2. You The Athletic Hero & Saviour

Keegan Smith describes a training system covering skill, speed, stamina, strength, and stretch that he says delivers results beyond conventional methods. He struggled with muscle growth before the New Athlete program enabled a breakthrough, and now frames athleticism as a way to transform your body and ripple impact through communities worldwide.

You, the athletic hero, the athletic savior. Sounds a bit hyperbolic. Extreme maybe, but I'm inviting you to become an exceptional athlete, to go beyond what might otherwise have occurred to you as being possible. You could become someone who has an impact on thousands of people through your athleticism. 100%. With the methods and what you're about to be exposed to, you can change a lot of lives. Maybe your vision at the moment is more about yourself and just feeling better in yourself, and that's great. But the invitation is there for you to use this program to have a real impact on the world. Whether that's as a coach, as a professional athlete, or simply as impacting your community, your children, your parents, those around you. Objectively, mankind is struggling athletically. We're not in a great place, but we can get back to that. Things can change very quickly. The modern world is very different to the ancient world in that we're all connected to each other. So much so that whenever you improve yourself, you immediately invite those around you to improve themselves. And you might get some pushback if you start to use particularly the brain building skills side of things, where people will be like, what are you doing? Why are you changing? This doesn't make sense and it won't make sense to everyone around you. And maybe you won't even be able to explain to them what you're doing or how it feels. But live the example and see what happens. I've had this experience for myself now where I've been able to support thousands of people to shift and look at things from a different perspective and take on these physical challenges. And on the other side of those physical challenges, those breakthrough experiences, when you get your first backflip or you do the handstand or you start to four ball juggle or five ball juggle or whatever it is that's like, seems like a big stretch for you that you might not ever be able to do it. And that could be also making a big lift of a one arm, chin up, or a handstand, push up, snatch, whatever it is that excites you. I'm here to support you, to do that. And I would like you to be open to the idea that you might get much, much better results with this than you could currently imagine. I'm not saying that it's all going to happen for you overnight, but I am saying the transformation that I've had and that others have had using these methods is so far beyond what I thought was possible that it's crazy. I considered using steroids as a young man, because I was so skinny and I could not put on any muscle, no matter what I did, seemingly using all of the information that was out there on the Internet, to the best of my knowledge at that time, or the best of my application of just wasn't working. And that's why these methods are quite unique and quite different, and they get results that don't come from traditional methods. And when you look at it overall with skill, speed, stamina, strength, stretch, no one else is really offering or suggesting that it's possible for someone to have the abilities that come from this program. So this is the invitation to you, like, consider being a hero. Consider going to an extreme level if that means for you in a particular sport excelling and doing better, or if it's simply aging in a way that is really not typical to get older. You decide it's your vision, but it doesn't cost anything to have a big vision. That's the thing that holds a lot of people back in life. Like, I'm standing here in a village in Montenegro, and there's no way I could have conceived that I would have these athletic villages around the world and this kind of business, this kind of Life. But in 2013, I wrote down, if it all went to plan, what would my life look like? And I wrote this. This is what I wanted. I wanted to be helping people to have massive shifts in their life catalyzed by athleticism. And I'm still working on doing that much better. And there's always going to be like, it's an infinite game. You can never get to the point where, okay, everyone is infinitely athletic. Athleticism will always have room for improvement. And we're looking to shift things. We're looking to shift things for you, and we're looking to shift things for as many people as possible. So by you taking this on in your own physical experience, you're going to be challenging those around you. That's okay. Let them be with how they are. Just work on yourself and work on getting to the highest vision that you have for yourself, and we can support you to do whatever it is that you want to do with that athleticism beyond your personal journey. I hope this helps to consider and reflect a little bit on where it is that you really want to go with your athleticism. I would love to hear your thoughts or comments if you're open to sharing about this. It takes some courage to share your dream, your vision. But know that New Athlete is a place that will support uncommon visions for the future and visions for the future that maybe people around you wouldn't expect or might think are unreasonable. We're here to support you, to do that.
