2. Money Making Athletes Liam Howe

Liam Howe went from modest beginnings to £250k in revenue by rewiring his mindset through a framework called the triune, which combines spiritual, intellectual, and physical work. He uses three-month Goal Cards for visualization and stresses that emotional alignment, daily spiritual practice, and a strong network are what actually drive financial results.

28K dollars but then we've already got in I think 18 clients this month so pretty much one a day. So if it goes on it's probably going to be 60,000 GBP promised revenue within the month which would be pretty cool. Pretty cool. So it's a good time. Yeah, let's get this rocking.
Massive. Yeah.
Are you recording? Yeah. Cool. Cool. Absolutely rocking. Had a little bit about me there, if you don't know who I am. Gained 75000 followers now over the last two years I invested in Uncommon Success. When I had 2000 pounds in my bank account it was 2000 pounds. Well it was 2000 dollars so. And a couple hundred quid left over. But we've just passed 250k in revenue over the last 2 years so I've had about 100x increase on the investment I made into Uncommon Success and some beautiful stuff. The thing I want to go over today is the mind because that is really what has changed my life and it's why I keep evolving and it's really where the people that get the massive results that is what changes. It's the mind, it's the spiritual growth, it's all that kind of stuff and that is the biggest change within me. If you, if you looked at my stuff two years ago it wouldn't be what I'm saying is be how I'm saying it. Well it would be what I'm saying as well but it you'd see through my soul that I changed. So the curriculum for the money making athletes we did miss last month so I might have to double up on one of the months but first one we had be the product of your products. This one where it all starts the mind attract eyeballs Selling buyer stories DMS to dollars cash collecting calls how to get results getting people to pay you for longer When I had high staff building alone is a lie. So I can work with pros and be on 20k months. So we're going to do around one a month maybe we'll, we'll check in in one of the months but we actually do have to look at this more intensely because everyone in my business that there's if things go wrong they I go why they going wrong? They always give me an answer of oh well the leads aren't good enough. Oh I just like this is the problem or this oh they didn't show up because of this, they didn't show up because of that. I go that's what happened. It's not why it happened. And I always challenge them on the internal, and then I find out there is something going on in the internal state. The reason that we've had this best month is because my closer, I've been trying to get him to do it for ages, have started doing a gold card and he's freaking rolling, right? Then the last few days, he stopped in the go cars. He had some personal stuff come off, but then he stops rolling, right? So the, the results in real life come from the results in the mind. And there's three planes of existence in all realms. Like everything is triune. And I said this on my last presentation, but it's spiritual, intellectual, and physical realms of existence. There is Holy Spirit, Father, Son, that's what I believe in. There is subconscious mind, conscious mind and body inside of us. And things come into reality, from the spiritual to the intellectual to the physical. Whereas most people focus on the physical, focus on the material, we live in a secular, liberal world which focuses on a lot on materialism and how we can change things. If you look at Hormozy, you look at Andrew Tate, you look at these people, they're all about changing materials. How many more DMs can I do? How many more this can I do? Which is a part of it as well. But you can make money without actually having the growth, which is important, which is a spiritual growth. So you think about building. It's the best example I love to give for the spiritual, the intellectual to the physical. Because first you have to have the idea to build the building, then you have to draw the blueprints, and then you have to start laying the brick. It can't. You can't start laying the brick and then think of the idea and then do the blueprints. It can't be in any other order except for having the idea first. And how beautiful that building actually is. Depends on your level of conscience, the level of consciousness of the idea. So 100 years ago, 200 years ago, 300 years ago, they're building beautiful businesses. Know, Build beautiful buildings. If I look outside my window right now, there's churches up there, and they're the most beautiful buildings. All the stuff that's modern is down here, and it's not as beautiful. There's. There's two hospitals up there. One's gray and it looks like so depressing. And one's red, beautiful. The. The one that's red and beautiful is built about 200 years ago. It's now been transformed in children's hospital. The one that's gray and ugly is the hospital now it's like, if I get ill, that's the hospital that I might have to go to. I'll probably just stay here and look at the churches. I heal myself a bit better. It's not a place that you want to hear about. So we understand that everything does start in the spiritual, but it's more like a circle than it is a line straight from the spiritual to the material. Right? This is why Keegan gets us to do the athletic thing first, right? Because it builds. You strap stab the idea. You still have to look at kids and be like, oh, wow, like, he's done this, this and this. And you get an idea that, oh, I could probably do this. But the physical is usually where people start because that's where we've been taught to focus our entire lives, all throughout school. While your grades, like, okay, how much did you study? Okay, they don't. They don't. They all act off the left brain and not the right brain. How logical can we make everything? Not how beautiful can we make everything? So that physical element of it, okay, I can learn how to fireball juggle. Now, that transformation then gives you more ideas. Okay, if I can do this, I can do this. Wow, that idea, that's the spiritual. And then when you have the idea, you can then go, okay, how can I actually do this? And this is the breakdown of the blueprints for a business. It's okay. First, I had to see Ben Patrick do it, right? I had to see King. I had to see all these people build the business. And that gave me the idea, okay, maybe I can do this. And I had to come up with a plan. And then I started making some money. I started doing the sales calls, I started doing the DM to start posting the content. And I led to big ideas. Okay, maybe I can make it to 10k a month. I wrote a goal card for 10k a month after I quit my job. Actually, we'll talk about that. That's the first go card I made, is to be able to quit my job in a year. So I was making around 2k GBP. And I said, in a year's time, I want to be able to make the same amount. And that's when I quit my job. In three months, I made that amount of money and I quit my job. I sent a video to Keegan in the chat. I don't know. I'm doing my letter. What are we saying? Absolutely. Rolling after 3 months. Then I made a gold card for 10k in. I think it was from a Year from when I started. So it would have been in end of May, go to Montenegro. I was making 4k at the start of it. Keep doing my go card to keep doing my go card. Keep doing my go card. In the last three days, we made 6k and made 10k a month in the month. Okay, cool. Physical reality actually came from the spiritual again. Let me see if my bigger ideas now. My. The ideas are so big that it would scare myself if I told myself two years ago where I was at. So it's this constant circle of improvement, improvement, improvement, improvement. But the ideas that you're sharing on this, call me right now. Now that I'm talking about all this. I'm on a certain frequency, I'm thinking about this. I'm talking about these ideas. I'm talking about my story. So now you're. You are. Right now, even if you don't notice, they're going to be thinking about similar ideas. How can I do this for myself? How can I do that? Okay, maybe we can do this in this way. Whatever you associate yourself with, whatever you start to think about similar thoughts on that, on that frequency will start to attract to. So let's talk about paradigms. A paradigm is what creates results. And a paradigm is a mental program residing in the subconscious mind that largely controls a person's habitual behavior and perception of reality. Our reality is created through subconscious action. Yeah, you can say, am I conscious? Am I conscious? And you can change your subconscious. But until you change your subconscious, you won't start doing the actions. You don't have to force yourself to brush your teeth every single morning. You just start brushing your teeth. It's habitual. It's. It's in your routine now. I can't help but make money. It's in, it's in my thing. I can't help but help people. I can't help but post content. I can't help but do all these things in my subconscious. That is my paradigm now. It wasn't when I started. I had to change it over time. So if you want results that you've never experienced, you need to inhabit a paradigm that you've never experienced as well. Behave. It's not happy. You have to be before you have. When, when parents, kids, it's funny. Like, you'll, you'll see parents, kids in the coffee shop be like, oh, behave. When you behave well, it's coming from them. Because the only reason the kid is, is because of that. The kid's wide open when he's a child. And the parent pours into him. So if the kid's not behaving in the way the parent wants to behave, it's really a reflection of how they are. And now they're creating that kid to be that being. And now I feel bad for that kid because now he can't. Until he figures out all this stuff and gets on a presentation with Liam and figures out he can actually change himself, he's still going to have all this program. And I had this program until I was 21 years old. So with a paradigm, your mind will always assume the least. Again, I just told you, it's imprinted into us through schools is indoctrination. It's from our parents. It's also some survival mechanisms as well. Like in. Like the thing is that you want to survive, so you're gonna think of fear. That's going to be the initial reaction. But you can get over that over time. And because it's in our biology, it doesn't mean that it's the best thing for us. Apparently men are supposed to sleep with everyone. We started sleeping with everyone the last 20 years and we got more depressed than ever. One man and one woman's the way. So when I tell someone that a setting role is between four to eight hours with us, 97% will do four, or however little they can get away with to get some results. The 3% will do what they need to get the results they want, because they are on that paradigm. If they say to me, I want 5k a month, I can actually tell whether someone wants 5k enough 5k a month, whether they get 5k a month or not. Because your results are a part of you. Within a first conversation I have with someone, I can see exactly where their mind is. Because their mind, like what they're saying, tells you, okay, if someone's swearing loads, they don't care about themselves enough to stop swearing. Okay? If someone asks you about your weekend, that means they've had something important happen on the weekend, they want you to ask about it. People don't just say something. They say something for a reason. And usually it's selfish about themselves. Right? I say all this stuff because this stuff's on my mind all the time, right? I wouldn't be able to make this presentation if it wasn't. So then I think pretty much every single person that's come onto my team has said, oh, my God, you work so hard. You're always about, you're doing this, you're doing that. I say work hard. It's Is it hard work to brush your teeth? It becomes a subconscious pattern. It becomes your existence, it becomes who you are. That's it's not hard work to brush your teeth anymore. So the only difference between the 97 and the 3% is where their paradigms are set. Like they say, how do you work so hard? Say odd. Like the people that are getting the results, they may say, oh yeah, it takes hard work and this and that, but the people that say that don't really know. I don't believe where that, where it actually comes from. You can't work hard if you're not programmed to work hard. And working hard, if it's constantly hard, you're going to burn out at some point. So this is a visual representation of a paradigm and this is what happens. Pool calls it a comfort zone. You can call it what you want. So say you start down, say this is your paradigm. These two lines are where your mind is. You will always, always end back up at these, at the middle results, no matter where you go. So if you're getting results below where your mindset, you're compensating, you'll do more work to get back up to here. And then you have. Okay, I've got an idea. I really, really want to push. I really want to push. You push, you push up, you get to 5k a month. Oh no, back down. I decompensate, I go out, I drink, I party. I've stopped working as hard back at this line and then I drop down a little bit more. Okay, it gets too uncomfortable. Back up. People in poverty aren't in poverty because they want to be in poverty. They're probably because their mind's set on poverty. The people that win win the lottery don't just stay millionaires. They go back to poverty because that's where their mindset think of something like 97 of. I think it's even more than that. However many people win the lottery, go back to broken in a couple years. It's funny. So instead of changing this line, the actions you have to change take the line from here and move up. We have to shift our paradigm as a whole to be able to now reside on these, this level of results. Until we've done that, we're just going to keep going back down here. So how do we get onto that paradigm? Well, it takes time, if you say it takes time, but everything is already here. Everything that has ever existed or everything that will ever exist has already existed. And you only need to discover it. The only way you can Discover it is by tuning your brain onto that frequency. Gravity doesn't exist when I step out this window. Grabby already existed. Gravity didn't start existing when Isaac Newton dropped the app on his head. It already existed. We didn't create the ability to fly. We just discovered the ability on how to fly. We put stuff in the right order to be able to fly. When you're, when you tune your mind onto a frequency, other force in that frequency will be attracted. Like I said earlier, because you are on my frequency right now in this call. Other thoughts will come to your mind listening to this call. Okay, interesting. So who's got the results? I want this person. This person, this person, this person. Well, you should probably listen to them a lot more, get their podcasts in your brain. So if Ben Patrick's done the stuff that I want to do, I'm going to listen to Ben Patrick a lot. Keegan's done the stuff I want to do. I'm going listen to Keegan a lot. Bob Pro has done the stuff I want to do. I'm going listen to him a lot. Jesus done the stuff I want to do. I'm going to listen to him a lot. And you start to have these thoughts. You start to have these thoughts. You start to have these thoughts and it becomes your existence. So the person you want to be already exists. They're just hiding through a set of actions and experience predicated on the fors that come to you from the Ethereum. And if you align your subconscious mind, your paradigm with that person, then the universal mind will reveal you how to get there. Say Apple Maps, right? All you have to do is put where you are and put the destination where you're going to go. And Apple Maps figures out for you. Same thing, same thing with life. If you want a 200k a month business, but you say I'm already there, like it's a great time in my mind. I don't know how I've got there yet, but I'm there and I will get there. It will come out in reality in a year or so. Be right. So what's the difference between the people that are getting the results you want and not because there are people that, that are worse than you, that are less intellectual than you, don't put in as much work as you. They're getting the results you want. Person doesn't have anything different from you. We're all made in God's image. We all have conscious, subconscious body will all try in. What they do have is the right frequency Paradigm and programming and also faith in the unseen. They have it from their heart. They believe it. Truly, you can intellectually grasp a con. You can intellectually grasp everything. But until you internally grasp in your heart, the Greeks also called the subconscious mind, you will not understand it. Then we come back to Bob's, Bob's diagram for energy in your thoughts become an idea. Your idea causes an emotion. Emotion is energy in motion. That emotion, energy in motion alters your vibration. That vibration is expressed through action. And that action causes a reaction which alters your results. And to figure out what is going on in someone's head, all you need to do is look backwards. You look at their results that they're getting. Okay. That's caused by the actions there producing. Okay, so what vibration are they in? Okay, well, what emotions do they hold every day? Okay, so what ideas are they thinking about? And where are those ideas coming from? What thoughts are they having in their head? Amazing. We found out where someone's thinking all day long. Oh, Nightingale says 97 people don't think. So how do we shift the program? Sure. Thought environment all starts in the thoughts. So you have yourself, you have those around you and you have your mentors yourself. The music do you listen to, do you listen to Juice World? I listen to Minecraft music. Absolutely. Vibing out back to that nostalgia. Absolutely. Get it, Rocket. Listen to some Christian music. I listen to some beautiful stuff that has a swear word in it. I delete out my brain. Swear words can't get into my brain. So instead of listening to music, maybe even listen to podcasts. Oh, it's the next step. Get rid of the music, get into the podcast. Maybe instead of putting something in your, in your ears, you. You read a book, you put down the phone, you start reading the book and. Or if you're reading New athlete project on the laptop, maybe you do keep your phone. Read the book. Well, words are coming out of your mouth because the words that come out of your mouth create a vibration. Everything that you're listening to right now is a vibration. The words coming out of my mouth right now, the only reason entering your ears is because I'm creating a vibration. So the second that you utter out your mouth, that is putting it into existence, you're creating a vibration for yourself. Oh, another level. Then your goal card. Your goal card is a go card to get you to think about things constantly. Right. I don't need a go card anymore. I'm just that maybe I need a gold card. Depends on what it's for. But I'm just there. I'm just thinking about all day, every day. My thoughts are already there. It's just a star, it's a boost. It's like the sled. It's a 30 day challenge. That's what Earl Nightingale's thing. Imagine you've done 30 days of the sledge and he's probably going to be in a better position. Probably. Level two, those around you, me growing up, I was retarded. Like I turned into a. Because people around me were English and they were bullying. They were doing this and that, right. You become the brun of jokes and you start believing that those jokes are you. The subconscious mind doesn't know a joke. If you, if you're around people joking that you're something that you're not, get out of that group. Run away. Run like. Don't let anything come into your mind. Don't let anyone identify you with something that you don't identify with yourself. People used to tell me my voice is funny now. I love my voice. I can't get enough of it. I'm on this presentation now. I listen back to it five times. Boom. I'm who I listen to. I'm the person I'm around. Boom. What they are saying will enter your subconscious mind when you're not thinking. You can choose to reject a statement, but that means you have to be conscious. And to be conscious you have to ask, am I conscious? Are you doing that daily? Level three. They're mentors for any realm of life. Find someone who's got the results you want for themselves and the results for other people and do what they say until you find out they don't know what they're talking. Talking about. I think KE knows what he's talking about maybe a little bit. So actions, decisions, your whole is created from every single small decision you make. First be aware more am I conscious? Then make the decision the person who you would want to be would make for me. That's Jesus. I'm not perfect. I can't be perfect. I don't always choose the right decision, but most of the time now I do. And if you think about the law of rhythm, you think about the. The pendulum swings, right? So our entire life is made up of all of these tiny pendulum swings that were constantly swinging. And however far we pull back is what we're going to get back in return. So if we're constantly focused on the results, how far it's going to come back, we're not going to get results we want. It's only until we intentionally pull back four instead of pulling back one on the Newton's cradle, do we get four back? But if you think about four coming back, then you're not going to get four coming back. If you focus on the other side rather than the side that you're putting in, it's not going to come back. So give without wanting to receive. It's interesting. It's an interesting concept. Have you ever given without wanting to receive? Have you ever given a present without expecting a thank you? I test my parents on this. They give me a presentation. I won't say thank you. See, see their reaction. You're gonna say thanks. Oh, did you want the thanks? I don't want you present there. I want you to give out love. Interesting brain challenge. How much can you serve people? How much do you want to put into the universe? You always get it back. It'll always come back. So whatever goes into your subconscious mind externalizes itself. Design your entire life to only allow what advances your spiritual essence into your mind. What do you listen to? Who you around? What force you identify with? Consciously rewire your mind. Go card before you sleep. Go card when you wake up, meditating upon the reality that you want. All day, every day. Paul says, rejoice always. He says prayer without ceasing. Oh, prayer is what we do in between prayers. Communication with God. God is outside of time, so he can be anywhere you want at all times. Interesting. So I'm constantly praying my words going out right now. God's hearing. Oh, interesting. Your emotions, your energy in motion. What you emotionalize will create itself. Some emotions are more powerful than others. Replace fear with faith. Replace hate with love. Do not limit this for anyone. Three most powerful emotions, Faith, love and sex. If you have a girlfriend, it's a good time. I don't. So I only have faith and love. Right, we'll get that. More actions, actual actions. Go cards. Investing in a program. Choosing to listen to podcasts instead of music. Trying a new income path. Moving to a different place. Getting new friends, spending more time with the right friends. Getting new mentors. Teaching others, asking, am I aware? Reading books, eating clean instead of bad. Traveling to meet the right people. Training in a certain way. Spending time in nature instead of inside. Getting rid of scrolling habits. Getting rid of entertainment, Analyzing your life, Gratitude, journaling. Go to church, pray. Investment actions rather than spending actions. That's what you both said to me. Do you invest your time or do you spend. That is the presentation. Thoughts, feelings, emotions, concerns, love, letters, questions, anecdotes, proverbs, anything of the above.
This is awesome. I don't know what a goal card is, but I, I write down my goals every day and when I started doing that took a while, but things really, really changed and I felt like something magical. Right. My question for you is, do you. What type of time frame do you like to set goals for? What's your favorite type of. Are you a five year goal guy? Are you a three month goal guy? A little bit each. But like what's your favorite time frame for when you think of your goals?
Yeah, I mean stuff takes time to get into your subconscious mind, right? I like three month goals. That's my favorite because it's enough time to get stuff into the repetition. Like your language. Your subconscious mind speaks three languages. It's emotion, repetition and imagery. So that repetition is really, really, really needed. So I like three months, like do a Go card for three months and see how you are at the end of it. And then three months change again. I guess that's why Keegan does the Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4 back in uncon. Like that was a. That was a good time. Still got my Q3 shirt. So yeah, that's probably at the gold cards that I'm talking about is writing down something like, I'm so happy and grateful that by this day I have this thing, etc. Etc. Etc. But the real goal card is then experiencing that in your mind. What does that actually mean to you? I had a wife gold card and I spawned a wife out of fin. I then took that out of my mind and the wife went away. It can be whatever you want, right? But it's spending time every single day in the the position that you want to be in your mind. Because time only exists because we're moving through space. Century deprivation changes. Time no longer exists. If you don't have any senses, time doesn't exist. Right now I can be in, in the front of my class in year nine, just sitting there. I'm there, right in my mind instantly. So time doesn't exist. And so that's what the Go card is for, is to be that person. Because your mind will not know whether you're that person in reality or in your mind. If you spend enough time there in your mind, you're eventually becoming in reality because that's what your mind thinks you are. So that's the idea of a Go card. Does that make sense?
Great stuff. Thanks.
Liam, would you. You mentioned like financial goal. I also want to reach 2,000, 10,000amonth. How did you separate how you were going to get there and like which channels and avenues you're going to do to make that.
That not everything will happen the way it needs to happen. Like the, the how doesn't worry me. I just start doing it and it'll come about and you're like, if you start doing this stuff, like you won't know what I'm saying yet, but you'll experience it and then it will happen. Like with the financial goals, what I was saying in terms of that, like the, the important thing about the financial goals is what actually done for me, like the, when I was thinking of the financial goals, like it's a conduit to experience the emotions you want to experience. Everyone does everything based off emotions, right? So 10k a month, okay, what does that get you? Okay. And how does that make you feel? Okay, Dwell on those emotions and be in that state. But if you're in that plane of existence on $10,000 a month in your mind, every single thing will happen that needs to get you there. Right. So I don't worry about day to day. Like obviously you, you do it, but it's, it just becomes subconscious and everything will just figure itself out. If you have faith, does that make sense?
Yeah.
Yeah.
What about the goals that you're attaining? Do you set aside some? Okay, I'm going to reinvest in myself. I'm going to invest in an assistant I'm going to invest in for myself to make my life easier. Did you establish those as well on those goals with the financials?
That's, that's very like physical stuff. Like I don't worry myself with physical stuff. Like, like I say, like if I need certain technology, that technology will come to get me where I want to go. All I focus on is where I'm gonna go. So I'll choose. If I need a technology at a certain point I will find something will come in my way and get me there. Right. I needed another closer. Like my goal was to get to 50,000amonth and the only way I was going to get that is to have another closer, the closer message me. I messaged back, I trained her up, now she's closer. Now she's closing. Like if I would have focused on, okay, how do I get closer? How do I get closer? How do I get closer? How do I get closer? She wouldn't have done because she messaged me. So if I'm looking, how do I get closer? I would have never found under. But I focused on the 50k a month and the Closer just came. That's interesting. L doesn't exist. Coincidences don't exist. Does that make sense? Guess, sir. Why not?
One other question for you is on writing out your goals about how much time per day you like to spend doing that.
Yep.
So.
Like, the. The idea is that you live there constantly. Right. The idea of the goal card is to get it so that you're forced to create everything. So if I go back to the diagram, share my screen.
So your results say what the card is. Is it a fixed thing that you bring around with you and you look at, or is it something that you write out every day?
Like, so this is my book that I'm reading now. The goal card will be inside the book. So I read that in the morning and I read it in the evening. So then I do my goal card at the same time. The reason I do it in the morning and in the evening is because as you get deeper into sleep, you access different brain waves. And when you go down into the lower brain waves, you have more access to the subconscious mind. So everything stays in there a bit more. Right. So, yeah, I would spend 10, 15 minutes as soon as I wake up, as soon as I go to bed doing it when I started off. But now my full energy just constantly is like, full energy is like, this is me, like my goal. I'm thinking about my goals 24, 7. So then it just becomes part of you. That's the idea of everything. The goal cards are to get you to start thinking as. As if you were the person who has the thing that you want. And it's not the thing that's going to bring you the happiness. It's. It's. You love yourself right now and then grow spiritually over time, get closer to God. We're rolling. Money, fame, success, all this stuff is futile. Spiritual growth is forever.
Thank you. Love it.
All good.
I want to share a little bit there if. If I can. Like, it's. I think it's timing with the. The sauna going in here, because it's. In 2013, I started listening to Bob Success Puzzle. I got it for free through an affiliate program before I even knew what affiliates were. Because I brought Ben Burd's course about how to build an online business. Cost me like three grand. I got a folder and some DVDs sent out to me. This is going back in time. This is when I started thinking about online business. At the time, I was working full time as a strength coach with the Sydney Roosters. My daughter was on her way. I'D proposed to my wife and my now wife, and I didn't really, I didn't, I hadn't, I didn't have any money and I hadn't really been successful in anything other than having some decent results in coaching over those last three years. But I listened to that stuff over and over and it was like, what do you want? And the thing that came up for me is like, I want a physical location where people can come and they can have a transformative experience. Like, that's, that's what I want. And I was living in Sydney in a little apartment at the time, and I'd never really been to a place like that. I don't know why it was in my mind, but when I was in Latin America, I was like, I just want to get some land here, get some chickens, just have my books and be out of a world. That didn't really make much sense to me. And that was my big goal for a lot of my 20s was like, find somewhere in Latin America. Find a woman. Just be out of what I'd grown up in. And it didn't happen. And there was another plan for me. So I went back and I went back to footy and I was, I was there living in Sydney. I started writing this down in 2013 on my gold card because I was listening to Bob, I was like, I don't know, like, there's something about this, this success puzzle thing that, that's interesting. Like, I listened to it a bunch of times and then I printed out the book and then I started doing the exercise in the book. And that was the thing that came to me. It's like, I want to, I want to have that physical location. So at the end of that season, we won the premiership that season. And I, you know, I did some very. Just a lot of different stuff with the team.
And.
That sort of turned out to be my last full time year in rugby. And then a year later I was, I found myself living on five acres in northern New South Wales and I had a gym there and I had people coming and we were having transformative experiences at a trampoline and a gym in the garage. And like, I started doing these events that were really powerful. I was like, man, that, that already happened. Like, the big wild dream happened in 12 months. Like, what am I going to do now? So then I thought, like, okay, I need, I need three of these places so I can do this around the world. And that's been on my, that's been my goal since then. That's been the thing in my head. So now there's, you know, I've just lived in Vanuatu in that reality with, with Liam and Kadeem and, and then here in, in Montenegro at the moment, we just got the sauna ring, which is kind of a symbol of, you know, the next level of, of this place. And, and we're going to Bali to the place that we bought there in January for the first event. I think Cardi's going to come with his family. It's like a family version of the Time Chamber. It's a new concept that I pitched to Nico last year in November. And it's, it's. He's doing it as well. Like, he's like, he did the Time Chamber, but now that, yeah, now the vision. And the other thing that was on my mind at that time was to change the way the world trains for better. Like, that was the other thing that kind of, you know, it's like the world needs to. There's a better way of doing this stuff. And that's where Dense came from. It's like, let's simplify this down. People are wasting time in the gym, everyone's thinking about long rest periods, grids and other stuff. It's like that's, that's where Dense came from. The style is called Time Progress Method. Then I thought Dense was a bit more catchy because everyone kept messing it up, calling it TRM and TDM and TFM and whatever. So, yeah, this, this literally how it's gone down now. What I have on my mind is building a billion dollar company in, in fitness in the athletic space. Building something that does more than what CrossFit did. There's. CrossFit was, was, you know, worth. What's the, the bike one? What's it called?
Peloton.
Peloton was worth like 40 billion or something I think at the peak of its valuation. Pushed, pushed ahead a little bit by covert and whatnot. But that, that's, that's what I have on my mind is like building, building a software that shifts mankind's athletic path. And if we can build a software that does that, it'll be worth a lot. And there was someone here just recently in the Village who's built up space. The founder of upspace. You can check it out. He's valuing that business at like 60 million and he's got a fraction of what I've got, like what we are as a network and what I've done and etc. He's valuing that thing at 60 million. And it hasn't really done anything yet. So that's, that's what I have on my mind now. It's like this, this is what I want to work and this is what I'm working towards. This is what I'm getting up to do every day. And there's times where, where the energy is not fully aligned. There's been times over all these years, but the direction continues and it's continued along the whole path. And it did seem completely wild. Like for you guys, you've only known me as this person who travels the world doing this stuff and has these locations. But to me in 2013, it was completely insane. Like there was, there was no precedent. I didn't know anyone who was doing it. There was no way I could do it. I didn't have any income. I'd never had a business.
Like.
Last thought here. It doesn't cost anything to have a big vision. There's no. You don't have to have money in your pocket to have a big vision. And the vision will drive your energy. And if the vision's really small, then the energy will be really small. And the ideas and the connection into the ether and, and all of that stuff that, that does exist, the Rupert Sheldrake stuff, like it's, it's clearer and clearer with the research that there is a connection between us and the. Each other and, and divine forces and all. You know, the Akashic record and all this, this stuff, like it's. And it doesn't cost anything to have a vision, but it's very rare to meet a man who has one. And that's maybe the, one of the gifts of the, the events and these conversations is like if you had a vision, you know, if you weren't scared, what would you aim for? I love what you're bringing here, Liam. I know you got a lot of like mechanical stuff, but. Yeah, it doesn't, it doesn't work to focus on the mechanical if there's nothing driving it.
Yeah, that's why I needed the, the blend of OT and uncom. Right. Like if I didn't have both at that point in time, I wouldn't have done what I did. But then OTU can only take you to where, to a 10k a month business because that's where their mindset and it can't take like everyone's just a normal dude. They have no expansion of anything that the. Then, then there's still the council state boys with a big business. No hey, on any, on any of them. They're great guys, whatever, but they haven't. Doesn't seem like they have changed in the way that I have changed. And the thing is like when I went out to see them, they just sitting there like this guy's different like the way you think it is. Like the uncom mine. Okay, interesting. The. The two girls that were there with me on the Private Mastermind were. Adam made like goals of like 5 or 10k. He was like what should go 200k a month in a couple years. So what be right. Okay. A lot of people say as well say, do you do it? It's good stuff. Good stuff. And other thoughts man. So good, so good. Definitely, definitely recommend like coming to these things with a lot to say. Like I guess keys can probably attest to it. Like on the Friday calls throughout my time in the original income, like I was probably quite active in actually saying stuff in the calls. Right.
It always sends people into introspection. When you talk about the big vision stuff. You, you go no, I'm just going.
To touch on what Liam was talking about about the calls. Like from, from a personal perspective. The like the value that's in them is. It's kind of like hard to measure because it, it's. I've been on a call now in months and for many months in, in the past few months I felt like I didn't have time to come on a call which is like again just a lie down telling myself because if I feel like I don't have time to come on a call, that's when I need to come on a call. Because that, that's what changes everything and that's what sets you up to, to get out of that frame of mind and, and see that the call is not like a, it's not something that's taken from your day. That's the thing that's going to 10x what you do when you're not on the call. So yeah, like I remember, I remember.
Having a one on one call you in that exact place like where you're sat right now on my exercise bike in the thing. And I was, I was like, yeah, you can do this. Like just do this, this and this. Like we're rolling. Like yeah, Back to lock in. That's. That's what I always find as well. Like I kind of saw your post on like being out in Spain and stuff. I was traveling over the last two years and it was like. It's funny, the place I started, when I started all of this is the place where I've ended up again. And it's like, I just. I feel so locked in when I'm. When I'm in Sheffield and. Absolutely rolling.
Yeah. It's a big reason we came back from Spain. Just wasn't able to settle and get locked in. It's the environment.
He's putting in. Chat success puzzle fail. Yeah.
You didn't actually listen to the success puzzle, did you? Because the reason. The backstory with some of this is that the sales guy that was working with me at the time, Mav, who crushed Liam into this, and I basically stole his credit card. Or maybe not, but some of the guys definitely had had a brutal encounter with Mav. But Mav was asking me for tips, and I was like, the success puzzle made a big difference for me. Like, I kind of put him onto that, and then he started sharing it with a few of the guys who are joining. But I think Liam got onto, like, a podcast, right?
The.
It was never the success puzzle for you. Like, that was the thing for me.
But yeah, yeah, he had. I had a first call with him, and it was more like a discovery one, because I came through, like, I didn't come through DMS or anything. I just came from, like, a sales page or something. I booked him off that. So we just had a discovery one. And then he was kind of, like, trying to, like, pick up my goals, but I didn't have, like, too many, like, whatever. He was like, watch this. And he sent me the podcast that Bob said and then booked another call for, like, that week. And then I. In that podcast, Bob says, listen to this every day for a year and your income will double. And then he also said, I read fre every day. So from that very first time, I started listening to that podcast. I then listened to it for the next six months every single day. And I started reading Think and Grow Rich every single day for the next six months. And by the time I came on the Friday call, I was like, yeah, I should take my money. Yes. It's crazy.
Has anyone.
Hey, guys.
How's it you go. Oh, sorry to interrupt you. I got. I got a question for you guys. Hey, Keegan. So I. I don't have any problem getting, like, really into the big vision stuff. It's, like, where I, like, default to, and I really enjoy doing that. And I've got a lot of, like, big ideas and big plans. It's when the practical steps to get there where I'll find a lot of difficulty, and I don't have as much clear vision there. And I'M wondering if you guys have advice for, for like that aspect for somebody that's. Hi, everybody whose heads in the clouds.
A lot. Someone that doesn't find it difficult to find the steps. Wouldn't say that they find it difficult. Is, is just the first thing that I pick up on. So when, whenever someone says that they're struggling with something, obviously there's an awareness of it. Of like, yeah, I'm dealing with this thing right now. But the, the, the thing that I would say is like, yes, you're saying that you're, you're going to the big vision, all that kind of stuff, but it doesn't sound like you are because the person that was doing that would, would find the steps with the other stuff. Right. Tells me, like, they're struggling with this, this, this and this. Like their mind. Like, everything starts from inside the mind. It's. It's their mind that's holding them back. Like, okay, I'm struggling with finding good leads. Okay, well, if, if you say you're struggling, you're going to keep finding. What have you done to find good leads? Well, I, and then, then I literally list off like 10 things and go, have you tried any of them? They go, no. Okay, cool. So you could have easily thought about those things, but you were just on the, on the wrong wavelength. If you literally just went instead of not, not you. I'm just talking about the, the people that DM setting. If they just went to me, they sat down, they went, well, I'm struggling to find leads. That's the first step. Okay, I have awareness of this position right now. I'm struggling to find leads. Okay, cool. But I don't identify with that. People are being told to. I identify. Well, I'm depressed. I am depressed. I am, I am is the name for God in the Old Testament. Ah, interesting. I am struggling. I am struggling. Well, instead of him saying that to me, he could have just said, I'm struggling here. How would a person that isn't struggling do this, this and this? Okay, cool. So the first is that he wants to get somewhere. There's a specific goal he wants to get. Get to. He wants to get this many. Closes. Okay, well, how would you get that? Well, I would need to send this many DMS and have this many conversations and this many, this many, this many, this, this, this, and breaking down the steps. So the first thing I would do is find a specific, specific, specific goal. Not like big vision is amazing, but there's all out there, a specific goal. And then work backwards from that goal. I don't know, Keegs, if. What do you think or not.
Yeah, well, go ahead, Keith.
Does that make any sense?
It makes total sense. Yeah. And I think that I don't struggle to figure out those steps. Everything is just happening, I guess, slower than. Than I'd like it to. And I know it's like everything's happening for a reason, you know, and like all things work for the benefit of those who love God. And that. That's sort of my mindset. And so, like, I. I have to check myself when I start getting, like, impatient because I do see things happening. But I guess what I'm really fishing for is like, a way to speed up bringing things. But maybe it's like you can only go as fast as. As you can go. I don't know. I'm. I'm getting kind of nebulous there, but because that is what I'm doing, I've breaking things down, figuring out the steps I got to do. And circumstances are what they are to. You can do what you can when you can. And. And I've seen progress and I've seen things churning. It's just how many I'd like, I.
Want to Jesus have 12.
How many disciples are up?
Paul, Liam, with. With all the. All with. With Evan and me and Guy and Moochie. How much time do you think you spent on those Discord chats that we're having? You remember.
Like, I. I know for myself and that. That it was like January, February of 24. I probably spent like 30, 40 hours a month on calls. We were like an hour each day.
More than an hour each day. Like, some of those are going for like six hours. I'm freaking driving to Tesco's. I'm still on the cool. I'm driving my Tesco van, still on the cool. Rolling.
And this is something that Liam's done really, really well, I think, is to surround himself with other people who. And he'll bring whoever's in his orbit into, you know, onto the next level, onto the next plane. But from. From my experience, no one's done it alone. There's zero people who've been able to accomplish something massive. If I look at Bali Time Chamber and. And you know what the support network that Nico had around him, if we look at Ben Patrick and the support network that he's had around him, everyone who I know who's had extreme success, like all of the great athletes, it's just nobody does it on their own. Like Jonathan Edwards, who jumped the furthest in the triple jump. He had this crazy track, like, field coach who was like a hammer throw coach who. Who believed in him and did something different with him. And it's like, I think that's the biggest myth and the biggest challenge. Bob Proctor himself struggled for a long time, and, you know, he. He was doing what he was doing, and he's having fun. But he. He exploded when he teamed up with Sandy Gallagher and, like, they become Proctor Gallagher Institute, and they set a up business model. And that's always there in my experience. Like, there's. There's always that partnership, all the. All the tech ones with jobs in Wozniak and all those stories.
And.
And it's my experience as well. Like, every time I'm in the. I'm like, oh, yeah, I'm trying to do this on my own right now. And then I find, like, one, two, three people who are, like, running with me, and it's like, boom. Like, whether that's. Sometimes it's a salesperson, sometimes it's someone who's not even in the business. Like it was with Ben Patrick, you know, when I had Lucas working with me with range of strength. Like, there's been these different times, and it's like, okay, yeah, now everything's opening up. There's a time there in Hong Kong, I think we're doing like, 40, 50 grand a month, mrr. And I was like, we're buzzing with a lot of stuff. And then things slow down and then things speed up, and then. And it's. It's from. From my perspective, that's the most practical thing. And. And it's. What you guys are saying is like, yeah, if you feel like you don't have time to talk to people, but it's like, that's the only way you're going to actually do it is to. To be having these. These connections. And it's not always the same direction. It's not always staff. It's not always, you know, you're the. The community. Like, it comes and it changes at times. Sometimes it's the partner as well, like the wife. For Nico, that's been a big part of their dynamic.
That.
That's. I think that's the biggest practical one that I can offer of, like, have that big vision and then find some people who. Who can believe in that with you and. And to some extent, play a role and.
And.
And take some distance. As Liam was saying, like, he was talking about having some distance from people who disbelieve and who. Who are going to, like, Deliberately or subconsciously drag you off the path. But there's the other side as well. Of, like, you got to find some people who got to run with you. There's no other way.
Yeah.
If it CrossFit, like, at the start of CrossFit, they had a massive clique of amazing people. Rob Wolf was there. Coach Summer was there. Ido Portal.
They.
They started something that changed the world, you know, Still. Still rolling that wave even beyond the Glassman. You go then.
No, I was just gonna, like, add to that in turn. Like, that is the biggest thing that's been the most consistent throughout my entire thing. It's funny that the Evan came a bit later. Montenegro and then Guy was there also. But four out of the six people. But four out of five for the people that actually started there for the whole month. And now working inside the same business, like, we're rolling. Tom literally lives with me, like, rolling, like, the most important thing. I took less money so that I could do it with other people. Like, what is the goal? That's the thing, like, with this. But that's what I said of like Trunk said. Like, it's going to. It's going slowly. What's going slowly? The infinite. It's infinite. It's an infinite game. Like the. The. The. The goal is spiritual growth. The goal is who you are right now. The goal isn't a certain amount of money. I couldn't care less about making a certain amount of money, to be honest with any of you. Like, I don't care. Most people look at me and think, oh, he probably cares about stats, like, how much money he's made. I. I couldn't give a single monkey. The happiest I am is when I'm in the morning with my coffee, listen to mine. Minecraft music, reading a good book. That's the happiest. The part of my day. Interesting.
Minecraft, open up the subconscious mind. That's. They. Surely they. Minecraft know what they're doing. They're not making mistakes with their music selection.
100. Anyone that knows Minecraft, as soon as I hear the song will go back there straight away. Boom. That's good. What is Minecraft, Chris? It's an Xbox game that I used to play as a kid. That's nice.
I'm in your vintage talking about the game. The. The Minecraft game. Is that what you're talking about? Okay.
Yeah, yeah.
I've never played it either, Chris. I haven't even. I haven't even seen it played. I'm definitely in your vintage, but I've seen the toys and stuff. No, I know a bunch of kids that love that game. I mean it's just a huge part of their existence.
Yeah. The music is. It's got instrumentals and it's very old, old school. Like Beethoven kind of like really slow piano music and it really does open the. The gates to. Cool. Cool. I've actually got to go to the gym so I do have to head off, but appreciate everyone coming on. I probably think my say on. I don't know what you want to do, but it was good to see everyone. Next one will be probably next month. Maybe I'll do in the village one of them.
Looking forward to what's that event going to be number Will that be for our in person connections?
Mexico, Montenegro, only four, surprisingly. Is it four? Yeah, it must be four. Looking forward to it. Banu was an interesting one. Hopefully I won't nearly die this time. Yeah.
Different games. Welcome to join us in Montenegro if you can make it. I'd love to see over here. Joe. Sometimes people just make funny decisions and intelligent decisions and do something different. I haven't heard anyone say they regretted it yet when they've made it to one of these events. Evan, it changes everything.
It changes everything. Like I was saying to Tom earlier, like the. My. My training would. If I didn't come to Vanuatu like the last six months, I wouldn't have done any of the training that I've done, which is. Yeah, like I feel better than ever. So it's. Even if it. But it's every time like in September I said the same thing. And then in Mexico after those few days, I think another thing like it's so important. Obviously I wasn't meant to be there at the. The last one. For some reason God wanted me here, but this one will do.
Yeah. Yeah.
Boom. Right. All right. Appreciate.
Appreciate you doing that. Liam Nailed it. And yeah, appreciate everyone jumping in. There's a. Yeah. If you. If you're feeling some energy here and want to connect with others individually, put your. Put your link up, share, share that and yeah, looking forward to continuing the journey together.
Boom. Yeah, that's a quote actually freaking in there. It doesn't cost anything to have a big vision, but it's very rare to meet a man who has one. Got to put that on the new athlete project.
Boom.
All right, bye bye.
Cheers, guys.
