. If you try to sell to people who are 12 months away from buying, it's not going to work. It's going to fall on deaf ears. Interruption marketing is also dead to these people. I don't know if you guys know, like notice this, but you don't answer spam calls anymore. When texts, they don't even reach you sometimes because Apple is filtering these out, Google's filtering these out of your feed. And so interruption marketing is dying cold. Calling is dying cold. Outreach is dying col. The only way is to do permission marketing, meaning I make a piece of information, you watch that, you raise your hand that you might be interested in learning more. You opt into a funnel, you join a newsletter, you come to a YouTube video like this and learn more from me. That's the process of taking someone from the not yet group into the ready to buy now transaction mode, right? And so there's a process. You can move people along with your content with your personal brand. Now it's really cool when you put all these steps together because I would say this, man, when your personal brand, when your name that little circle on Instagram or that little image on the screen does 90% of the work for you, life gets a lot better. You're working with people who respect you. You're working with people who don't need to be sold or hard closed, right? I know people who have shut down their entire sales team. Now, there's nothing wrong with having a sales team. But like, once they became a rainmaker, they attracted so many people they could probably get more and squeeze it for more if they did have one. But they were like, man, I'm just going to take the people who really want to work with me. I'm going to take all this inbound and, and turn it into a crazy business. And it works, right? So make people feel smart. That's important. So the framework I'm going to walk you through, and it's drawn so beautifully here by our friend Alejo, is the Move framework M O V E. So the first step of the process is making content on social, and that is you need to make them notice. That's what the M stands for. I'm going to give you guys a tip here. That's going to double your views and in some cases it's going to 10x your views. When you're making informational content to the not yet group, which is the biggest group on social media, you want to make an observation, not a declaration. So most people are going to create expert content on social media. They'll be like, here's what you need to do to do this, or here's the top three ways to do this. For the most part, that content is dying, if not dead. Now, if you're just getting into making short form video, yes, do that. It's better than nothing but what you want to do. And this is hard for people who have been doing this a while. Like, for me, I am the expert and I want to be the person that tells you everything. And there is a time and place for expert content, but I noticed I'll get way more reach and way more views when I simply make an observation. So the way I would do this video is to say, hey, did you guys see this? Hey, there's this new trend happening. Let's talk about this. I'll also use headlines. Newsjacking is a huge strategy right now on short form and even on YouTube as well, where you would bring up a headline of something that's going on and you would talk about how it applies to your audience, to the people that you want to serve. So, for example, I might take a headline from Forbes, Bloomberg, cnn, whatever, and I'd put that headline at the beginning. I'd say, did you see what's going on here? And I would point it out, make an observation, and then I insert my expertise in there. So it'd be like this, like if I was a personal finance creator and I said, here, here's the number one credit card that you need to get. That'd be cool. But some people watching the video are like, who are you to tell me this? Especially when a video goes viral, those are people seeing you for the very first time. Instagram is going to show your content to people who don't follow you. If they watch it, it shows it to more and more and that's how a video eventually goes viral. So if these People are seeing me for the very first time. What are they going to think? Like, they might be thinking in their head out loud, or they might think subconsciously. Who are you to tell me this? So instead of saying, here's the number one credit card you should get as a finance creator, I might say something like this. Forbes magazine says 90% of millennials are using this one card. And then I would tell it. So now it's not Neil saying it, it's Forbes saying it. It's this headline saying it. It's this new trend saying it, Right? And people want to be in the know. If there's one thing I know about millennials, this. They don't want to be on the outside. They want to be in the know. So use this curiosity, use this observation technique to get more viewers. When you do this, you will automatically reach way more people. So that's the M framework. Now, I will tell you this. There's more ideas in terms of making them notice, but that's the number one thing that's working right now. So I want to give it to you. Simple as that. So I hope you're enjoying today's podcast. I want to quickly tell you about something that's really helping my audience. Once a week, I send out my forward focus email. This is one tip that's going to help you move the needle in your business, your personal brand, your content strategy. And honestly, I have never received this much positive feedback from a single piece of marketing ever in my whole career. So I know this is really helping people. It takes you about 60 seconds to read and just gives you that clarity in a world of all this chaos and noise. So if you want to get access to this week's issue and get this every week from me, just check out the link it's in the description below, and I'll shoot it over to you. And for now, let's get back to the episode. So the next step in this process is. Okay, offer clarity. Okay, so this is huge. Most people are just doing talking head videos, but there's something different that happens when you show visuals. So anytime I could show them instead of just telling them, this is generating more views, and more importantly, it's generating more respect. So I'll put numbers on her screen and I'll do this. By the way, I just did this yesterday. I posted a video on Instagram, depending on when you're seeing this, and I just posted it. And instead of me just telling the people what was going on, I used a visual representation. So I dropped into Gemini what I wanted to teach and it made me an image of it. Like using the image generation tools, right? So you can use AI to help you come up with visuals. You can make your own graphics. You can also use Notebook lm. This is really good at turning whatever you're teaching into an infographic. So I turned it into an infographic and then I taught it on there. That video is going viral for me right now on Shortform. And, and I believe a big reason is because I didn't just tell them, I showed them. Right? It's one thing to just listen to somebody talk, but it's different when you show the visualization. The other thing that people don't realize here is when you show visuals, when you show graphics, even like for today, as we're showing you this graphic today, it reduces the cognitive load of the viewer. So you have to think about this. One of the biggest steps for me in terms of getting more views and getting more customers is to make it easy to watch my content. Make it easy, easy to take the next step, reduce the friction. And so on social media, especially when people are doom scrolling, they're not in peak intelligence mode. They're probably like decompressing for the day. So they're scrolling and then they might come across your video and they might be like, oh, like I want to learn this. But if it becomes too difficult or if you're confusing people, they're just going to scroll past you. That's why I have this saying. I have it written down on our wall here. It says when you confuse, you lose. If there's any confusion about what you're doing, people aren't going to stick around to learn more. They're just going to move on to the next video. So make it easy by showing them things. We use a vibe board. You can use a notepad, you can use a computer screen. I've done all the above. You can also create, like I said, use AI to create images, use infographics to teach what you're going on. Now the next step in this framework for winning in 2026, and this is probably the most underrated part, but it's going to generate the most connections for you. And the most valuable connections is V Vibes. Now what do I mean by vibes? That's your vibe and this is the connection piece of your content. If it's all business, if it's all information, people won't connect with you. So you have to do something personal here to get, get them into contact with you, right? So I think about this as less corporate, more connected. This is what gets them to really connect with you, who you are. And if you think about the know, like and trust, this is the like and trust piece. Because when people know you, they'll flow you, right? So just think about what are the things I want people to know about me. Maybe those are your core values. I would list these things out. Think about the people in your circle who refer you business. The people you've had success with, past clients, friends, business partners, even family members who have sent you people. Like, think about that group. There's a reason why they sent you people. There's a reason why they do business with you. Part of it could be your ability to get things done. They trust you. But some of it might be like your sense of humor, maybe the things you're into. A lot of times the biggest benefit to your connections on social media would be the thing that you're hiding. For example, if you're a big fan of a particular sports team, if you would simply wear that jersey or that hat in some of your informational content, you'll automatically connect with way more people, right? Because sports fans of the same team are like a tribe. It's almost like a cult sometimes, right? I know this guy in our group, God bless him, he loves the Dallas Cowboys. Well, apparently a lot of other people do too. And he wears that jersey and some of his content, boom. He gets more reach and more customers just from showing his interest, right? So something super simple as that. Another example of this is like, say you're outdoorsy, you love the hikes. Like, you love doing that stuff. We have a guy in Colorado, he teaches in some of his content on the hike. The algorithm connects him with other outdoorsy people. So this is just a simple way to do what you're already doing, Just open the door to parts of your life. Now, if you're not comfortable sharing, like, your family and all that stuff, don't like, share as much as you're comfortable with. But I will tell you, the more you do, the easier this becomes. And when I started sharing more of my family and what I'm doing, what my values are, I started to get way more results because not every creator is able to do this. And you become in a small group of elite people who's teaching, they value the information, but now they also value you, the individual. And that's a really important shift to make because I know people who have a million followers on Instagram, maybe a million followers on TikTok, and maybe subscribers on YouTube doesn't matter. And they could post that they're doing this program or they're, they're building this business and no one cares because they only valued the information, they didn't value the person. So that's why this is really important. I have this saying right now that in 2026, I don't just want to be well known, I want to be known. Well, this is very important. Authenticity is a non negotiable in 2026. And so think about this really quick in terms of what do you want to share, what do you want to be known for? And then start putting that strategically into your content and watch the, the difference that that's going to make. Now I will tell you this. Letting people know what you're like, why you're building this business, why you're passionate about it, that's a really big piece of that vibe because I found that people don't really talk about this stuff, they don't show the work. A lot of people are scared to share their success because they never share the work. So there's real value in just behind the scenes content, letting people know what you're working on, what you're building. Like for example, I have an event. I've been doing this for six years now. This is our sixth year for the forward event this summer. Hopefully some of you guys watching and listening will be there. I've been building this in public from day one. I've been talking about, hey, I want to do this event. Here's why I'm passionate about live events. I know that live events change lives when you do it correctly. I've also learned that I've been to some bad ones and I think I could do it better. Here's how. So I've been talking about it. I've been enrolling the public in that vision. I've been telling them from a small room, from 70 people, all the way up to over a thousand people now. I've been building this and people really get behind it and they will come and do business with you and see you because they'll be like, man, I've been following the journey. I'm inspired by what you're doing or your journey. Inspired mind. Like there's so many cool things about this and they will support your business because of this. Like many of us are selling the same things that others are selling. We're offering a similar product or service than others. So why would they do business with us and not those other people? It's because they like something about you. They connect there. So think about that building in public and then I will give you guys one thing from here that would crush. It crushes for me and so many people in our community and that is to share a mistake. So before we move on, I just want you to think about a mistake you've made in business. Okay? Maybe a mistake you made in life. I had a guy in our group, he shared a mistake he made in his marriage. It was his number one viewed short form video. Also connected them with so many new business opportunities because small talk leads to big talk. Like, just think about the way you talk to people when you meet them at a bar or at a restaurant, like, or in a networking. You don't just go straight in for the ask. You talk to them like, how was Happy New Year? What'd you guys do for the holidays? Like, what's going on? Like the kid. Like you have some sort of conversation, small talk, and then it leads to big talk eventually. The same is true with content and building those relationships on social media. So think about sharing a mistake and this will connect you with so many people. The other cool part about this is very few people are willing to do this because everybody only shares the wins. It's a highlight reel. It's top producer winner. I'm on a stage, I'm winning this award. I'm making all this money. Look at me flexing, right? The vibe is off. That used to work years ago. It doesn't work in 2026. The vibe should be not look at me. It should be, come with me. I want to inspire people. So I want to show you guys what I'm building. And then when I am successful, you're like, man, congrats. That's awesome, dude, I'm proud of you. That's the vibe you want. Like, that's what you're looking for there. And if you're perfect, that's not going to happen because that's not real. So by you sharing a mistake, hey, man, when I first got in this industry, this is a mistake I made. Here's a mistake I made last week that I learned from. People will respect you for this, okay? Think about movies and Hollywood. We admire characters more for their struggle than their success. If it's all roses, people won't believe it. So be honest there and tell a mistake. And I know very few people are going to do that. But the few that see this message and do it, you guys are going to crush it this year. Now the next thing here, and this is where we get paid in the MOVE framework is the E Enable the Next step. This is the conversion process. This is how you get customers. And I've become an expert at. Like, if there's one thing that I feel like I could truly say I'm an expert is this. I've actually sold from live stages, live events, generated millions of dollars. I've done this on short form, long form, funnels, all this kind of stuff. That's what I really can help people with. But I found for people who have a personal brand and who have been doing the mov, the E becomes way easier. So you're doing yourself a disservice. If you're just running ads, you're going straight for the sale. Like this other work that we're talking about before this step. That's what, like, makes this step so, so much easier and also makes it a windfall. Like, I remember launching my first offer and being shocked at how easy it was. I was scared to charge the money that I was charging. I was scared to even say it because I was just nervous about selling, you know, online and doing these things. And I'm an introvert, so it just didn't come naturally to me. So when I did it for the first time, I was like, wow, it worked. Like, I was shocked. But the reason why it worked was because I've been doing the other things. So I would just want to preface this, but when you get to the step, don't sell your service. Give them the blueprint. Right? So what do I mean here is, like, people don't want to be sold to on social media. They don't want to be sold to online. They want to be some element of diy. That's why you're watching this video. I'm teaching you the best content that I have right now. I'm giving it to you. I'm just giving it to you freely, right? I'm not trying to sell you on my thing. Like, I'm not saying, hey, I'm going to give you one bit, and then if you want the rest, here's how you buy it. No, the best content is you teaching and giving it away. The. The. The mechanic with the most views and the most customers on Instagram tells you how to teach fix your own car. The health and fitness coach gives you the blueprint. He gives you the meal plans, he gives you the workouts. Now, yes, you can buy a program, but I will tell you that he's going to get way more customers by giving away his best content. And Then people want to get the implementation, they trust you even more. They're like, man, if you gave all this away, what's it like working with you on a direct basis? Right? So that's the vibe you want. And it just separates you again from everybody who's selling stuff all day and they're running ads and they're pitching their services. You're like, here you go, I'll just teach it to you. Way more views and then way more clients. So here's how you do this. You want to create a next step for people. Okay, what's that next step? So if people are watching your short form video on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube shorts, whatever that is. And I primarily like Instagram because of the DM feature and the community build feature. So that's where I built the most business opportunity. You want to offer them the next step. So the next step could be a guide webinar, it could be a resource like a lead magnet. And I will tell you this about lead magnets. The best lead magnets solve one problem. They truly solve a problem for the consumer. But they also create another problem, which is, what do I do next? How do I get your help? Like, I have a whole list of new questions after you answered the first question, right? So you really need to solve something. And the best lead magnets could be something that you would charge for. Like, honestly, if I wanted to turn this video into an online asset, I could charge a couple hundred dollars, I could charge something for it. Depending on how it's packaged, it could be worth thousands of dollars. Doesn't matter, right? So think about, hey, if I really wanted to, this is worth something. This is saving people time, money, headaches, mistakes, that's all. That all has value associated with it. So that's the way that you have to think about this. The way it doesn't work is when people go to ChatGPT, make some BS PDF and then try and offer that as value. Well, the audience doesn't really care, right? So think about making it real and think about how would, if you were in the consumer's shoes, would you pay for this? The other thing that's really important here is that you don't try and make it so deep. Like I think people put together like a 47 page book. That's a lot of information to consume and people get overwhelmed. Easy. Right now you have to think about this first step as being easy. I just, just moving people along that funnel and how could I make this like, okay, here's one problem that I'm solving, right? I've seen lead magnets crush when you're like, man, this is the guide to doing this. And I'll walk you through the whole process. And it's very simple in terms of marketing because it's not like going to do 17 things. It's just one thing, or there's seven steps to it. But it's really one big topic. So I love that as a concept for the next step. Now, when you start making content and you have this resource to offer people, you're not going to sell your service anymore. You're just going to be selling the next step. If you can sell the next step, people will take you up on that offer. I have so many pieces of content where I've posted the video, made a call to action at the end of the video to get the thing, and then people take me up on that because it's the next step. Now if I were to skip a step and say, hey, the next step is to book a call with us. The next step is to get on my list of clients, right? Just become a client. Well, very few people, if any, would take me up on it because they weren't ready because they're in the not yet group. So think about that when you're offering people this next step. Make it easy to move forward. And then now you've got the signal. The best marketers on social Media today in 2026 are not looking for sales, they're looking for signals. If you raise your hand that you want that next step, that means you're interested. Now you've given me your permission to market to you, to follow up with you. We can send you more emails, we can follow up and offer you a webinar, or we can offer you a program that you would purchase. Right? There's so many different things you could be offered, but after you've given us the signal now, also, I'm not offering people things that they don't ask for, right? So there's not a bunch of people who didn't raise their hand because I have so many people who did raise their hand, that we can continue to follow up with the people who are actually interested. So this is a big difference in your marketing. And you'll stop talking to people who don't value you. You'll stop talking to people who aren't interested. It's hard enough in marketing and sales to close deals when you're talking to people who are interested like they're interested. They just need a few things to Make a decision. Imagine talking to people who aren't even interested. Like, that's got to be the worst. Like that's, that's like a punishment you would give to somebody, right? So don't, don't put yourself in that category. The way you get out of there is just offering people things that would give you signals. Okay, now here's the thing. When you give people away the blueprint, when you give them the thing, you can sell the implementation, right? So you can give them information. I saw a YouTube video the other day where the guy was walking us through all these automations that you could do. He fully taught it. He shared a screen, walked us through everything. But then in the video, somewhere in the middle, and then Also in the YouTube description, he said, hey, if you just want us, me and my team to do this for you, there's a link in here. We could do this for a small number of people. Bro, I was all over that link because I don't have time, right? So think about like, yes, I'll teach it, but if you'd like to hire us, we can just take this off your plate. That is a huge value to people who can afford the service. And by the way, people pay money for this. These aren't like clients that nickel and dime you. These are people who really value people who are competent and really good at what they do. They'll pay you. And so you probably undercharging. If you think about it, you can charge these people even more money if you are really good at what you do. So selling the implementation is a big piece of this. And then also it takes something off the plate. That's why it's so valuable. So I just want to tell you guys this in terms of like when you're creating content, when you're making offers, when you're doing this, more isn't better. Better is better. You know, I teach this stuff all year round. Like I go on stages, I speak at events, I make so much content. We make videos every single week and try and move people along this path of becoming successful online. And I found that like of all the people that see my stuff, 3% get it. They get, they start executing, they make the changes, they're intentional and they win because I get the DMs, I get the messages in the emails. Like, man, watched your video, saw you speak, and I'm crushing it. Thank you so much, dude, I'm grateful. I love getting those messages, by the way. But then the next group is 7% people start, but they don't get any results because they quit. So they tried something like, dude, it didn't work. Well, if you try something for 30 days and you give up, obviously it's not going to work for you. I found this to be one of the truest things I know. The most successful people, the wealthiest people I know, have a long payoff window. If you need to be paid right now from the thing you're doing. If you're like, dude, if I don't get any clients from this in 30 days, I'm done, well, you're going to quit because you're probably going to be just learning how to communicate, just learning how to make these calls to action. And you need more time for this to work out. The most successful people are committing to a strategy for a year, two years, five years. Those are the people that get the biggest benefits. When you're building a personal brand, the biggest benefits are going to come later in the growth curve. I spoke at an event one time with Jesse Itzler. Backstage, he told me, man, I'm a billionaire. Like him and his wife combined. Billionaires, right? This is crazy. The success they've had over their career and the opportunities and the doors that have been opened. But he told me that the biggest wins for him were things that weren't on the roadmap. They're a conversation in the back room. You ran into this guy, he put you in call with this guy. Boom. $100 million business. Boom. This opportunity came from it. So you have to think when you're building your brand, like, there's going to be some doors that you don't even know exist right now. But you just have to stay in the game to get lucky. Like, part of the luck happens by just staying in the game and getting better. I've seen this true in my life as well. So think about the people who quit. But the Sad Truth is 90% of people never even start. They just watch the content, they come to the events, they do all the stuff, and they never even pull the trigger because they're not certain on what to do next. They lack. They overthink everything. Overthinking is probably the biggest killer of all this stuff. So if you can get past it by just pulling the trigger, then you move into that 7% category and then hopefully into the top 3% category of the people I'm talking about. And those are the people who get the most results. But when you're thinking about all the different things, you're overthinking. I think people wait for certainty. This is something one of the my mentors taught me, which helped me a ton of make a decision to move forward with something. When you're 70 sure, if you're waiting for 100 certainty, the day never comes. Like, it's rare. If ever you're going to be like, I'm 100 certain that I want to do something for me. I'm like, I don't know if it's going to work. It might work. It may not work. I'm gonna. I might fail. I might waste money, I might waste some time. But I'm pretty sure based on all my research that this is going to work. I'm 70% sure. Then I'm doing it. Like, let's go. We just make a decision and move forward. We don't know if this video is going to work, but we're. We came up with some research that it would and we're doing it. If it bombs like, that's fine. I learned still. So just think about having an action bias. You're going to take action when you're 70% sure and then you beat out most of the competition. And I'll leave you guys with this. I used to have this someday list of things I wanted to get to in my business and my life. Someday I'll start an event. Someday I'll start a podcast. Someday I'll start my YouTube channel. Someday I'll make an offer. Someday I'll have a million dollar day from stage. Like, I had all these ideas. Well, I just noticed that the someday is just a list of dreams. I'm too scared to try now. Like, it's just, it just grows and grows and I don't do anything. So I would challenge you guys that today is the special occasion. Today is the day you should take action. Forget the someday list. Pick one of the things and let's get started and make 2026 your best year. Whether you're seeing this right now or in the middle of the year, it doesn't matter. We just need to get going on a lot of these things. I talked to so many people who are in planning mode and they just. The planning never ends. The research mode never ends. At some point, the best lessons, the most information is going to be gathered from actually doing the thing. So, yes, gathered research. Watch videos like this. Learn, make some notes. But then the next step is to make the video that we talked about today. Give it a shot. And if you're doing the things we're talking about, you're going to win. Trust me. Like I've seen this play out for people over and over. We've had people come to our in person workshops here at our studio in Vegas and on their first video trying some of the things I taught today, they had a 5x increase. One lady went viral. She never even posted content before. She was getting like 180 views. If she ever posted a video, she just got 300,000 views using this concept that I taught today in this video. So I would tell you the proofs in the pudding. Just give it a shot and please let me know if this video gave you value. Drop Comments we would make future videos based on your comments. So if there's something you want me to go deeper on, drop a comment. Because we lead, we read. So if there's something you want me to go deeper on in a future video, just leave it in the comments. Because I read every single one of these and it helps us make this new videos. But until then, that's it for today. We'll see you on the next episode.
